A meeting was held by the in-charge secretary of Mehsana district to review the existing system in order to strengthen and expedite the preventive measures in the case of Kovid-19 cases in Mehsana district.  At the end of the review and discussion in the meeting, to intensify door-to-door surveillance in urban areas and to detect suspicious cases of ILI / SARVARDS / COVID-19 and refer them for medical examination / treatment at Government Hospital / UHC / CHC and COVID of persons deemed necessary.  It has been decided to take the service of BLO in order to make the healing process more fast and effective by admitting the tested positive patients to Hoi Isolation / Isolation Facility / Quid Hospital and treating the limited number of field health workers in urban areas.

ન્યૂ ગુણોત્સવ 2026 | GSQAC નવી મૂલ્યાંકન પદ્ધતિ મુજબ New Gunotsav 2.0 Framework and Guidelines 

ગુણોત્સવ કાર્યક્રમ 2009 થી ગુજરાત રાજ્યની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જ્યારે માનનીય નરેન્દ્રભાઇ મોદી ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી હતા. રાજ્યની સરકારી અને ખાનગી તમામ શાળાઓ માટે ગુણવત્તા ચકાસણી માટેનો આ કાર્યક્રમ છે. જેને ટુંકમાં અત્યારે GSQAC તરીકે ઓળખવામાં આવે છે. 

GSQAC નું Full form છે. Gujarat School Quality Accreditation Council.



આ કાર્યક્રમ શિક્ષણ વિભાગનો મહત્વનો અને સમગ્ર શિક્ષણ પ્રણાલીનો એક હિસ્સો ગણાય છે. જેમાં શિક્ષકો, CRC, BRC, TPEO, DPEO, DIET, GCERT થી લઈને તમામ અધિકારીઓ / વિભાગો સામેલ છે.

The student UID number given to the child is a statistical basis as his student, in which all the details like student name, parent name, address, school name, standard of study, name of school principal and mobile number, date of birth of student, Aadhar card number can be known.  .

As per the instructions of the Ministry of Education, information has to be obtained under UDISE in the current year 2020 21.  All levels of District Educational Information Sheet (UDISE + Data Capture Format) for the current year 2020-21 should be done through UDISE + online application (http://udiseplus.gov.in).  

In this regard, to inform you that in the current year 2020-21, you are asked to get the information of all the schools in your district having Std-1 to Std-12 such as primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary schools under UDISE +.  These schools are instructed to get the mandatory information in the UDISE form of any school such as Government, Ashram School, Private Granted, Private Non-Granted, Central Government, Model School, Jawahar Navodaya or any other management. 

 U-DISE in the annual budget prepared for primary, upper primary, secondary and higher secondary level educational planning at district level as well as state level as per the entire education plan and in education policy planning as well as policy planning related to education  Is used as the basis for information.

In addition to the process of giving free admission in Std-1 to non-subsidized private primary schools to children belonging to weaker and disadvantaged groups under Section-12.1 (c) of RTE Act 2009, in the form of students filling online at school level as per NMMS- National Meani Cum Merit scholarship scheme Exam  The school's U-DISE code is mandatory and only UDISE's year-wise teacher record is considered as the basis for teachers' experience in the recruitment process.  

In addition, you can easily get your district enrollment rate, dropout rate, school information, enrollment and teacher information from UDISE.  In addition, Performance Grading Index (PG) Ranking is done on the basis of UDISE data which determines the rank of the state / district in the field of education in India.  Thus you are aware of the importance of UDISE DATA. 

 Pursuant to the terms and conditions of Rule-13 (2) of the Right to Education (RTE) Act 2006 and Rule-13 (1) () (h) of the Gujarat Right to Educational Rules 2018 and the accompanying Appendix-II  It is mandatory for every school to provide this information.  In this regard, all the above schools must be registered under DISE +.  In the year 2020-21, all schools are asked to plan in a way that provides UDISE information.  If a school refuses to provide this information, the BRC of the area  Co.O.  And C.R.C.  Co.O.  The primary responsibility for obtaining UDISE information from the school lies with the CRC.  Co.O.  And B.R.C.  Of CO.  

However, if the school does not provide the information, the accredited officer is asked to take disciplinary action till the accreditation of such school is canceled immediately.  For example, the District Primary Education Officer and Govt. Officer for Primary / Higher Primary School as well as the District Education Officer for Secondary / Higher Secondary School are asked to take disciplinary action till the de-recognition of such school is immediately revoked.  The district level will have to take necessary action keeping in view the following matters regarding the operation of UDISE +.  (1). 

 District MIS  The coordinator has to login with the username and password of the district in the UDISE + online application and check the details of his block wise schools.  (Ii).  District MIS  COA has made a list of schools functioning in the academic year 2020-21. To verify the details of schools as per the list in UDISE + online application, such as school management, school category as well as school status (Operational, Close, Merge and Sanctioned but Not Operational) etc.  

Day to Day Ayojan Semester -1 for Std 1 to 8

Only after that will you have to print UDISE + DCF as well as enter the filled DCF form.  (2).  Print out of Pre-Filled DISE + DCF online application of all Government, Ashram School, Model School, Model Day School, RMSA School and Granted (Granted) Schools from the district level as per the academic year 2020-21 of the district has to be printed and delivered to the taluka level.  

While private school (non-subsidized), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School as well as other Central Government run schools have to make entry in UDISE + online application from school level.

◆ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાનો UDISE નંબર ઓનલાઇન કેવીરીતે મેળવી શકાય ?

(2).  Block MIS  Logo in UDISE + school Management Module with Username and Password of your block and go to User Management for private school (non-subsidized), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other Central Government run schools in your block.  You have to create a LOGIN ID.  (2).  C.R.C.  

Day to Day Ayojan Semester -2

Get student UDISE (Child UID) number online yourself, .. in just 1 minute |  Know Student UID

The Coordinator has to send the DISE + DCF Form to all the Government, Ashram School, Model School, Model Day School, RMSA School and Granted (Granted) School under his jurisdiction as well as get the filled UDISE + DCF Form accurately from the school level.  Must be sent to  

(5).  C.R.C.  Co.  The coordinator went to the private school (non-subsidized), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other Central Government run schools under his jurisdiction and got the hard copy of UDISE + DCF Form filled in the online application by the school with the signature-coin of the school principal.  The details filled in by the school will have to be verified on the spot.  (2).  Block MIS at block level.  The data entry operator has to make data entry of DISE + Form of all government, ashram school, model school, model day school, RMSA school and grant aided school in UDISE + online application.  

(2).  Details of DISE + Form filled in by DISE + Online Application from School Level by Block MIS Data Entry Operator at Block Level Private School (Non-Subsidized), Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School, Sainik School and other Central Government run schools.  Must be verified and verified.  If a school does not make an online entry, it will have to get a hard copy of the school's DISE + Form and make an entry.  (2).  C.R.C.  The coordinator will have to check the filled UDISE + DCF form of 100% of the schools.  

(10).  B.R.C.  The coordinator will have to check the filled UDISE + DCF form of 15% of the schools. 

 (11).  District level as well as block level will have to download the certificate from the UDISE + online application, sign the coins and upload it online.  (12).  In order to get the UDISE + forms of all the schools of secondary and higher secondary level in time, the District Education Officer, AEI and EI will have to plan the way to join this work together.  

(12). All meetings and training programs on UDISE should be organized by the District Education Officer and the District Primary Education Officer together and both the officers should review the work done in this regard from time to time.  (12).  District MIS  Co.O.  And block MIS.  Co.O.  

The details of daily operations regarding UDISE + should be given to the state office.  (12).  For the operation of UDISE + for the year 2020-21, the district level will have to print the DCF form through the UDISE + online application and also take care that the cost does not exceed the approved rate contract of the district panchayat

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે જીસીઇઆરટી દ્વારા વિધાર્થીઓમાં વિવિધ જીવન કૌશલ્યોની ખિલવણી થાય તે માટે દર વર્ષે બાળમેળાની પ્રવૃત્તિ બે વિભાગમાં આયોજિત કરવામાં આવે છે . જે પૈકી ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના વિધાર્થીઓ માટે બાળમેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે તેમજ ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે જીવન કૌશલ્ય આધારીત બાળમેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે. આ બાળમેળાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ બાળવાર્તા , માટીકામ , રંગપૂરણી , હસ્તકલાની કામગીરી , ચીટકકામ , કાગળકામ , ગળીકામ , બાળવાર્તા આધારિત નાટક જેવી વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓને રમતોના માધ્યમથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રહેલી શક્તિઓને ઉજાગર કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવે છે . 

બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળો 2026-27 | GCERT દ્વારા મહત્વપૂર્ણ પરિપત્ર જાહેર

ગુજરાત શૈક્ષણિક સંશોધન અને તાલીમ પરિષદ (GCERT), ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા વર્ષ 2026-27 દરમિયાન રાજ્યની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળા યોજવા અંગે મહત્વપૂર્ણ પરિપત્ર જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ (NEP-2020) ના અમલીકરણ અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં સર્જનાત્મકતા, જીવન કૌશલ્ય, સહકાર, નેતૃત્વ, વૈજ્ઞાનિક અભિગમ અને આનંદદાયક શિક્ષણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે દર વર્ષે બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે.

બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળાના મુખ્ય હેતુઓ

  • વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આનંદદાયક અને પ્રવૃત્તિ આધારિત શિક્ષણનો અનુભવ કરાવવો.
  • સહકાર, નેતૃત્વ અને લોકશાહીની ભાવના વિકસાવવી.
  • સર્જનાત્મકતા અને મૌલિક વિચારશક્તિને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું.
  • વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રહેલી સુષુપ્ત શક્તિઓને ઉજાગર કરવી.
  • મનોરંજન સાથે જ્ઞાન અને અનુભવ પ્રાપ્ત કરાવવો.
  • ચોકસાઈ, ધીરજ અને સામાજિક ગુણોનો વિકાસ કરવો.
  • દૈનિક જીવનમાં ઉપયોગી વિવિધ કૌશલ્યો કેળવવા.
  • શારીરિક અને માનસિક વિકાસને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવું.
  • જીવનના પડકારોનો હકારાત્મક રીતે સામનો કરવાની તૈયારી કરાવવી.
  • શાળા અને સમાજ વચ્ચે વધુ સારો સંબંધ વિકસાવવો.

પરિપત્રનો મુખ્ય હેતુ

રાજ્યની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ, નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત શાળાઓ, મહાનગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત શાળાઓ, આશ્રમશાળાઓ, KGBV અને મોડેલ સ્કૂલોમાં બાળમેળા તથા લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરીને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને વિવિધ શૈક્ષણિક, સર્જનાત્મક અને જીવન ઉપયોગી પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં જોડવાનો આ પરિપત્રનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય છે.

આયોજન અંગે મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ

GCERT દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી સૂચના મુજબ રાજ્યની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ, નગર/મહાનગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત શાળાઓ, આશ્રમશાળાઓ, KGBV તથા મોડેલ સ્કૂલોમાં બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળાનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે.

  • તા. 07-08-2026 ના રોજ ધોરણ 1 થી 5 માટે બાળમેળો યોજવાનો રહેશે.
  • તા. 08-08-2026 ના રોજ ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માટે લાઇફ સ્કિલ મેળો યોજવાનો રહેશે.
  • શાળાના દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીને વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં ભાગ લેવાની તક મળે તે રીતે આયોજન કરવું.
  • પ્રવૃત્તિ શરૂ કરતાં પહેલાં શિક્ષક દ્વારા તેનું નિદર્શન (ડેમો) કરાવવું.
  • વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જુદા જુદા જૂથોમાં વહેંચીને રોટેશન પદ્ધતિથી તમામ પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં ભાગ લેવડાવવો.
  • આયોજન દરમિયાન આનંદદાયક અને પ્રવૃત્તિ આધારિત શિક્ષણ પર વિશેષ ભાર મૂકવો.
  • શાળામાં ઉપલબ્ધ સ્થાનિક સાધનો અને શિક્ષણ સામગ્રીનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.

આયોજન દરમિયાન ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાની બાબતો

  • દરેક બાળકને ઓછામાં ઓછી એક કરતાં વધુ પ્રવૃત્તિમાં ભાગ લેવાની તક આપવી.
  • પ્રવૃત્તિઓ આનંદદાયક, સર્જનાત્મક અને વિદ્યાર્થી કેન્દ્રિત હોવી જોઈએ.
  • શિક્ષક માર્ગદર્શકની ભૂમિકામાં રહી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે.
  • શાળા અને સમાજ વચ્ચે જોડાણ મજબૂત બને તેવા પ્રયાસો કરવા.
  • આયોજનના ફોટોગ્રાફ તથા વિડિયો દસ્તાવેજીકરણ કરવું.

1. વર્ષ - 2022-2023 માં ગુજરાત રાજયની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ , નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ સંચાલિત શાળાઓ , આશ્રમશાળા , કે.જી.બી.વી , મોડેલ સ્કૂલમાં પ્રથમ દિવસે ધો . 1 થી 5 ના બાળકો માટે બાળમેળો તથા બીજા દિવસે ધો . 6 થી 8 ના બાળકો માટે લાઇફસ્કીલ મેળાનું આયોજન તા.15-07-2022 સુધીમાં કરવાનું રહેશે . 
2. આ વર્ષે બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કિલ મેળા બંનેમાં “ ટોક શો ” ના નામથી પ્રવૃત્તિમાં નીચે આપેલ નમૂનાના વિષયો રાખી શકાશે . ( આ વિષયો માત્ર ઉદાહરણ સ્વરૂપે આપેલ છે . તેમાં આપના અનુભવ દ્વારા બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કિલ મેળા આધારિત વિષયો ઉમેરી શકાશે . )

બાળવાર્તા , બાળવાર્તા આધારિત નાટક , માટીકામ , છાપકામ , કાતરકામ , ચીટકકામ , ચિત્રકામ , ગડીકામ , રંગપૂરણી , કાગળકામ , બાળ રમતો , એકમિનિટ પઝલ્સ , હાસ્ય દરબાર , ગીત - સંગીત - અભિનય પપેટ શો , ગણિત ગમ્મત , વેસ્ટમાંથી બેસ્ટ , વિજ્ઞાનના સાદા પ્રયોગો , વેશભૂષા વગેરે 

લાઇફ સ્કીલ ( જીવનકૌશલ્ય ) બાળમેળા અન્વયે યોજી શકાય તેવી કેટલીક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ 


– લાઇફ સ્કીલમેળા યોજી શકાય તેવી કેટલીક પ્રવૃતિઓ કક્ષા ધોરણ  ઉચ્ચ પ્રાથમિક કક્ષા 6 થી 8
ફ્યુઝ બાંધવો , સ્ક્રૂ લગાવવો , કુકર બંધ કરવું , ખિલ્લી લગાવવી , ટાયરનું પંચર રીપેર કરવું , શરીરની સ્વચ્છતા , વ્યસનથી થતું નુકસાન વગેરે જીવન વ્યવહારમાં ઉપયોગી વિવિધ કૌશલ્યોનો સમાવેશ કરી શકાય . શાળા અને સમાજનું જોડાણ વધે તે હેતુસર મેટ્રિકમેલા અંતર્ગત આવતી વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ જેવીકે આનંદમેળા , વસ્તુસામગ્રી વેચાણ સ્ટોલ , બાળકોના વજન / ઉંચાઇ માપવી , વ્યવહારમાં ગણિતનો ઉપયોગ વગેરે

3. આ સાથે મોનીટરીંગ કરનાર માટેનું સૂચિત મૂલ્યાંકન મોનીટરીંગ ફોર્મ સામેલ છે . 
જે બાળમેળા દરમ્યાન અવશ્ય ભરવું તથા તેનું વિશ્લેષણ કરી તારણો તારવવા 4. જિલ્લામાં બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલ ( જીવનકૌશલ્ય ) બાળમેળા યોજાઇ ગયા બાદ તેનું ડોક્યુમેન્ટેશન અને ડોક્યુમેન્ટરી કરવાની રહેશે જેમાં નીચે જણાવેલ મુદ્દાઓ સમાવિષ્ટ કરવાના રહેશે .

 SMC ના સભ્યોના પ્રતિભાવ તથા મોનીટરીંગ ટીમના પ્રતિભાવ મૂલ્યાકન 
– પ્રતિભાવોનું વિશ્લેષણ અને તારણો બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલમેળા અન્વયે ડાયેટે કરેલ અનુકાર્યની નકલો . ( બાળમેળા અને લાઇફસ્કીલમેળાનું આયોજન , પત્રો , બેઠકોની મિનિટ્સ , મોનીટરીંગનું આયોજન વગેરે ) 

5. શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર બાળકો વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓથી અવગત થાય તથા આનંદદાયી અને પ્રવૃત્તિલક્ષી શિક્ષણ મેળવે તે હેતુસર શાળામાં બાળમેળો અને અને લાઇફસ્કીલમેળા યોજાય તેવું આયોજન કરવું . 
6. બાળમેળા તથા લાઇફસ્કીલમેળા માટે તમામ ડાયેટને ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવેલ છે , જેનું પત્રક આ સાથે સામેલ છે . 
7. બાળમેળા અને લાઇફ સ્કીલ ( જીવનકૌશલ્ય મેળા માટે આપના દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીની સંખ્યા આધારિત મોકલવામાં આવેલ શાળાની સંખ્યા મુજબ જિલ્લાની સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ , નગર પ્રા.શિ.સ. સંચાલિત પ્રા.શાળા , મહાનગર પ્રા.શિ.સ સંચાલિત પ્રા.શાળા , કે.જી.બી.વી. , આશ્રમશાળા , મોડેલ સ્કૂલ ( ધોરણ -1 થી 8 ) પ્રત્યેક શાળાને નીચે મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીની સંખ્યા આધારિત ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી શાળા કક્ષાએ RTGS થી કરવાની રહેશે .

9. જિલ્લામાં બાળમેળા યોજાઇ ગયા બાદ તેના ફોટોગ્રાફ્સવીડીયો ક્લીપ્સ / ડોક્યુમેન્ટરી અહેવાલ ડાયેટની વેબસાઇટ પર મૂકવાનો રહેશે , 
10. બાળમેળા યોજાયા બાદ ડાયટે યુટિલાઇઝેશન સર્ટીફિકેટ જીસીઇઆરટીને મોકલવાનું રહેશે . ( આ સાથે સામેલી છે ) નોંધ પર માન . નિયામકશ્રીની મળેલ અનુમતિ અનુસાર
