This result is available on the Board's website www. sebexam. org. Click on the ‘Print Result’ option in the title bar of this website to get the result of the exam given by the candidate himself. In the window, the candidate selects the result of the examination he / she wants to get and clicks on the confirmation no. And Birth Date or Aadhar DISE No. By typing and clicking the SUBMIT 'button the candidate will be able to get his result.
Even if a candidate is absent in one of the papers and has got a total of 35 or more marks in all the other papers, it is considered as 'FAIL'. Candidates who are present in the paper and get a total marks of 35 or more in all the papers are considered to have passed i.e. “PASS” and are eligible to get the grade.
Each school will get the result of the students of their school from this result posted on the board's website and keep the school file. If there is any error in the published result in the name of the candidate, in other information of the candidate or in the absence of the candidate in the examination, from the date of publication of the result. By 30/06/2020, by filling in the required details in the EXCEL SHEET at the e-mail address (gseb2idrawing2019@gmail.com), the required figures can be clearly read and printed with the EXCEL SHEET scanned image. jpg k. Direct submission made by the candidate will not be considered here. After the time limit i.e. Dt. Submissions received after 30/06/2020 will not be accepted. The candidate will have to send a scanned image of the application along with the forwarding of the school principal. This application should clearly state what amendments are to be made.

(1) Scanned image of a score sheet obtained online.
(2) www. sebexam. Download the Excel sheet of the prescribed specimen given on org and fill in the required details in English capital letters and send the file in soft copy.
(3) Scanned image of the school principal's certificate of verification from the general register of the school for correction of surname or spelling in the name in the soft copy of the above Excel sheet.
(4) Scanned image of the hall ticket of the candidate signed by the supervisor if there is representation of present / absent matter. Note: The hard copy of all these should be kept by the candidate with the school.
It must be sent when requested by the board. Certificates of the candidates who have passed this examination will be delivered to the examination centers in the last week of July so that the candidates / schools who have passed will have to get it from the examination center.

Elementary and Intermediate Drawing Grade Exam - 2019 Result Notification
The provision for passing this examination and getting the grade is as follows. If the candidate is absent in all the papers, the result is considered as ABSENT. - Candidate who is present in all the papers but the total marks of all his papers are less than 35 is considered as FAIL and is not eligible to get the grade. .Even if a candidate is absent in one of the papers and has got a total of 35 or more marks in all the other papers, it is considered as 'FAIL'. Candidates who are present in the paper and get a total marks of 35 or more in all the papers are considered to have passed i.e. “PASS” and are eligible to get the grade.
Elementary Drawing Exam Grade System
- Candidate who is declared “PASS”
- if total marks are 60 or more : A grade
- If the total marks are from 50 to 59 then B grade and
- if the total marks are from 35 to 49. C grade
