ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની માહિતીનું ડિજિટલ સંચાલન કરવા માટે CTS (Child Tracking System) એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ ઓનલાઈન સિસ્ટમ છે. આ સિસ્ટમમાં રાજ્યની તમામ સરકારી, ગ્રાન્ટેડ અને માન્ય શાળાઓમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિગતો નોંધવામાં આવે છે. જેના આધારે વિદ્યાર્થીનું ટ્રેકિંગ, શાળાંતર, ધોરણવાર માહિતી તથા વિવિધ શૈક્ષણિક યોજનાઓનું સંચાલન સરળ બને છે.

કેટલાક વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિવિધ કારણોસર અગાઉ CTS માં એન્ટ્રી થઈ શકતી નથી. ખાસ કરીને Over Age Students (વય કક્ષા મુજબ પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ) માટે નવી એન્ટ્રી કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા અલગ હોય છે. તે માટે શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહે છે.

CTS (Child Tracking System) શું છે?

CTS એટલે Child Tracking System. આ ગુજરાત સરકારના શિક્ષણ વિભાગની ઓનલાઈન વ્યવસ્થા છે, જેમાં દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીની યુનિક માહિતી સંગ્રહિત કરવામાં આવે છે. વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ, આધાર નંબર, જન્મ તારીખ, ધોરણ, શાળા, પ્રવેશની માહિતી વગેરે CTS માં નોંધાય છે.

Over Age Student કોને કહેવાય?

જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી પોતાની ઉંમર અનુસાર યોગ્ય ધોરણમાં પ્રથમ વખત પ્રવેશ મેળવે અથવા અગાઉ કોઈ કારણસર શાળામાં અભ્યાસ ન કર્યો હોય અને વય કક્ષા મુજબ પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે ત્યારે આવા વિદ્યાર્થીને સામાન્ય રીતે Over Age Student તરીકે ગણવામાં આવે છે. આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની CTS માં નવી એન્ટ્રી કરવી જરૂરી બને છે.

નવી CTS Entry કયા કિસ્સામાં કરવી?

4	અગાઉના વર્ષોમાં CTS માં એન્ટ્રી રહી ગઈ હોય.

અન્ય રાજ્યમાંથી આવેલ હોય તો સંબંધિત રાજ્ય અને જિલ્લાની વિગતો.

ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવું

તમામ વિગતો English CAPITAL LETTERS માં ભરવી.
વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ આધાર કાર્ડ મુજબ જ લખવું.
જન્મ તારીખમાં કોઈ ભૂલ ન રહે તેની ખાતરી કરવી.
આધાર નંબર ચકાસીને જ લખવો.
શાળા અને UDISE/DISE Code સાચો દાખલ કરવો.
આચાર્યશ્રી અને CRC Co-ordinator દ્વારા વિગતોની ચકાસણી કરાવવી.

CTS માં સાચી માહિતી શા માટે મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે?

CTS માં નોંધાયેલી માહિતીના આધારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિવિધ સરકારી યોજનાઓનો લાભ મળે છે. ઉપરાંત વિદ્યાર્થી અન્ય શાળામાં પ્રવેશ લે ત્યારે તેની માહિતી સરળતાથી ઉપલબ્ધ બને છે. ખોટી માહિતીના કારણે વિદ્યાર્થીની ઓનલાઈન પ્રક્રિયામાં મુશ્કેલીઓ ઊભી થઈ શકે છે.

Over Age Students માટે ખાસ સૂચનાઓ

જો વિદ્યાર્થી અગાઉ કોઈ પણ શાળામાં CTS માં નોંધાયેલો ન હોય અને વય કક્ષા મુજબ પ્રથમ વખત પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો હોય તો નવી એન્ટ્રી માટે યોગ્ય કારણ દર્શાવવું જરૂરી છે. સાથે જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા જોડવા અને તમામ વિગતોની ખાતરી કર્યા પછી જ ફોર્મ મોકલવું.

Eligibility for NVS Class 6 Admission 2026

Students should know the JNVST Class 6 eligibility criteria and ensure that they are fulfilling them. If NVS finds any student ineligible for JNV admission 2026 Class 6, then his/her application will be rejected.

Navodaya Admission 2026 Class 6 Eligibility Conditions

Students can apply for Navodaya Class 6 admission 2026 at the JNVs located in their own district.

A student must not have been born before May 1, 2011, and after April 30, 2013 (both dates are inclusive).

He/she must be studying in Class 5 during the academic year 2024-25 in a recognized school to apply for Navodaya Vidyalaya admission 2024 class 6.

The candidate who has not been promoted and admitted to class V before 31st July 2024 is not eligible to apply.

A student applying for Navodaya admission 2024 Class 6 in rural quota must have studied and passed Class 3rd, 4th, and 5th from a recognized school located in a rural area.

Candidates passing ‘B’ certificate competency course of NIOS on or before September 15, 2024 are eligible for exam.
