The following instructions are given to give contract based appointment to the field officers / employees of the department of Gujarat Government after retirement.
(1) The term of contract based appointment after retirement of the officer / employee expires on 31/05/2020. The term of their contract should be extended for another two months i.e. till 31/07/2020
(2) Officers / Employees who are due to retire on 31/05/2020 and 30/06/2020 for two months and one month respectively i.e. till 31/07/2020. Contract appointment is given after retirement by exempting him from waiting for the presentation prescribed by the resolution of 07/2016.
(3) The above instructions shall apply only to the field officer, employees of your department involved in the operation of covid-19. Other details of the resolution dated 03/04/2020 given with reference to your department will remain the same.
