Vachan Abhiyan Bisag Talim: Reading Expedition Launched Program at 11:00 am on 14/11/2019:  The teleconference will be organized by the Chief Minister through the BISEG.  Request for further action which all teachers of Std. 3 to 8 watch in unpaid schoolroom and at the nearest Receiving Center.  

Monitoring of each CRC, BRC Coordinators, BRP, ADEMI, TPEO.  Individually everyone should visit the school during the teleconference.

Referring to the above subject and reference - 2, 'Reading Campaign' in the primary semester 3 to 8 in primary schools in the first semester by the Department of Education, Gujarat.  An informal start was made by verbal tendencies within the reading campaign.  Request to implement the following in the second session:

 1. 'Reading Expedition Launch Program' at 11:00 am on 14-11-2019: Hon.  The teleconference will be organized by the Chief Minister through the BISEG.  Request for further action for all teachers of grades 3 through 8 who are watching in a non-school classroom and at the nearest Receiving Center.  General Chat Chat Lounge

 Monitor each CRC, BRC coordinators, BRP, ADEI, TPEO.  Individually everyone should visit the school during the teleconference.

 2.  As the schools begin in the new semester.  Repeat activities of oral language practice from November 14 to 23, 2019.  Pay special attention to schools that do not have these activities in the first semester.  Ensure that the oral language practice activity set (standard 3 to 8) is prepared for this purpose.

 3.  Under the second phase of the reading campaign, students will be made available to students of Std.

 4.  On November 16, 2019, the training of all the teachers of the standard 3 to 8 of the state will be conducted on Saturday through BISEG.  Teachers from standard 3 to 8 during the 9.30 to 11:00 hours

 Request to ensure that you are watching this training from the school or at the nearest Receiving Center

 5. On the 23rd of November 2019 the pre-test of reading comprehension of students of standard 1 to 8 will be held.

 6. From November 25, 2019 to April 3, 2020, a minimum of 16 weeks of activities will be conducted by the class teacher under the language courses in Classes 3 to 8.

 7. The teacher should carry out the language activities during the first 20 to 25 minutes of the first task and during the last task.  Thus, a total of 'Bhashadeep' activities have to be done for a total of 6 hours during the day.  =

 8. Post-test of Reading Collection will be held on April 4, 2020.

 9.  There are two special activities for the students under the Reading Campaign.  The project will be conducted by the students at the school level and there will be a speech intensive competition at the school, cluster, taluka, district level.

 10. To take the above matters seriously, the DPEO - DIET Principal's Committee is to take the follow-up by intensive monitoring of the reading phase.  The committee should include diet lecturer, education inspector, BRC.  To form a committee of 10 to 15 members as each taluka is represented.  The Diet Principal shall hold a review meeting of this Committee every fifteen days.
