Pursuant to the above subject, under Section 12.1 (c) of RTE 2009, information on the provision of free admission in Std. Has been uploaded.
Standard 1 to 5 new non-subsidized private primary schools which have been sanctioned in the current academic year 2020-21 under your jurisdiction and starting from June 2020 also have to be uploaded on the web portal as per the judgment of Gujarat High Court. As per the above instruction, after completing this procedure, the number of standard 1 will be displayed on the portal of the said schools.
If such newly approved schools are yet to be uploaded, you are asked to complete the uploading process from your level on RTE web portal by Thursday 04/06/2020. If any such school is left to upload the web portal for RTE admission, you will be fully responsible for the violation of the High Court judgment. As well as the temporary dice code issued by the district level to the newly sanctioned schools, after getting the permanent dice code, they will have to immediately contact Index B and correct the work on the web portal.
