Necessary notification regarding online transfer has been posted on the web portal. Which must be carefully studied and applied.
The school order requested for online transfer will not be subject to cancellation under any circumstances.
For the transfer of primary teachers, after studying the resolutions dated 23/05/20212 of the education department of the government and from time to time, one has to apply for the transfer online.
Primary Education / Legislative Assistants who wish to make internal transfers will have to fill up the required details on the above website and submit online applications.
The printed copy of the confirmed application should be accompanied by a coin signed by the school headmaster. After that the application has to be submitted by attaching the necessary supporting evidence of the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer will have to check the required supporting documents of the applications received from the primary teachers and give the access to the concerned teacher regarding the application received.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer will have to check the applications received by them, remark the approved / rejected in the application, collect all the applications and send them in person to the District Primary Education Officer by 06:00 on 06/02/2021.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep them on file.
Teachers need to be careful about choosing the dice code and school name when choosing an online school.
The transfer order will not be valid unless verified by the Taluka Primary Education Officer before executing the transfer order.
