Rules regarding the Transfer of the Head Teacher (HTAT) have been published in the primary schools owned by the District / Town Education Committee. Establishment of Head Teacher (HTAT) has been sanctioned on 31/08/2019 with reference to the RTE Act - 2009 of this office.
HTAT Vadh - ghat Camp Date: from 19/12/2019 to 21/12/2019
In view of the provisions regarding the transfer of slaughter from the Resolution of the Department of Education, the following procedure shall be taken for the transfer of slaughter of Head Teacher (HTAT).
(1) To issue the sanctioned orders of the school-wise Head Teacher, as per the norms, as per the norms taking into account the number of students in the primary school, taking into account the head teacher (HTAT) sanctioned on 31/08/2019 from the letter of reference of this office. These orders will have to state the school-wide dias code.
(2) The list of such orders shall be sent to this office in Excel file. After approval of school-wise as per order-1, if the head teacher is not available as per the norms prescribed in the primary school and the head teacher (HTAT) in that school has to perform the duty, then they will have to declare it.
(3) The replacement of the head teacher slaughter on the vacancies of the schools, where the head teacher is available as per the norms prescribed in the primary school and where the head teacher is not currently serving, is set out in Rule 2, 3, Resolution dated 09/10/2019. Accordingly, the dates have to be made in public camps from 19/12/2019 to 21/12/2019.
