Subject: - ALL IS WELL edu regarding submission of details in the prescribed form regarding the expenditure incurred from the grant allotted in the year 2012-13, 2017-20, 2020-21.
It is instructed to prepare the details as per the attached form regarding the expenditure incurred from the grant allotted in 2013-2014 and 2020-21: 1 to 5 and submit it by 5/08/2021. Only after the above information is released, next month's salary-allowance grant will be allotted, which you will take note of.

It is to be mentioned that various efforts are being made for the quality of education in the state by the Command and Control Center for Schools functioning at Sector-13 under this office. As a part of which, various projects of environmental laboratory have been implemented in the first phase by selecting 4,13 schools in the state.
This year, among the 100 government schools in the state which have the necessary space for nursery and other necessary facilities, the 'Medicinal Nursery' project is scheduled to be implemented with the financial assistance of Gujarat Medicinal Plants Board - Gandhinagar subject to the conditions mentioned in their respective letter-1.
In order to provide the necessary collaboration and guidance from time to time in the schools selected in the first phase for the 'Environmental Laboratory', 100 schools in the state have been selected by the team members working at the Command and Control Center for Schools.

The schools as per the attached list of your district corporation selected to implement the 'Medicinal Nursery' project will have to be allotted a grant directly from the district level to the bank account of the concerned SMC. In order to implement the 'Medicinal Nursery' project, the selected schools of your district corporation will have to carry out the work related to 'Medicinal Nursery' subject to the following matters given from the relevant letter-1. 1) Only medicinal seedlings should be grown in the nursery. Which must be selected from the list involved. 2) The size of the bag for seedlings will be 1020200.
3) Land, water and fencing as well as polythene bags, soil, seeds and fertilizer should be arranged by the concerned school.
45 Medicinal nurseries will have to operate in the following details per school. The size of polythene bags will be Rs. Total seedlings per school Total 7 cum per school Rs. An advance of Rs.10,000 / - at the rate of Rs.5.00 per sapling will be allotted to each school for 10,060 medicinal nurseries and the remaining amount will be allotted at the rate of Rs.1,000 / - at the rate of Rs.1,000 / - depending on the number of seedlings raised and distributed.
6) Medicinal seedlings should be given free of cost to the applicants for cultivation on their land.
