Subject: Higher Study Approval Matters. Reference: - Presentation from the position of chairperson at the meeting of the District Education Committee, Sabarkantha dated 1/8/2019.
Taking into consideration the above subject and context, mentioning that the District Education Committee is headed by Prof. Pvt. Sh. Vs. Employees who are employed as Cs are required to obtain pre-approval of the district office if they are studying during the course of their employment. But during the alternative camp there were some irregularities regarding the head. Some Pvt. Sh. / Vs. C The proposal for approval by the women was sent to the school / taluka. But an approved letter of circumstance has not been received. 2. In some cases approval was not granted due to insufficient details. 3. In some cases the sanction letter has not been received by the applicant teacher despite approval. 4. In some cases Pvt. Shi Vs. C Since no knowledge of the necessity of sanction for higher studies was taken, no action was taken on obtaining approval. So as per the relevant presentation, the following details regarding the job as well as higher education approval will be given to all the Pvt. Shi / Vs. C Get signed and kept at the school to bring attention to the matter.
Approval for External Studies can only be obtained. Regular study cannot be done with a job. 2. The application for approval within the time limit along with filing of higher education application form will have to be submitted through the Taluk Panchayat along with the outward number of the school. 3. Ta. Any external educational qualification which has to be obtained after 9/11, must be obtained with approval. 4. For the present study, the previous year's approval certificate will not be considered compulsory.
