According to the above subject and reference, the Department of Women and Child Development According to the letter dated 9/11, all the districts of the state will have to conduct regular training and awareness programs for the appointment of nodal officers at the local grievance redressal taluka level and progress in the disposal of complaints received under the Act and periodically training / awareness programs.
It is hereby required to furnish details of the Local / Internal Complaint Redressal Committee at the place of work and to display the punishment provisions on sexual harassment. The women and child development departments involved in the enclosure were arrested. It is hereby informed that the letter dated 9/1/9 should be taken to act according to the rules.
