1. Proof of address
You can provide any document as proof of your approval.

2. That Agma Certificate Caste Caste
Provide one of them. Certificate of Social Welfare Worker, Press Officer, Founding Officer or Accelerating Officer

3. Birth certificate
City Hall, Gram Panchayat, Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate, Hospital Registration Certificate / Anganwadi, Affidavit Name of Parent or Guardian, Kindergarten Registration Certificate

4. Photo
Provide a final color photograph of the student passport.

5. Residents have a certificate of income
For a new income certificate, provide a Jan Seva Kendra income certificate or e-Dhara Kendra income certificate.

Old Income Certificate - Certificate of Taluka Development Officer, Mamlatdar or Competent Officer

6. BPL: (below poverty line) card
PL applicants with a BPL score of 0 to 20 must obtain a BPL certificate from this fee:

a) For rural areas. - Certificate of Local Rural Development Agency, Taluka Development Director / Officer

B) for urban area;
From City Community Corporation 1 - MC by competent officer or Deputy City Commissioner.
City Hall 2 for City Hall - Mayor's Certificate of General Staff.

IFED 3 for non-recommended area. Certificate of Administrative or Chief Executive Officer
In urban areas where BPL. List of 0-2 point beneficiaries not available, you must submit BPL certificate issued by the competent authority.
Note: BPL rating card is invalid as proof of BPL class.

7. NDNT:
Social Welfare Officer, Taluka Development Officer, Mamlatdar, Competent Officer awarded the certificate

8. Orphans
CWC (Child Welfare Committee) issues the relevant district certificate.

9. The child needs protection and care
CWC (Child Welfare Committee) issues the relevant district certificate.

10. A child who is a member of a child care organization
CWC (Child Welfare Committee) issues the relevant district certificate.

11. Children of migrant workers or child laborers
Emp Employment Certificate or CWC (Child Welfare Committee) Department issues the relevant district certificate.

12. Children with mental disorders have cerebral palsy
Issue Certificate of Civil Surgeon.

13. CWSN:
You have to provide a certificate from an authorized person of the concerned department.

14. HIV Children living together
Issue Certificate of Civil Surgeon.

15. Children of martyred soldiers
You must provide a certificate from the relevant department.

16. Support Ad Card
Provide hard copy of UIDAI Parent Aadhaar Card.

17. Child support card
A copy of the Aadhaar card is given to the child when required.

18. Bank details
Provide student / child or parent bank details, IFSC code as well as bank booklet.
