જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ પ્રાથમિક, માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણના ક્ષેત્રમાં નવતર પ્રયોગો કરનાર શિક્ષકોને પ્રોત્સાહન મળે, વર્ગખંડ ગુણવત્તામાં અભિવૃધ્ધિ થાય તેમજ આવા નવતર પ્રયોગો કરવા વધુને વધુ શિક્ષકો આગળ આવે તેવા ઉમદા હેતુથી જિલ્લા અને રાજ્યના એજ્યુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલનું આયોજન દર વર્ષે કરવામાં આવે છે.

એજ્યુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલના જિલ્લા કક્ષાના આયોજન માટે મણીલક્ષ્મી તીર્થ, માણેજ, તા-બોરસદ, જિ.આણંદ મુકામે તારીખ 11/10/2022 થી 12/10/2022 દરમિયાન DIC કૉ. ઓર્ડીનેટર માટેની બેઠક યોજવામાં આવેલ હતી. 

 

જે બેઠકની મિનીટ્સ તમામ ડાયટને મોકલી આપેલ છે. આ વર્ષે જિલ્લામાં પ્રાથમિક, માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક અને પ્રશિક્ષણ સંસ્થાઓ માટેના એજ્યુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલ વર્ષ - 2022-23 નું જિલ્લા કક્ષાના આયોજન માટે નીચે મુજબની સૂચનાઓને ધ્યાને લઇ કરવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવેલ છે...

મહત્વના સૂચનો..

• ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલ સીધો જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ થી શરૂ કરવાનો રહેશે. 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં જિલ્લાની તમામ પ્રાથમિક અને માધ્યમિક શાળાના શિક્ષકો , શિક્ષણ પ્રશિક્ષણ સંસ્થાઓના વ્યાખ્યાતાઓ ભાગ લઈ શકશે . 
• આ વર્ષથી જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ઇનોવેશન રજૂ કરવા માંગતા દરેક શિક્ષકનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ઓફલાઇન કરવાનું છે તે દરેક DIC એ સુનિશ્ર્ચિત કરવાનું રહેશે . 
• 15 જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૩ સુધીમાં જિલ્લા કક્ષાનો એજયુકેશનલ ઈનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલ પૂર્ણ કરવાનો રહેશે . 
• તારીખ 20 જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૩ સુધીમાં રાજ્ય કક્ષા માટે જિલ્લામાંથી પસંદિત શિક્ષકોની માહિતી , યાદી , રાઈટઅપની વિગતો નિયત થયેલ નમૂનામાં અમે મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઈનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલનું આયોજન ૨ દિવસ માટે કરવાનું રહેશે . 
• ઇનોવેશન ગુણવત્તાવાળા મળે તે મુદ્દાને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવાનું રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩ માં દરેક ઇનોવેટરે અત્રેથી આપવામાં આવેલ સ્ટોલ બેનરના નમૂના મુજબ બેનર બનાવવાનું રહેશે . જેમાં દરેક ઈનોવેટર તેની કૃતિની વધુ સમજ માટે વિડીયો તૈયાર કરી તેના QR કોડ ઇનોવેટરના સ્ટોલના બેનરમાં મૂકી શકશે .
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાનો એજયુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં શિક્ષકે નિયત નમૂનામાં દરખાસ્ત કરી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે . જીસીઈઆરટી દ્વારા મોકલી આપેલ નિયત નમૂનામાં શિક્ષકો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરે તે મુજબનું આયોજન કરવાનું રહેશે . આ કાર્યમાં સહયોગ માટે DIC એ નવતરના KRP ની મદદ લઈ શકશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના એજયુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં ભાગ લેનાર શિક્ષકોમાંથી રાજ્ય માટે પસદગીમાં નવતર પ્રયોગના મૂલ્યાંકન માટેના માપદંડના ગુણમાંથી ( 50 ગુણમાંથી ) 70 % કમિટીના અને 30 % મુલાકાતી શિક્ષકોના ગુણભારને આધારે થયેલ ગુણાંકન નક્કી કરવાનું રહેશે . 
• દરેક ઇનોવેશનનાં 5 મિનિટના વિડીયો તૈયાર કરી તેના QR કોડ બનાવી ડાયેટની વેબસાઈટ પર અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે . 
• ઇનોવેશન બુકલેટ કલરફૂલ બને સાથે જ તેમાં ભાષાશુદ્ધિ બાદ તે પ્રકાશિત કરી દરેક ઇનોવેટશને , તમામ બી.આર.સી.સી.ને આપવાની રહેશે . તેમજ તેની એક નકલ અત્રે મોકલવાની રહેશે 
• જિલ્લાના રાઇટીંગ વર્કશોપ જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલનું આયોજન થાય તે પહેલા પૂર્ણ કરવાના રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલ પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ એક દિવસના શેરીંગ વર્કશોપનું આયોજન કરી મહત્તમ રીતે જિલ્લાના ઇનોવેશનનો પ્રચાર પ્રસાર થાય તે રીતે દરેક સી , આર.સી.માંથી બે શિક્ષકોને ( અગાઉ ઇનોવેશ ફેસ્ટીવલમાં આવેલ ન હોય તેવા ) આમંત્રિત કરવાના રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લાના રાઈટીંગ વર્કશોપ અને શેરીંગ વર્કશોપનું યોજવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવે છે . જેનો ખર્ચ ડાયેટને ફાળવેલ ઇ.ડી.એન. ૧૬ એલ એજ્યુકેશન ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલની ગ્રાન્ટમાંથી કરવાનો રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં પસંદ થયેલ ઈનોવેટરને રૂ ।. ૫૦૦ / - પુરસ્કાર આપવાનો રહેશે . ( ૫૦ ઇનોવેટરની મર્યાદામાં ) 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના આયોજનની જાણ અમે ફરવાની રહેશે . 
• જિલ્લા કક્ષાના ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં શિક્ષક પોતે આગળના વર્ષોમાં કરેલ નવતર પ્રયોગમાં જો કોઈ નવો ઉમેરો કે સુધારો કર્યો હોય તો તે પ્રયોગને મૂકી શકશે . આ ઉપરાંત જે શિક્ષકના નવતર પ્રયોગો ચાલુ હોય તો પણ તેઓ પોતાના પ્રયોગો રજૂ કરી શકશે . 
• એજયુકેશનલ ઇનોવેશન ફેસ્ટીવલમાં કોઇપણ ઇનોવેશન રીપીટ ન થાય તેની DIC કો.ઓ.એ ખાસ તકેદારી રાખવાની રહેશે . 

ઈનોવેશનની મુલ્યાંકન પ્રક્રિયા 

• રજૂ થયેલ નવતર પ્રયોગનું મૂલ્યાંકન મુલાકાતી શિક્ષકો અને જિલ્લા કક્ષાની નીચે દર્શાવેલ મૂલ્યાંકન સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે .

જિલ્લા કક્ષાની મૂલ્યાંકન સમિતિના સભ્યો ( નીચેનામાંથી કોઈપણ 5 ) 

1. પ્રાચાર્ય , જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ અને તાલીમ ભવન : અધ્યક્ષ
2. સિનિયર વ્યાખ્યાતા : સભ્ય
3. વ્યાખ્યાતા : સભ્ય
4. તાલુકાના લાયઝન ઓફિસર ( કોઈપણ એક ) : સભ્ય
5. લાયઝન ( જીસીઈઆરટી ) : સભ્ય
6. નાયબ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી : સભ્ય
7. શિક્ષણ નિરીક્ષક ( E.I. ) અથવા સરકારી માધ્યમિક શાળાના આચાર્ય : સભ્ય
8. કેળવણી નિરીક્ષક કે તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી : સભ્ય
9. જિલ્લા ઇનોવેશન સેલ કોઓર્ડીનેટર : સભ્ય સચિવ

✓ આ સમિતિ દ્વારા પસંદ થયેલ નવતર પ્રયોગોને આગળ લઈ જવા માટે ભલામણ કરવામાં આવશે. 

નવતર પ્રયોગના મૂલ્યાંકન માટેના માપદંડ 

1. નવતર પ્રયોગની અસરકારકતા : 10
2. નવતર પ્રયોગની ઉપયોગિતા : 10
3. નવતર પ્રયોગ કર્યા પૂર્વે અને પછીની પરિસ્થિતિની આંકડાકીય અને ગુણાત્મક કે વિસ્તૃત મૂલ્યાંકન : 10
4. નવતર પ્રયોગનું વિસ્તૃતીકરણ ( બીજા વિષય , ધોરણ કે શાળા માટે ) કે વિસ્તૃતીકરણની શકયતા : 10
5. નવતર પ્રયોગની એકંદર છાપ : 10

કુલ ગુણ : 50

• ડાયટ પ્રાચાર્ય દ્વારા કચેરી આદેશ કરી ઇનોવેશન કાર્યક્રમમાં અન્ય શૈક્ષણિક સ્ટાફ જોડાય તેવા પ્રયત્નો કરવા.

• જિલ્લાના શ્રેષ્ઠ ઈનોવેશનને શગુન ( https://www.india.gov.in/website-school-education-shagun-portal ) વેબસાઈટ પર અપલોડ કરવા શિક્ષકોને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં આવશે.
