 રાજ્યમાં નબળી આર્થિક સ્થિતિ ધરાવતાં તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ધોરણ - ૧૨ સુધી અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરી શકે તથા માધ્યમિક તથા ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શાળામાં ડ્રોપ આઉટ દર ઘટે તે હેતુથી ધોરણ -૮ માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે નેશનલ મીન્સ કમ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ ( N.M.M.S ) નામની યોજના શિક્ષા મંત્રાલય , NEW DILHI તરફથી અમલમાં મુકવામાં આવેલ છે.

About NMMS Scholarship Exam:

National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme "National means cum mcrit Scholarship Scheme" Declaration 2020-21. A scheme called National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) for students studying in has been implemented by MHRD, NEW DILHI.

State Examination Board, Gandhinagar will conduct an examination on Sunday 28-02-2021 to select the beneficiary students for this scholarship.

Student Qualification:

The student will be able to appear for the N.V.H.S examination in the current academic year in Government Primary Schools in Std-8, Local Body Schools in District Panchayat Municipal Corporation / Nagarpalika) and Granted Primary Schools.

General Category and OBC The student of the category should have obtained at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in Std-7. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) students should have obtained at least 50 marks or equivalent grade in Std-7 in the kitchen.

The annual income of the guardian of all categories of students is Rs. Only students who do not exceed Rs. 1,50,000 / - will be able to appear for this examination.

Students of private schools, private schools, self-finance schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas and residential schools run by state government institutions which provide accommodation, meals and study facilities will not be able to fill up the application form.

Income limit:

The annual income of the guardian of the candidate should not exceed Rs.1,50,000 / - as decided for the NMMS examination. A certified copy of the guardian's annual income statement must be attached to the student's application form. (Example of an official authorized by the government should be attached)

Exam Fee:

General Category and OBC Examination fee for category students will be Rs.70 / -.

Ph.D. And S.T. Examination fee for category students will be Rs.50 / -.

Service charge will have to be paid separately.

Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Fee Acceptance Center:

After filling the application form in the computerized post offices of Gujarat as the fee acceptance center, the fee can be printed and the fee can be paid. Two of the three parts printed currency will be returned by the post office.

The post office will have to check whether the fee has been paid from the confirmation number along with the receipt given by the post office to the payer.

You can also pay the examination fee through "ATM CARD / NEET BANKING" through online payment gateway. Click on "Rint Application / Challan" and fill in the details to submit online Then select the appropriate option from the options of Online Payment "Guests seg. If there is any defect in the process, it will be seen on the screen that your fee has not been paid.

Course:

The 90 questions of the MAT Intellectual Aptitude Test will be of literal and non-verbal logical calculation. These questions will include Analogy, Classification, Numerical series, Pattern Perception, Ilhidden Figure etc.

The 90 questions of the SAT Educational Aptitude Test will include Std-7 and Std-8 Mathematics, Science and Social Science subjects.

The syllabus of the previous academic year will be for Std-7.

The syllabus of the first semester of the current academic year will be for Std-8.

Qualifying marks:

General and OBC. Students in the category will have to get a total of 40% marks in both the sections and S.C. And S.T. Students in the category will have to get a total of 32% marks in both the sections.

Out of the students who get the qualifying marks, only the students who come in merit as per the quota determined by the district-wise category will be eligible for the scholarship. .

Ph. Category classification:

Ph.The category will be categorized into different subcategories as shown below.

a) Blindness and Low Vision (BLV)

b) Deaf and hard of hearing (DH)

c) Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy (LD)

d) Autism, intellectual disabilities, specific learning disabilities and mental illness (AID)

e) Multiple disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (d) including deaf - blindness in the posts identified for each disabilities (MD)

Test structure:

The medium of examination will be English as well as Gujarati. The question paper of the medium whichever medium the student chooses will be given.

This test will be of multiple choice form and Multiple Choice Question - MCQ Based. Each question will have one mark.

There will be no negative assessment in the assessment of these tests.

Blind students will be given an extra 30 minutes.

How to apply online:

Online application will be accepted by the State Examination Board in respect of this advertisement. Ta. Application form can be filled on www.sebexam.org from 12/11/2030 (12.00 noon) to 16/12/2030 (till 9.4 pm). The following steps have to be followed to apply. The application will be considered valid only after paying the fee after confirming the application form.

The entire form has to be filled in English.

First go to www.sebexam.org.

Click on “Apply online”.

Click on Apply Now against "National means cum merit Scholarship Scheme" - (STD - 8).

 Clicking on Apply Now will show the Application Format. Fill in all the information requested in the Application Format.

Student Details - Must be filled on the basis of DISE Number.

The DISE number of the school has to be entered for the details of the school. Now clicking on save will save your data.

Application Number will be generated here. Which must be preserved.

Candidates of SC, ST, as well as PH category are required to upload the certificate number, date and proof of income as well as a copy of the certificate in the form on the website.

Now click on Upload photo- Signature at the top of the page. Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date.

Then click on Submit. Photo and signature are to be uploaded here.

To upload a photo and signature, first of all your photo and signature must be in JPG format (10 Kb) in the computer in such a way that it does not exceed the size. Click on Browse Button. Now from the Choose File screen, select the file in which your Photo is stored in PG format.

And click the Open Button. Now click on upload button next to Browse Button

Now your photo will appear next to it. Now you have to upload the signature in the same way.

Now click on Confirm Application.

Type your Application Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on submit.

If you want to modify the application here, click on Edit Application to correct it.

Any modification can be made in the application before confirming the application. But no amendment can be made in the application after the application is confirmed.

Click confirm only if you do not feel the need to modify the application. Clicking on Confirm will accept the application online and only then will it be considered valid.

Now click on Print Application & Fee challan. Type your Confirmation Number here and type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit.

Print your application form and fee currency from here. After that, any computerized Indian Post Office branch in Gujarat will be able to pay the examination fee in cash or through ATM CARD / NET BANKING through online payment gateway.

Required grounds / certificates:

The following grounds, certificates should be attached with the print of the application form filled online

School procedures:

It will be the sole responsibility of the school to fill up the application forms for the students online.

All the online application forms filled by the school should be signed by the principal and submitted to the office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer by 26-12-2020 along with the required grounds / certificates.

Action to be taken by the District Primary Education Officer's Office:

The office of the District Primary Education Officer has to submit the hard copy of all the applications at the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar by 05-01-2020.

Mentoring instructions:

District Primary Education Officers and Govt. Officers in all Government Primary Schools, Granted Primary Schools and Local Body Schools under their jurisdiction.

The office of the concerned District Primary Education Officer will have to ensure that no complaint is received or delay is received from any school.

It will be the sole responsibility of the school to fill up the application forms for the students online. All the online application forms filled by the school should be signed by the principal and submitted to the office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer by 26-12-2020 along with the required grounds / certificates.

After verifying the application forms received from the school in the office of Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer on the login given by the R.P.

The office of the District Primary Education Officer has to submit the hard copy of all the application forms to the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar by 05-01-2020.

Important Notices:

 If the student or the school sends their application directly to the State Examination Board, it will be considered canceled.

The application form must be filled accurately online. The name, surname, date of birth, caste or any other matter will not be later amended by the Board to take special note.

Students of sc, ST, as well as PH categories are required to upload the certificate as well as proof of income on the website.

Certificates and income samples uploaded by students of sc, ST, as well as PH categories will be the responsibility of the concerned.

If there is any name, surname, date of birth, caste or any other mistake while filling the form or the name of the student entering the Aadhaar Dias number does not appear, the student should contact the principal of the school where he is currently studying and correct the details of the student's Aadhaar Dias number by the principal. The application form can be filled up 3 hours after the amendment. .

Any mistake made in the last day of filling the application form will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, the person filling the form will have to amend the Aadhaar Dias keeping in view the time limit of the application form. It will be the responsibility of the school principal to make the correction.

If you find any difficulty in filling up the application form, contact us on the phone number given on the website. That efforts should be made to give maximum number of students appearing in the examination by giving a press note regarding the publication of the announcement in the educational magazines / newspapers published from the district level.

Considering the interest of the students, efforts should be made to fill the application form of at least 5 (five) students from each school of the district.

Mentoring instructions:

District Primary Education Officers and Govt. Officers in all Government Primary Schools, Granted Primary Schools and Local Body Schools under their jurisdiction.

The office of the concerned District Primary Education Officer will have to ensure that no complaint is received or delay is received from any school.

It will be the sole responsibility of the school to fill up the application forms for the students online. All the online application forms filled by the school should be signed by the principal and submitted to the office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer by 26-12-2020 along with the required grounds / certificates.

After verifying the application forms received from the school in the office of Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer on the login given by the R.P.

The office of the District Primary Education Officer has to submit the hard copy of all the application forms to the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar by 07-04-2024

Important Notices:

 If the student or the school sends their application directly to the State Examination Board, it will be considered canceled.

The application form must be filled accurately online. The name, surname, date of birth, caste or any other matter will not be later amended by the Board to take special note.

Students of sc, ST, as well as PH categories are required to upload the certificate as well as proof of income on the website.

Certificates and income samples uploaded by students of sc, ST, as well as PH categories will be the responsibility of the concerned.

If there is any name, surname, date of birth, caste or any other mistake while filling the form or the name of the student entering the Aadhaar Dias number does not appear, the student should contact the principal of the school where he is currently studying and correct the details of the student's Aadhaar Dias number by the principal. The application form can be filled up 3 hours after the amendment. .

Any mistake made in the last day of filling the application form will not be taken into consideration. Therefore, the person filling the form will have to amend the Aadhaar Dias keeping in view the time limit of the application form. It will be the responsibility of the school principal to make the correction.

If you find any difficulty in filling up the application form, contact us on the phone number given on the website. That efforts should be made to give maximum number of students appearing in the examination by giving a press note regarding the publication of the announcement in the educational magazines / newspapers published from the district level.

Considering the interest of the students, efforts should be made to fill the application form of at least 5 (five) students from each school of the district.

NMMS Scholarship Examination 2026 : રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા રાજ્યના નબળી આર્થિક સ્થિતિ ધરાવતા તેજસ્વી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આર્થિક પ્રોત્સાહન આપી તેમને આગળના ધોરણ 12 સુધીના અભ્યાસ માટે મદદરૂપ થવા અને ધોરણ 12નો ડ્રોપ આઉટ રેશીયો ઘટાડવા માટે નેશનલ મીન્સ કમ મેરીટ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ છે. ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા આ NMMS Scholarship Examination 2026 પરીક્ષાનું જાહેરનામું બહાર પાડવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ પરીક્ષામાં ઊત્તિર્ણ થનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દર મહિને રૂપિયા 1000 એટલે કે વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા 12000 લેખે શિષ્યવૃતિ ચૂકવવામાં આવે છે. તો આજે અમે અહીં તમને ફોર્મ ભરવાની તારીખ અને પરીક્ષા માટેના ધોરણો વિશે અહીથી જણાવીશું તો અંત સુધી અમારી સાથે જોડાયેલા રહેશો.

NMMS શિષ્યવૃતિની રકમ અને નિયમો

• NMMS શિષ્યવૃતિ યોજના હેઠળ પરીક્ષામાં જિલ્લાના ક્વોટામાં મેરિટમાં આવતા વિધ્યાર્થીઓને વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા 12000 ચાર વર્ષ એટલે કે ધોરણ 12 સુધીનો અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરે ત્યાં સુધી ચૂકવવામાં આવે છે. જે ભારત સરકારના શિક્ષણ ખાતાના National scholarship portal મારફત સીધી જ વિદ્યાર્થીના બેંક ખાતામાં જમા કરવામાં આવે છે.

NMMS ની પરીક્ષા આપવા માટેની લાયકાત

1. વિદ્યાર્થી સરકારી,લોકલ બોર્ડ કે ગ્રાન્ટેડ શાળામાં ધોરણ 8 માં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોવા જોઈએ.
2. જનરલ કેટેગીરી કે ઓબીસી વર્ગના વિદ્યાર્થી એ ધોરણ: 7 માં 55 % કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ જ્યારે અન્ય પછાત વર્ગમાં આવતા વિદ્યાર્થીએ ધોરણ 7 ની વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષામાં 50% ગુણ મેળવેલ હોવા જોઈએ.
3. ખાનગી શાળાઓ, કેન્દ્રીય વિદ્યાલય, જવાહર નવોદય વિદ્યાલય તથા જે શાળામાં રહેવા, જમવા અને અભ્યાસની સેવા પુરી પાડવામાં આવતી હોય તેવી શાળામાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ સ્કોલરશીપ યોજના માટે ફોર્મ ભરી શકશે નહી.

NMMS પરીક્ષા ફી

• જનરલ કેટેગીરી,EWS તથા OBC કેટેગીરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પરીક્ષા ફી રૂપિયા 70 અને PH અને SC તથા ST વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે રૂપિયા 50 તેમજ સર્વિસ ચાર્જ અલગથી રહેશે.

✓ ફોર્મ ભરવાની શરૂઆત : 10/11/2025

NMMS સ્કોલરશીપ આવક મર્યાદા

• NMMS શિષ્યવૃતિ પરીક્ષા આપનાર વિદ્યાર્થીના વાલીની વાર્ષિક આવક રૂપિયા 350000થી વધુ ના હોવી જોઈએ. આ માટે તેમણે સક્ષમ અધિકારી તરફથી મેળવેલું આવકના પ્રમાણપત્રની પ્રમાણીત નકલ જોડવાની રહેશે.

NMMS પરિક્ષા માટે અરજી કરવાની રીત:

• સૌ પ્રથમ રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડની વેબ સાઈટ www.sebexam.org પર જાઓ
• ત્યારબાદ Apply Online પર બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.
• ત્યારબાદ NMMS Scholarship Exam 2025 સામે APPLY Now પર ક્લીક કરવાથી ફોર્મ ખુલશે તે માત્ર અંગ્રેજીમાં ભરવું.
• વિધાર્થીએ પોતાનું નામ માત્ર આધારકાર્ડ મુજબ લખવું.
• બાકી ની વિગત શાળાના આધાર ડાયસ મુજબ ભરવાની રહેશે.
• અરજીફોર્મ ભરાયા બાદ ફોટો અને સહીનો નમૂનો અપલોડ કરી ફોર્મ કન્ફર્મ કરવાનું રહેશે
• ત્યારબાદ ડીજીટલ ગેટવે મારફત અરજી ફી ભરવાની રહેશે
• અરજી ફી ભરાઈ ગયા પછી રસીદની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી લેવી જરૂરી છે.
• આવી રીતે તમે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરી શકો છો, વધુ માહિતી માતે વિધાર્થીના વાલીએ શાળાનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે.
