But it is to be noted that there are still long pending cases under the High Financial Assistance Scheme in various offices of the State Government, which could not be disposed of due to various reasons, due to which the auspicious intention of the Government to introduce the High Financial Assistance Scheme is fruitful.

(1) After reviewing all the pending cases under the High Financial Assistance Scheme in various offices of the State Government, all these cases shall be considered / disposed of on an immediate basis as per rules. In addition, in all cases which are pending due to lack of ancillary information only, in all the cases, the office of the concerned administrative department / head of department / concerned office Immediate contact with the dependent family of the employee, obtaining missing details, disposal of relevant cases as per rules. The administrative department / department head office / concerned office which is working in the office / head office of the employee at the time of death should immediately get the application for higher financial assistance of the eligible member of their dependent family after the death of the employee concerned.
