ભારત સરકારના શિક્ષણ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા શરૂ કરાયેલ જાદુઈ પિટારા (Magic Box) એ નાના બાળકો માટે રમતાં-રમતાં શીખવાની એક અનોખી પહેલ છે. આ યોજના NCERT દ્વારા વિકસાવવામાં આવી છે અને તેનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય 3 થી 8 વર્ષની વયના બાળકોમાં Foundational Learningને આનંદદાયક, રસપ્રદ અને અસરકારક બનાવવાનો છે.

"જાદુઈ પીટારા" (Jadui Pitara): જે શિક્ષણ વિભાગ દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલી એક નવતર પહેલ છે. આ પહેલ વિશેની વિગતવાર માહિતી નીચે મુજબ છે:

મુખ્ય લાક્ષણિકતાઓ અને સામગ્રી

ટોય બેઝ પેડાગોજી: આ પીટારા ખાસ કરીને રમકડાં આધારિત શિક્ષણ (Toy Based Pedagogy) પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરે છે, જેમાં રમત, કલા, સંગીત અને પ્રોજેક્ટ જેવી ૩૦ જેટલી વિવિધ સામગ્રીઓનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
સમાવિષ્ટ સાધનો: જાદુઈ પીટારામાં નીચે મુજબની શૈક્ષણિક સામગ્રી ઉપલબ્ધ છે:
- સંગીત અને રમત-ગમતના સાધનો.

ગુજરાતમાં અમલીકરણ

પ્રથમ રાજ્ય: ગુજરાત દેશનું એવું પ્રથમ રાજ્ય બનશે જે તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાના બાલવાટિકા તેમજ ધોરણ ૧ અને ૨ના બાળકોને આ પીટારા આપશે.
લાભાર્થીઓ: રાજ્યમાં ૭૪ હજારથી વધુ જાદુઈ પીટારા આપવાની પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ થઈ છે, જેનાથી અંદાજે ૧૨.૩૫ લાખથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સીધો લાભ મળશે.
શિક્ષકો માટે સહાય: આ પોલિસી હેઠળ શિક્ષકોને પણ વર્ગખંડમાં અસરકારક શિક્ષણ આપવા માટે જરૂરી સંસાધનો અને માર્ગદર્શિકા પૂરી પાડવામાં આવે છે.

આ પહેલ મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ બાળકોના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ અને ભવિષ્યના મજબૂત પાયાના નિર્માણ માટે એક ઐતિહાસિક ડગલું છે.

જાદુઈ પિટારા એ માત્ર શૈક્ષણિક કીટ નથી, પરંતુ બાળકોના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે તૈયાર કરાયેલ એક Play-Based Learning System છે. આમાં રમકડાં, વાર્તા પુસ્તકો, પઝલ્સ, ફ્લેશકાર્ડ્સ, પોસ્ટર્સ અને વર્કશીટ્સનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, જે બાળકોને રમતાં-રમતાં શીખવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે.

જાદુઈ પિટારાનો મુખ્ય હેતુ

જાદુઈ પીટારાનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય અને પૃષ્ઠભૂમિ

હેતુ: આ પહેલનો મુખ્ય હેતુ બાળકો ગોખણિયું શિક્ષણ છોડીને પ્રવૃત્તિલક્ષી શિક્ષણ મેળવે તેવો છે. આ દ્વારા બાળકોને 'ભાર વિનાનું ભણતર' અને લાંબા ગાળા સુધી યાદ રહે તેવું શિક્ષણ આપવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
શિક્ષણ નીતિ: આ પ્રોજેક્ટ નેશનલ એજ્યુકેશન પોલિસી (NEP-૨૦૨૦) અને નિપુણ ભારત મિશના લક્ષ્યોને ધ્યાને રાખીને NCERT દ્વારા તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.
ટેકનોલોજીનો ઉપયોગ: આજના ટેકનોલોજીના યુગમાં બાળકો માત્ર પુસ્તકો પર આધારિત ન રહેતા રમત-ગમત અને પ્રવૃત્તિ દ્વારા શીખી શકે તે માટે આ ડિજિટલ અને ફિઝિકલ સંસાધનો વિકસાવવામાં આવ્યા છે.

દેશના બાળકો ગોખણિયું શિક્ષણ છોડી પ્રવૃત્તિલક્ષી શિક્ષણ મેળવે તે માટે કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા “જાદુઈ પીટારા”ની નવતર પહેલ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. ગુજરાતની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ, બાલવાટિકા તેમજ ધોરણ ૧ અને ૨ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આ પીટારા આપનારું ગુજરાત દેશનું પ્રથમ રાજ્ય બનશે તેમ શિક્ષણ વિભાગની યાદીમાં જણાવાયું છે.

યાદીમાં વધુમાં જણાવાયું છે કે, આ જાદુઈ પીટારા થકી સરકારી શાળાના બાળકોને ગોખણિયું શિક્ષણ નહીં, પરંતુ ભાર વિનાનું ભણતર અને લાંબા ગાળા સુધી યાદ રહે તે પ્રકારની પ્રવૃત્તિ આધારિત શિક્ષણ આપવાનો રાજ્ય સરકારનો એક સરાહનીય પ્રયાસ છે.

નેશનલ એજ્યુકેશન પોલિસી NEP-૨૦૨૦ અને નિપુણ ભારત મિશનના લક્ષ્યોને ધ્યાને લઇ NCERT, ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા નિર્મિત જાદુઈ પીટારા બાલવાટિકા તેમજ ધોરણ ૧ અને ૨ના વર્ગખંડોમાં આપવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે.

આ જાદુઈ પીટારા NEP ૨૦૨૦ને અનુરૂપ ટોય બેઝ પેડાગોજી આધારિત પ્રવૃત્તિ દ્વારા જ્ઞાન માટે વિશેષ રીતે તૈયાર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. તેમાં રમત, કલા, સંગીત, નવાચાર, પ્રવૃત્તિ-પ્રોજેક્ટ, સહપાઠી શિક્ષણ, મહાવરો અને મૂલ્યાંકન જેવા વિવિધ ૩૦ જેટલી સામગ્રી તેમજ તેનો ઉપયોગ કરવાની માર્ગદર્શિકા પણ આપવામાં આવી છે.

ગુજરાત સરકારના કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓ માટે નિવૃતિ ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઇટીની મહત્ત્મ મર્યાદામાં 25 ટકાનો વધારો, 1 જાન્યુઆરી 2024 થી મળશે લાભ

CM ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકારના કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓ માટે હિતકારી નિર્ણય જાહેર કર્યો છે. જે મુજબ નિવૃતિ ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઇટીની મહત્ત્મ મર્યાદામાં 25 ટકાનો વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. પહેલાં જે 20 લાખ મળતા હતા તેના બદલે હવે 25 લાખ રૂપિયા ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી આપવામાં આવશે. 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2024 પછી વય નિવૃત થતા તમામ કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓને આનો લાભ મળશે.

પહેલાં 20 લાખ રૂપિયા મળતા હતા તેમાં મહત્તમ મર્યાદામાં 25 ટકાનો વધારો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેનો લાભ તારીખ 1 જાન્યુઆરી, 2024 પછી વય નિવૃત્ત થતા કર્મચારી-અધિકારીઓને મળશે. કેન્દ્રના ધોરણે રાજ્ય સરકારને આ નિર્ણયને પરિણામે અંદાજે વાર્ષિક રૂપિયા 53.15 કરોડનું ભારણ આવશે.

વંચાણે લીધેલ ક્રમાંક: (૨) થી રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા સાતમા પગારપંચની પગાર સુધારણા અન્વયે તા.૧/૧/૨૦૧૬ કે ત્યારબાદ નિવૃત્ત થયેલ/અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીઓને પેન્શન બાંધણી/ સુધારણા અને અન્ય નિવૃત્તિ લાભો અંગેની જોગવાઇ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. વંચાણે લીધેલ ક્રમાંક: (4) ના ભારત સરકારના તા.૩૦/૫/૨૦૨૪ના ઓફીસ મેમોરેન્ડમથી સાતમા કેન્દ્રિય પગારપંચની ભલામણો અન્વયે તા.૧/૧/૨૦૨૪થી નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઇટીની મહત્તમ મર્યાદામાં ૨૫%નો વધારો કરીને રૂ. ૨૫ લાખ કરેલ છે. સદર જોગવાઇ અનુસાર રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા રાજ્યના સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ અને પંચાયતના કર્મચારીઓને પગાર સુધારણા અન્વયે તા.૧/૧/૨૦૨૪ કે ત્યારબાદ નિવૃત્ત થયેલ/અવસાન પામેલ કર્મચારીઓને મળવાપાત્ર નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઇટીની મહત્તમ મર્યાદામાં વધારો કરવાની બાબત વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી.

२. રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા પુખ્ત વિચારણા બાદ રાજ્યના સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ અને પંચાયતના કર્મચારીઓને લાગુ કરવા અંગેના અત્રેના તા.૧૫/૧૦/૨૦૧૬ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ ક્રમાંક: ૬(૨)માં તા.૧/૧/૨૦૨૪ કે ત્યારબાદ નિવૃત્ત/અવસાન થયેલ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે નિવૃત્તિ ગ્રેજ્યુઇટી અને અવસાન ગ્રેજ્યુઇટીની મહત્તમ મર્યાદા રૂ.૨૦ લાખથી વધારીને રૂ.૨૫ લાખ કરવા આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે.

26 જાન્યુઆરી ભારતમાં માત્ર એક તારીખ નથી, પરંતુ ગૌરવ, સન્માન, આત્મગૌરવ, રાષ્ટ્રપ્રેમ અને બંધારણીય સમાનતાનો અદભૂત દિવસ છે. આ તે દિવસ છે જ્યારે ભારતે વિશ્વને બતાવ્યું કે હવે આ દેશ માત્ર પરાધીન દેશ નથી, પરંતુ પોતાના નિયમો, પોતાના વિચારો અને પોતાના અધિકારો અનુસાર ચાલનારો સ્વતંત્ર ગણતંત્ર દેશ છે. 1950 ના આ ઐતિહાસિક દિવસે આપણું બંધારણ લાગુ પડ્યું અને ભારતને નવી ઓળખ મળી – ‘ગણતંત્ર ભારત’.

આ ગૌરવના દિવસે આપણે અનેક વિષયોની ચર્ચા કરીએ છીએ – દેશની પ્રગતિ, સુરક્ષા, વિકાસ, બંધારણ, નાગરિકોના અધિકારો અને ફરજો. પરંતુ એક ખૂબ જ મહત્વપૂર્ણ અને સંવેદનશીલ વિષય ઘણી વાર અવગણાઈ જાય છે, અને તે છે – દીકરી. કારણ કે જે દેશ પોતાની દીકરીઓને સન્માન, સુરક્ષા, સમાનતા અને તક આપે છે, એ દેશ જ સાચે વિકસિત કહેવાય છે. આજે 26 જાન્યુઆરીના પાવન દિવસે ચાલો વાત કરીએ – “દીકરીની સલામ, દેશનું નામ” વિષે, થોડી ઊંડાણપૂર્વક, ભાવનાપૂર્વક અને જવાબદારીપૂર્વક…

દીકરી – માત્ર પરિવારની નથી, રાષ્ટ્રની પણ અમૂલ્ય ધરોહર

આપણું ભારતીય સમાજ શતાબ્દીઓથી પરિવારપ્રધાન રહ્યું છે. પરિવારમાં જન્મેલી દીકરીને હંમેશા લાગણી, સંસ્કાર, કરુણા અને સમર્પણનું પ્રતિક માનવામાં આવ્યું છે. પરંતુ સમય બદલાતો ગયો અને દીકરીનું સ્થાન પણ બદલાતું ગયું. દીકરી હવે માત્ર ઘરકામ માટે નથી, માત્ર સંબંધોની જવાબદારી માટે નથી, દીકરી હવે રાષ્ટ્રનિર્માણની સૌથી મજબૂત કડી બની રહી છે.

આજની દીકરી ડોક્ટર છે, ઇજનેર છે, વૈજ્ઞાનિક છે, શિક્ષિકા છે, પાઈલટ છે, સેનાની જવાન છે, પોલીસ ઓફિસર છે, રાજદૂત છે, ખેલાડી છે, આર્ટિસ્ટ છે, ઉદ્યોગપતિ છે, ટેક્નોલોજીની દુનિયામાં નેતૃત્વ કરે છે અને વિશ્વ મંચ પર ભારતનું નામ રોશન કરે છે. આ બદલાવ કોઈ એક દિવસમાં આવ્યો નથી, પરંતુ તે માટે વર્ષો સુધી ઘણા લોકોના સંઘર્ષ, જાગૃતિ, નીતિઓ અને હિંમતભર્યા નિર્ણયો જવાબદાર છે.

ગણતંત્ર દિવસ અને સમાનતાનો મહાપાઠ

અપણા બંધારણે સૌથી સુંદર ભેટ આપી છે – સમાનતા. તેમાં સ્પષ્ટ રીતે જણાવાયું કે જાતિ, ધર્મ, જાતિભેદ, લિંગ કે સમુદાયના આધારે કોઈ ભેદભાવ નહીં રાખવો. એટલે કે દીકરી અને દીકરો બંને સમાન અધિકાર ધરાવે છે. પરંતુ કાગળ પર લખાયેલ કાયદો પૂરતો નથી, તે જીવનમાં ઉતરે તો જ સાચું ગણતંત્ર જીવંત થાય છે.

જો દીકરીને માત્ર જન્મનો અધિકાર હોય પરંતુ જીવન જીવો તેવી સ્થિતિ ન હોય, જો દીકરી જન્મે પણ તેને શિક્ષણ ન મળે, જો દીકરી જીવતી હોય પણ તેને સપના જોવાની todayમુક્તિ ન મળે, જો દીકરી મોટી થાય પણ તેને નિર્ણય લેવામાં અવરોધ થાય – તો ગણતંત્રનો સાચો અર્થ ક્યાં રહ્યો? એટલે આ 26 જાન્યુઆરીએ આપણે ફક્ત ધ્વજવંદન નહીં કરીએ, ફક્ત રાષ્ટ્રગાન નહીં ગાઈએ, પરંતુ એક મજબૂત સંકલ્પ પણ કરીએ કે દીકરીને સાચો અધિકાર, સાચું સ્થાન અને સાચી todayમુક્તિ આપવી છે.

દીકરી નબળી નથી – સમાજની ખોટી માન્યતાઓ નબળી છે

વર્ષો સુધી સમાજમાં ખોટી માન્યતાઓથી દીકરીને નબળી ગણવામાં આવી. “દીકરી પરાઇ ધન”, “દીકરી ભાર છે”, “દીકરી માત્ર રસોડા માટે” – આવા શબ્દો સમાજે દીકરીને સાંભળાવ્યા. પરંતુ સત્ય બિલ્કુલ અલગ છે. જો તક મળે, સપોર્ટ મળે અને વિશ્વાસ મળે તો દીકરી એટલું બધું કરી શકે છે કે એ દેશ માટે ગૌરવ બની જાય.

આણંદદાયી શનિવાર: શાળાઓમાં શિક્ષણની નવી લહેર

ગુજરાત સરકારના શિક્ષણ વિભાગે શાળાઓમાં શરૂ કરેલ "આણંદદાયી શનિવાર" અથવા Bag Less Day કાર્યક્રમ એ એક ક્રાંતિકારી પહેલ છે. આ કાર્યક્રમ હેઠળ દર શનિવારે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પાઠ્યપુસ્તકો લાવવાની જરૂરિયાત નથી, તેના બદલે તેઓ વિવિધ રોચક પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં ભાગ લે છે. આ લેખમાં આપણે આ પ્રોગ્રામના દરેક પાસાની વિગતવાર ચર્ચા કરીશું.

આણંદદાયી શનિવાર કાર્યક્રમ ગુજરાત સરકારે રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ (NEP) 2020 ના આધારે શરૂ કર્યો છે. આ કાર્યક્રમનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ:
