Retirement GR according to 30 years of employment or 50 to 55 years of age whichever is higher. Periodic Review of Central Government Employees for strengthening of administration under Fundamental Rule (FR) 56(j)/(I) and Rule 43 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972

Instructions have been issued from time to time for undertaking periodic review of performance of Government servants with a view to ascertain whether the Government servant should be retained in service or retired from service prematurely, in public interest, as per Fundamental provisions/Rule referred in the subject cited above. In order to bring in better clarity to the existing instructions and enable uniform implementation, an effort has been made to review, consolidate and reiterate the guidelines so far issued on the subject at one place.

2. The objective of Fundamental Rule (FR) 56(j)/(1) and Rule 48 of CC(Pension) Rules, 1972, is to strengthen the administrative machinery by developing responsible and efficient administration at all levels and to achieve efficiency, ecanomy and speed in the disposal of Government functions. It is clarified that premature retirement of Government servants under these rules is not a penalty. It is distinct from 'Compulsory Retirement, which is one of prescribed penalties under CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965.

3. Provisions relating to pre-mature retirement in the Fundamental Rules and CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 3.1 The Appropriate Authority has the absolute right to retire a Government servant under FR 56(), FR 56(1) or Rule 48 (1) (b) of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 as the case may be, if it is necessary to do so in public interest.

forward To simplify the process for the teachers, the suggestions are heing called on each theme of the NEP related to school education (List attached), through a question answer process. The questions are framed in such a manner that teachers can relate to them from their experience as teachers and classroom transactions. Each question also gives reference to the paragraph of NEP to which refers to, to enable the teacher to read the same for better understanding of the policy, before uploading suggestions.

Regarding training of non-trained teachers after training.  Reference: - To state the above subject from the letter of the education department that the details of the non-trained teachers of the state are to be submitted at the government level.  Will have to give.

The above details should be given to the Government and should be given top priority.  Without sending any information from the taluka / school level, the details of your district should be collected at the district level and sent with the signature coin of the district primary education officer / governor.  So take note.

Reference: Official letter from the Hon'ble Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.  The reference letter from the Government of India has sought the opinion of the teachers in the form of a questionnaire to prepare a Plan of Action as well as a National Ural Framework for school education related chapters under NEP-2020.

 For this the teachers have to register at the following link provided by the Government of India and later give their opinions in the form of answer to the quiz.  For this, questions have been asked regarding the chapters related to school education and for a better understanding of these questions, one can better answer the questions by reading the details related to the chapter topic of NEP-2020 in NEP-2020.  Teachers will have to give these answers based on their knowledge, experience and classroom transaction teaching.  This reference letter is attached herewith for more details.

Pursuant to the above subject, to state that the best teacher is the best primary teacher / BRC as per the list included in the State Award Ceremony 2020. / C.R.C. Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan's birthday will be celebrated on 5th September 2020 with the blessings of the Hon'ble Governor of the state and he will be honored with a cash prize. So they are asked to be present at the following place, time and date and to report for registration.
