Subject: - To reduce the burden of the children in the schools.
Context: According to the above subject and reference, it is necessary to provide necessary instructions for reducing the burden of the children in schools from the Resolution-1 to the Education Department on 26-11-2018.
All primary schools in your district are advised to take necessary steps to ensure that the guidelines of the Resolution are strictly followed.
From Reference 2 - all supervisors under your authority are asked to visit at least three schools a week and submit a report to the district. As per the letter attached herein, it is instructed to send the report to this office. Schools are asked to monitor your level continuously to ensure that the instructions and appendices outlined in the resolution during the inspection are implemented properly.
As per the information sent by you here, the reference of the elementary schools now being checked and the irregular schools taking regular action from your level - Prepare the information as per the letter contained in the enclosure mentioned in 2 - Email this office in 7 day.
