Matter of obtaining fire NOC / equipment for primary school building.  Reference: 1. School Safety Policy-2018 2. Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Regulation 2018 2. Name. Filed in Gujarat High Court R / Petition (PIL) No. 119/2050 6. 

Joint Director of Education Shri.  4 / Compilation / 2020 / 512-2009, dated 30/12/2050  Letter No. of Joint Director of Education, Gandhinagar: Prashini Six-6 / Compilation / 2021 / 4-6, Dt. 15/06/2071 As per the above subject and reference-1, the provision of School Safety Policy-2018 is currently being implemented in schools across the state. 

School safety essentials / facilities need to be available in schools properly and in sufficient quantity in which it is very important that the school has the necessary fire safety facilities considering the fire safety related matters in the school.  It is pertinent to mention here that due to frequent representations made during school visits and frequent representations here, many schools do not have access to essential fire safety facilities or are found to be inadequate or not functioning.  Have. 

Apart from this, PIL has also been filed in the Gujarat High Court under the name of Reference-2, according to which the letter of Reference-2 has instructed to provide the necessary facilities of fire safety in all the schools of the district, taking into account all the provisions of Regulation-2 in Sabarkantha district.

Primary schools will have to take mandatory action in schools as per the following guidelines regarding fire NOC / equipment of fire safety.  Guidelines for fire safety: 1.  Every 20 students in the school must have a FIRE Extinguisher.  

If the number of students in the school is less and the classroom is more then there must be FIRE Extinguisher (fire extinguisher) per 5 meters.  If the school has more than one floor then FIRE Extinguisher must be on each floor as per (1) and (2) above.  .  .  Scanned by CamScanner.  Required) Schools must have all FIRE Extinguisher.  For this, refilling of FIRE Extinguisher at regular time as well as repairing of FIRE Extinguisher regularly.  

School should not have flammable substances or necessary materials (keep science safe. School electrification should be up-to-date to prevent electric shot-circuit in school. School should have mandatory MCB and ELCB fitted electrification. The competent officer regarding fire safety from the school should have a fire NOC.  If it has to be done, it should be renewed immediately. 12. To apply for Fire NOC. 9. As per reference-1 to 4, all the primary schools should take into consideration the above guidelines and provide flawless fire safety matters / facilities in the primary schools.  In the meantime, if the above instructions are not followed and any incident occurs in the future, legal action will be taken against such school which will be taken seriously

 Programs are shown following the guideline of 12.  In some districts, village leaders / youths make such arrangements at each other's homes and show the programs to the needy children.  Anand TV is providing old TVs to the parents who need TV at negligible cost through organizations / donors through old TV repairing as well as shops.

Congratulations on the above subject, that due to the current Koro-Kovid epidemic, the educational work at the school level has been stopped and the educational activities are being carried out through home learning.

ભારત તહેવારો માટે ખૂબ જ પ્રખ્યાત છે. દેશમાંં વિવિધ તહેવારની ઉજવણી થાય છે. આમાં ઉત્તરાયણ ખૂબ જ પ્રસિદ્ધ તહેવાર છે. ઉત્તરાયણના પર્વ દરમ્યાન ઘાયલ પક્ષીઓ ઘાયલ થાય છે. જેની સમયસર સારવાર મળે તે ખૂબ જરૂરી છે. આ વિશેષ ઉદ્દેશ્ય અને જીવદયાના ભાવ સાથે ગુજરાત સરકારે શરૂ કરેલો સેવાયજ્ઞ એટલે કરુણા અભિયાન. આ યોજના ગુજરાતની વન વિભાગ દ્વારા ચાલુ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. કોઈ પક્ષી જીવ ન ગુણાવે તે માટે રાજ્ય સરકારનો શ્રેષ્ઠ અભિગમ એટલે Karuna Abhiyan. ઉત્તરાયણ પર ઘવાયેલાં પક્ષીઓની સારવાર માત્ર અગાઉ કરુણા એનિમલ એમ્બ્યુલન્સ ચાલુ કરેલ છે.

કરુણા અભિયાન : karuna abhiyan helpline no.: મકરસંક્રાંતિ પર લોકો પતંગ ચગાવવાની ખૂબ જ મજા માણતા હોય છે. એવામા પતંગની દોરીથી પક્ષીઓ ઘાયલ ખૂબ જ થતા હોય છે. ઉતરાયણ પર ઘાયલ થતા પક્ષીઓ માટે સરકાર દ્વારા દર વર્ષે કરુણા અભિયાન શરૂ કરાવવામા આવે છે. જેમા હેલ્પલાઇન નંબર જાહેર કરવામા આવે છે. આ નંબર કયાય પણ ઘાયલ પક્ષી દેખાય તો જાણ કરી શકાય છે. આ અભિયાન થકી દર વર્ષે હજારો પક્ષીઓને જીવ બચાવી લેવામા આવે છે.

આજથી રાજયના મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રી ભુપેન્દ્રભાઇ પટેલ દ્વારા આ વર્ષ માટે કરૂણા અભિયાનનો પ્રારંભ કરાવવામા આવ્યો છે, ઉત્તરાયણમાં ઘાયલ થયેલા પક્ષીઓને બચાવવા માટે આ અભિયાન 20 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી ચાલશે. જેમા રાજયના હેલ્પલાઇન નંબર પર ઘાયલ પક્ષી દેખાય તો જાણ કરી શકાય છે. 20 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી ચાલનારા આ અભિયાન મા હજારો પક્ષીઓનો જીવ બચાવવામા આવશે. 2017 થી શરૂ થયેલા આ અભિયાન અંતર્ગત અત્યાર સુધીમા 85 હજાર જેટલા પક્ષીઓનો જીવ બચાવવામા આવ્યો છે.

ઉત્તરાયણ પહેલા CM ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે અમદાવાદથી આ વર્ષ માટે કરૂણા અભિયાનનો પ્રારંભ કરાવ્યો છે. ઉત્તરાયણમાં પતંગથી ઘાયલ થયેલા પક્ષીઓને બચાવવા 20 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી આ અભિયાન ચાલનાર છે. રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા ઉત્તરાયણમાં ઘાયલ થનારા પક્ષીઓની સારવાર અને દવા માટે 2017 થી આ અભિયાન શરૂ કરવામા આવ્યુ હતુ.. આ પહેલ હેઠળ અત્યાર સુધી મા 6 વર્ષમાં 85 હજાર જેટલા પક્ષીઓની સારવાર કરવામા આવી છે.

આ અભિયાન અંતર્ગત અત્યાર સુધીમા 85 હજારમાંથી 75 હજાર જેટલા પક્ષીઓને સારવાર આપી બચાવી લેવામાં આવ્યા હતા. આમ પતંગની દોરીથી ઘાયલ થયેલા પક્ષીઓમાંથી મોટાભાગના પક્ષીઓને સમયસર સારવાર મળવાથી બચાવી લેવામાં આવ્યા છે. રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા દર વર્ષે હેલ્પલાઇન નંબર પણ જાહેર કરવામા આવે છે. આ ઉતરાયણ પર તમારા વિસ્તારમા પણ જો તમારી આસપાસ પણ કોઇ ઘાયલ પંખી દેખાય તો વન વિભાગની 1926 નંબર અને પશુપાલન વિભાગના 1962 નંબર પર કોલ કરી આ ઘાયલ પક્ષીઓ અંગે માહિતી આપી શકાય છે.

QR Code Scan કરતી વખતે સાવચેત રહો ! એક ભૂલ અને એકાઉન્ટ થઈ જશે ખાલી, જાણો શું છે આ સ્કેમ

QR કોડ સ્કેમ પણ ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી વધી રહ્યા છે. તમે તેને સ્કેન કરતાની સાથે જ તમારા બેંક ખાતામાંથી પૈસા કપાઈ જશે. QR કોડ સ્કેમ નવું નથી. ઘણી વખત લોકો OLX પર પણ આ કૌભાંડનો શિકાર બને છે. તેનાથી બચવા માટે તમારે કેટલીક બાબતોનું ધ્યાન રાખવું જોઈએ.

ઓનલાઈન કૌભાંડો ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી વધી રહ્યા છે. આ કારણે લોકોને હંમેશા સાવચેત રહેવાનું કહેવામાં આવે છે. અત્યારે QR કોડ કૌભાંડ પણ ચાલી રહ્યું છે. આ સાથે, તમે QR કોડ સ્કેન કરતા જ તમારા પૈસા સ્કેમર્સના ખાતામાં પહોંચી જશે. અગાઉ પણ ઘણી સિક્યોરિટી રિસર્ચ કંપનીઓ આ અંગે જાણ કરી ચૂકી છે.

QR કોડ કૌભાંડ નવું નથી. ઘણી વખત લોકો OLX પર પણ આ કૌભાંડનો શિકાર બને છે. તાજેતરના એક રિપોર્ટમાં જણાવવામાં આવ્યું હતું કે, એક મહિલાએ OLX પર વેચાણ માટે કેટલીક પ્રોડક્ટ્સ લિસ્ટ કરી છે. સ્કેમરે તેને ખરીદવા માટે મેસેજ કર્યો.

તે લિસ્ટેડ કિંમતે જ પ્રોડક્ટ ખરીદવા તૈયાર હતો. આ પછી તેણે મહિલાને વોટ્સએપ પર QR કોડ મોકલ્યો. સ્કેમરે દાવો કર્યો હતો કે, તે મહિલાને પૈસા આપવા માંગે છે. PhonePe અથવા GPay વડે કોડ સ્કેન કરો અને પેમેન્ટ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે UPI PIN દાખલ કરો.

QR કોડ સ્કેન કરતી વખતે સાવચેત રહો
આવું થતાં જ મહિલાના એકાઉન્થીટમાંથી પૈસા કપાઈ ગયા. જે અંગે સાયબર ક્રાઈમમાં જાણ કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ સિવાય ક્યુઆર કોડને લઈને બીજું કૌભાંડ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. જ્યાં સ્કેમર્સ પેટ્રોલ પંપ અથવા દુકાન જેવા સાર્વજનિક સ્થળે સ્થાપિત QR કોડને તેમના પોતાના QR કોડથી બદલી દે છે.

આ કિસ્સામાં, પેમેન્ટ પર, પૈસા સ્કેમરના ખાતામાં જાય છે. તે ઘણું પાછળથી જાણીતું બને છે. આ કારણોસર, જ્યારે તમે દુકાન પર કોઈને પેમેન્ટ કરતી વખતે QR કોડ સ્કેન કરો છો, ત્યારે એકવાર તમે દુકાનદાર સાથે વેરિફાઈડ નામ જરુરથી કન્ફર્મ કરી લો.

જો તમને QR કોડ સ્કેન કર્યા પછી કોઈ અજાણી વેબસાઇટ પર રીડાયરેક્ટ કરવામાં આવે તો સાવચેત રહો. અમે તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે, કોઈપણ પેમેન્ટ મેળવવા માટે તમારે કોઈપણ UPI પિન દાખલ કરવાની જરૂર નથી. આવી સ્થિતિમાં, જો કોઈ તમને પેમેન્ટ મોકલવાને બદલે QR કોડ સ્કેન કરવાનું કહે છે, તો આવું ન કરો અને સાયબર પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં તેની જાણ કરો.

A service book must be maintained for every full-time government.  Employee.

The head of the office is responsible for opening the service book in duplicate immediately after the employee joins.

A copy will be kept in the custody of the head of the office.  A second copy will be given to the employee.

Every step of the employee's service life should be recorded in the service book.  Each admission is to be certified by the head of the office.

The employee will submit the service book for verification every year as directed by the head of the office.  The same will be returned to the employee after the required admission.  Both copies of the service book will be considered original.

The following information is usually entered in the service book: -

Date of birth of the employee.
 
Statement as to whether the medical and police verification report is satisfactory.

Statement that the name or surname has been changed.

A copy of the nomination for Death Gratuity, Group Insurance, GPF etc. should be attached with the service book.


Family details are to be written as per Appendix I of DCRB Rules.

When the employee is transferred, advanced entries have to be made in the service book and the new place of posting is also transferred to the head of the office.  Such as verified by the head of the service office from his office to the date of the last pay.

The head of the office should show the service book to the concerned employee and get the signature from the employee every year.

In case of transfer to foreign service the head of the office or department will send the service book to the audit officer as the Auditor General can write.  No entry has to be certified during foreign service by any authority other than the audit officer.  After re-transfer to government service the service book is again sent to the audit officer for necessary note.

પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકો તથા તેમના મંડળો દ્વારા જે કચેરી ખાતે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોનું મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમ વધારે હોય તે કચેરીની વધુ સેવાપોથી સ્વીકારવાની રજુઆત કરેલ હતી . 
જે સંદર્ભે આ કચેરી દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકશ્રીની કચેરી પાસેથી મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમની વિગત માંગતા , તેઓના સંદર્ભ- ( 1 ) માં દર્શાવેલ પત્રથી જિલ્લા / તાલુકાવાર મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમની વિગત મોકલી આપેલ છે . કોરોના સંક્રમણના ફેલાવાની શકયતા નિવારવા માટે તથા કર્મચારી અને વહીવટીતંત્રના હિતને ધ્યાને લઈને બહોળા પ્રમાણમાં સેવાપોથી પણ સ્વીકારી શકાય અને સોશીયલ ડીસ્ટન્સીંગનું પાલન પણ થઈ શકે તે માટે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની સેવાપોથી રજુ કરવાના કિરસામાં આ સાથે સામેલ પત્રક -1 , માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ માહે : ડીસેમ્બર -2020 જાન્યુઆરી -2011 દરમ્યાન દર્શાવેલ તારીખે જે તે જિલ્લાની તમામ તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી તથા નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિની કચેરી દ્વારા તાલુકા દીઠ પત્રકના કોલમ -5 માં જણાવેલ મહેકમને ધ્યાને લઈ કોલમ -૬ માં જણાવ્યા મુજબની સેવા પોથી રજુ કરવાની રહેશે . સંબંધિત તાલુકા / જિલ્લાના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોના કેસોમાં બી.આર.સી. સી.આર.સી. ખાતે કાર્યરત પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોના કેસોનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે , અલગ સેવાપોથી રજુ કરવાની રહેશે નહી . 

પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષ કોણી કેસ સિવાય અન્ય કચેરીઓ માટે આ કચેરીના સંદર્ભ- ( 1 ) માં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રથી આપેલ અન્ય સૂચનાઓ યથાવત રહેશે તથા સંદર્ભ- ( 4 ) નાં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રની સૂચના મુજબ તમામ કચેરીઓ દ્વારા કર્મચારીની સેવાપોથી ઓ કચેરી ખાતે પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે રજુ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે અવસાન / કોર્ટ મેટર તથા નિવૃત થયેલ / થનાર કર્મચારીની સેવાપોથી અગ્રતાના ધોરણે રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.

 For other offices other than the Primary Education Elbow Case, the other instructions given in the circular given in reference- (1) of this office shall remain the same and as per the instructions given in the circular shown in reference- (4)  Death / Court Matter and Retired / Retired Employee's service book should be submitted on priority basis.

In the video conference held under the chairmanship of Hon'ble SPD Shri Madam Shri, the innovative efforts made by you in this regard were discussed.  We have a list of children without survey-based devices.  You have been guided earlier for their home learning.  So, we request you to make adequate efforts so that the child without any device is not deprived of home learning and also to report this work to this office. 

 Adequate publicity of each of the Home Learning programs is requested.

Innovative efforts being made by different districts to reach out to more children the programs being aired on DD Girnar by Doordarshan Kendra Ahmedabad under Home Learning, using your community to make TV available in Panchayat Bhavan, Jnatini Wadi, Community Hall etc. by the donor. 

 Programs are shown following the guideline of 12.  In some districts, village leaders / youths make such arrangements at each other's homes and show the programs to the needy children.  Anand TV is providing old TVs to the parents who need TV at negligible cost through organizations / donors through old TV repairing as well as shops.  

Similar arrangements are being made by donors in other districts as well.  Which is very commendable.  Commendable work is also being done to provide old mobiles / tablets to children for Gujarat Virtual School (GVS) online classes.  The idea that the old TV tablet / mobile bank can be set up at taluka level and given to the needy students for home learning is exemplary.

Congratulations on the above subject, that due to the current Koro-Kovid epidemic, the educational work at the school level has been stopped and the educational activities are being carried out through home learning.

Innovative efforts being made by different districts to reach out to more children the programs being aired on DD Girnar by Doordarshan Kendra Ahmedabad under Home Learning, using your community to make TV available in Panchayat Bhavan, Jnatini Wadi, Community Hall etc. by the donor. 

 Programs are shown following the guideline of 12.  In some districts, village leaders / youths make such arrangements at each other's homes and show the programs to the needy children.  Anand TV is providing old TVs to the parents who need TV at negligible cost through organizations / donors through old TV repairing as well as shops.  

Similar arrangements are being made by donors in other districts as well.  Which is very commendable.  Commendable work is also being done to provide old mobiles / tablets to children for Gujarat Virtual School (GVS) online classes.  The idea that the old TV tablet / mobile bank can be set up at taluka level and given to the needy students for home learning is exemplary.

Congratulations on the above subject, that due to the current Koro-Kovid epidemic, the educational work at the school level has been stopped and the educational activities are being carried out through home learning.

 (3) To get the accounts of cooking cost provided by SMC under Food Security Allowance at school level as well as to cover all the schools of the district / taluka conducted by Mid-day Meal Scheme Supervisor, Mamlatdar Shri, Deputy Collector (M.B.Y.O.) and Provincial Officers during the month.  It is requested to act accordingly.  Sending details of monthly school visit checks here.  To see that social distance is maintained during the investigation of this matter.
