શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં નવાચાર અને સારી કાર્યરીતિઓ માટે રાષ્ટ્રીય પુરસ્કાર બાબત. રાષ્ટ્રીય શૈક્ષિક યોજના અને પ્રશાસન સંસ્થાન , NIEPA નવી દિલ્હી દ્વારા તાલુકા તેમજ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી દ્વારા કરાયેલા શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થાપનના ક્ષેત્રમાં થયેલા નવાચાર તેમજ સારી કાર્યરીતિઓ માટેનો રાષ્ટ્રીય એવોર્ડ આપવામાં આવે છે .
પ્રસ્તુત યોજનાનો મુખ્ય હેતુ જિલ્લા તેમજ તાલુકા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓ દ્વારા શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થાપનના ક્ષેત્રમાં થયેલા નવાચાર તેમજ સારી કાર્યરીતિઓની ઓળખ , પુરસ્કાર તેમજ પ્રચાર પ્રસારનો છે . પ્રસ્તુત યોજના વર્ષ 2014 માં નવાચાર તેમજ સારી કાર્યરીતિઓને પ્રોસ્તાહીત કરવા માટે શરૂ કરવામાં આવી હતી તથા ક્ષેત્રીય કાર્ય કરતાં જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓમાં આત્મવિશ્વાસનું સિંચન થાય તેવો હેતુ ધરાવે છે . શૈક્ષણિક વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં નવા ચાર એ ખાસ પ્રકારની પુસ્કારની યોજના છે જેમાં વિવિધ પાસાઓ અને પરિણામોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે . નવાચારના કેટલાક સૂચક ક્ષેત્રોમાં નીચે મુજબના ક્ષેત્રો આવરી શકાય .
બાળકોના નામાંકનમાં વૃધ્ધિ તેમજ બાળકોની શાળામાં સહભાગીતાની સ્થિતી સુધારવી , સરકારી શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણની ગુણવત્તા સુધારવી , શિક્ષકોનું વ્યવસ્થાપન અને વિસ્તરણ , નિયમિતતા અને નિયમ પાલનની ખાત્રી , વ્યવસાયીક સજજતા , શિક્ષકોને પ્રોસ્તાહન , શૈક્ષણિક સપોર્ટ મિકેનિઝમનું સરકારી વ્યવસ્થાપન , શિક્ષણમાં નવાયારને પ્રોસ્તાહન , શાળાકીય વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં સમુદાયની સહભાગીતા , નિરક્ષણ અને મોનીટરીંગની વ્યવસ્થા . સંસથાકીય આયોજન , મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના અને અન્ય પ્રોત્સાહક યોજનાઓનો પ્રચાર- પ્રસાર , સંસાધનોની ગતિશીલતા , સંસ્થાઓને પ્રોસ્તાહન અને વિષમતાઓને ઘટાડવાના પ્રયત્નો , સંસ્થાકીય વ્યવસ્થાપનમાં પરદર્શીતા તેમજ જવાબદારી વગેરે જેવી બાબતોની તાલુકા તેમજ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીઓની નોમીનેશની વિગતો સંદર્ભત પત્રથી NIEPA , નવી દિલ્હી ખાતે મોકલી આપવા જણાવેલ છે .

Matter of National Award for Innovation and Good Practices in Educational Management. The National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration, NIEPA New Delhi gives the National Award for innovations in the field of educational management as well as good practices by the Taluka and District Education Officer.
The main objective of the present scheme is to identify, award and publicize the innovations made by the District and Taluka Education Officers in the field of educational management as well as good practices. The present scheme was launched in the year 2014 to promote innovation as well as good practices and aims to instill confidence in the District Education Officers rather than the field work. The new four in educational management is a special type of reward scheme that covers a variety of aspects and outcomes. The following areas can be covered in some indicative areas of innovation.
Increase in enrollment of children as well as improvement of children's participation in school, improvement of quality of education in government schools, management and expansion of teachers, assurance of regularity and rule compliance, professional readiness, promotion of teachers, government management of educational support mechanism, promotion of newcomers in education, community management Monitoring system. Details of nominations of Taluka and District Education Officers on issues such as promotion of Institutional Planning, Mid-day Meal Scheme and other incentive schemes, mobilization of resources, promotion of institutions and efforts to reduce inequalities, transparency and responsibility in Institutional Management etc.
