IMP circular regarding fixed pay employees.

Circular dated 16-8-2019 regarding publication of seniority list of fixed pay employees on the basis of class III contract.
Resolution: Department of Finance  On the basis of a five-year contract from the resolution of 9/3/2015 and instructions for determining the seniority of the employees appointed by the fixed salary  Published by the resolution of 9/1/2019. 

  These instructions seemed to apply to employees assigned to a batch of 6 or earlier.  In this regard, Ta.  In the last paragraph of the resolution of 9/1/2019, the notice of motion was mentioned below.  Department of Finance  Under the fixed pay policy of 9/3/2019 and the seniority of the employees who have got appointment in the first batch of 5 or earlier and whose due period has been reached
