એડોલેશન્ટ એજ્યુકેશન પ્રોગ્રામ (Adolescent Education Program - AEP)

ભારતમાં 10 થી 19 વર્ષની વયના બાળકોને Adolescents કહેવાય છે. આ વયમાં શારીરિક, માનસિક, ભાવનાત્મક અને સામાજિક સ્તરે મોટા ફેરફારો થાય છે. આ પરિવર્તનોને સમજવા અને સાચી દિશામાં આગળ વધવા માટે Adolescent Education Program (AEP) અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવ્યો છે. ભારતમાં લગભગ 21% જનસંખ્યા કિશોરાવસ્થામાં છે, એટલે કે દેશના વિકાસમાં આ યુવાનોની મોટી ભૂમિકા છે. AEP દ્વારા તેમને સ્વસ્થ, જવાબદાર અને જાગૃત નાગરિક બનાવવાનો પ્રયત્ન થાય છે.
