પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ શરુ થતા જ શાળાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામાંકનની કાર્યવાહી શરુ થઇ જતી હોય છે . શાળાઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના નામાંકન માટે “ મફત અને ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ – 2009 ” માં ખુબ જ વિસ્તૃત માહિતી આપવામાં આવી છે . આ અધિનિયમ મુજબ તમામ શાળાઓમાં યોગ્ય પધ્ધતિ અને નિયમોનુસાર નામાંકન પ્રક્રિયા થાય તે ખુબ જ અગત્યનું છે . તો ચાલો જાણીએ શું છે આ સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયા ....
મફત અને ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ – 2009 ” ના પ્રકરણ -૨ મુજબ ધોરણ -૧ માં બાળકના નામાંકન માટેની કાર્ય પધ્ધતિ આ મુજબ છે .
ધોરણ ૧ માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને દાખલ કરવા માટે વાલી ફોર્મ તથા જન્મતારીખના સોગંદનામાનો નમુનો
ધોરણ -૧ માં પ્રથમ વખતે જ બાળકને શાળામાં દાખલ કરતી વખતે આ ફોર્મ ભરવામાં આવે છે. જેને વિદ્યાર્થી પ્રવેશ ફોર્મ (Student Admission Form) અથવા વાલી ફોર્મ પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે. જેમાં બાળકનું નામ, જન્મ તારીખ, જન્મ સ્થળ, માતા-પિતાની વિગતો, તેમનો અભ્યાસ, વતન, વાર્ષિક આવક, રેશન કાર્ડની વિગત, બેન્ક ખાતાનંબર, આધાર કાર્ડ... વગેરે તમામ વિગતો નોંધવામાં આવે છે.
નામાંકન માટે વયમર્યાદા
> “ મફત અને ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ – 2009 ” ના પ્રકરણ -૨ ના મુદ્દા નં . - ૩ ( 1 ) મુજબ
> શાળામાં દાખલ થવાની તારીખે જો બાળકે 6 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ ન કરેલ હોય તો શાળા સામાન્ય રીતે બાળકને દાખલ કરશે નહિ.જો કે
> બાળકે જે તે વર્ષની 1 જુન સુધીમાં પાચ વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ હોય અને તે શાળામાં પ્રવેશ લેવા ઈચ્છતો હોય તેને શાળામાં પ્રવેશ આપી શકાય છે .
એટલે કે જે તે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની 1 જુન સુધીમાં 5 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરેલ બાળકને શાળામાં પ્રવેશ આપી શકાય છે .
ઉંમરના પુરાવા માટે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો .
> “ મફત અને ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ – 2009 ” ના પ્રકરણ -૨ ના મુદ્દા નં . - 3 ( 2 ) મુજબ
> સામાન્ય રીતે ઉંમરના પુરાવા તરીકે જન્મ , મૃત્યુ અને લગ્ન પ્રમાણપત્ર કાયદો -1886 ” મુજબનો જન્મતારીખનો દાખલો રજુ કરવાનો હોય છે . પરંતુ જન્મ તારીખનો દાખલો ઉપલબ્ધ ન હોય તો નીચેની યાદી મુજબના દસ્તાવેજો જન્મ ઉમરના પુરાવા તરીકે માન્ય ગણી શાળા બાળકને પ્રવેશ આપી શકે છે .
• હોસ્પિટલ / સહાયક નર્સ ( સુયાણી – જન્મ કરાવનાર સ્ત્રી ) દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ પ્રમાણપત્ર .
• આંગણવાડી ના રેકર્ડ .
• બાળકની ઉમર જાહેર કરવા માટે વાલી કે પાલક દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલ એફિડેવિટ .
પ્રવેશ માટે લંબાયેલ સમયગાળો .
> “ મફત અને ફરજીયાત શિક્ષણ અધિનિયમ – 2009 ” ના પ્રકરણ -૨ ના મુદ્દા નં . - 3 ( 3 ) ( i ) અને ( ii ) મુજબ
> શાળામાં જે તે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની શરૂઆતથી 6 માસ સુધીનો સમયગાળો પ્રવેશ માટે લંબાયેલો સમયગાળો ગણાશે .
> જો કોઈ બાળક આ સમયગાળા બાદ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવે ત્યારે શાળાના વડા દ્વારા નિશ્ચિત કરેલ ખાસ તાલીમ ની મદદથી અભ્યાસ પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે લાયક બનવાનું રહેશે .

For the 2 to 3 days, the "Kanya Kelavani Mahotsav and the school admission festivals" are held in the All rural areas and urban areas in June. In which the Chief Minister of the state, Deputy Chief Minister, Ministers of Ministers, officials and dignitaries from other fields go to village-village and enter the school in vande-Gajat.
In the academic session for admission beginning in June, District Primary Education Officer Breed All the children of Tribe, Bachchanch, others and all Divyag students will be given admission in all over India different schools in Std-1. Under the poverty line (BPL) families of the below poverty line (BPL) families and 50 percent of the rural population, rural children are given Vidyalaxmi bonds.
Girls' "Kelavani Mahotsav and the school admission" hall are celebrated in every district in Gujarat the rural areas of the district for two days. In which standard Children are enrolled in 1st and std.9 students are given admission in secondary school. Thus admission festival is celebrated in secondary school instead of primary school to reduce the drop ratio in standard 9. Entry festival is celebrated in the village primary schools where there is no high school in the village. In the first two days, the students of the district are given Kumkum Tilak by admission in Std. 1 in admission and in Std. 9. On this occasion, village leaders and guardians are also present.
