Regulation No. 20 (3) to 20 (8) of the Gujarat Secondary Education Regulations, 1974 prescribes the qualifications and subjects as well as the medium for the recruitment of teachers of subjects taught in secondary and higher secondary schools.
In which a proposal was made in a letter against reference (2) of Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education for amendment.
As the matter comes under the purview of the higher level expert committee of the education department, based on the recommendations made in the meeting held on 02/01/2021 against the reference (3), the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Regulations from the letter against the reference (4) of the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. In view of the regulations of 1974, it was proposed to amend the qualifications for the recruitment of teachers / teaching assistants of subjects taught in secondary and higher secondary schools as well as the subjects as well as appendix-3, 4, 5, 6 and 7. The matter was under active consideration of the Government.
At the end of adult consideration:
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Regulations, 1974, for the recruitment of teachers / teaching assistants in subjects taught in secondary and higher secondary schools, instead of the existing provisions regarding the subjects and the medium, with reference to the provisions outlined in this resolution. As per Appendix-3 for recruitment, As per Appendix-4 for recruitment of Teacher / Teaching Assistant in Higher Secondary Schools, As per Appendix-5 for recruitment of Teacher / Teacher Assistant in Agriculture North Basic Secondary Schools, For Recruitment of Teachers / Teaching Assistants in Agriculture-North Basic Higher Secondary Schools It is therefore decided by the Government to fix the provisions as per Appendix-7 as well as for the recruitment of teachers / teaching assistants in special secondary and higher secondary schools as per Appendix-7.

Ancillary instructions have been published. The main purpose of the higher financial aid scheme is self. The purpose is to provide financial relief to the employee's dependents and to help them deal with such emergencies. But it is to be noted that there are still long pending cases under the High Financial Assistance Scheme in various offices of the State Government, which could not be disposed of due to various reasons, due to which the auspicious intention of the Government to introduce the High Financial Assistance Scheme is fruitful.
Does not happen. In view of this, the following instructions are circulated here. (1) After reviewing all the pending cases under the High Financial Assistance Scheme in various offices of the State Government, all these cases shall be considered / disposed of on an immediate basis as per rules. In addition, in all cases which are pending due to lack of ancillary information only, in all the cases, the office of the concerned administrative department / head of department / concerned office Immediate contact with the dependent family of the employee, obtaining missing details, disposal of relevant cases as per rules. (2) Late.
The administrative department / department head office / concerned office which is working in the office / head office of the employee at the time of death should immediately get the application for higher financial assistance of the eligible member of their dependent family after the death of the employee concerned.
