જિલ્લામાં આંતરિક ઓનલાઇન બદલી કરાવનાર શિક્ષકોનો ઓનલાઇન ઓર્ડર જનરેટ થયા બાદ કોઇપણ સંજોગોમાં તે ઓર્ડર રદ થઇ શકશે નહીં , જેની તમામે ખાસ નોંધ લેવી .
સૌ પ્રથમ શિક્ષકશ્રીએ તાજેતરનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટો અને સહીનો નુમનો તેમજ જે તે અગ્રતા બદલી માટેનો આધાર અગાઉથી સ્કેન કરી મોબાઇલ કે કોમ્પ્યુટરમાં સેવ કરવાનો રહેશે .
ઓનલાઇન ટીચર ટ્રાન્સફર જિલ્લા આંતરિક કેમ્પમાં અરજી કરતાં સમયે સૌપ્રથમ તમારા ઇમેઇલ આઇ.ડી. અને મોબાઇલ નંબરથી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે . જેના માટે ટીચર ટ્રાન્સફર પોર્ટલ પર નીચે દર્શાવેલ બટન પર કલીક કરવાનું રહેશે . Click Here For New Candidate Registration
ત્યારબાદ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે અરજદારે પોતાનું આખું નામ લખવાનું રહેશે . ઇમેલ આઇ.ડી. અને મોબાઇલ નંબર લખવાનો રહેશે . જિલ્લો / ન , શિ , સ . પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે . તમને યાદ રહે તેવો પાસવર્ડ લખવાનો રહેશે . પાસવર્ડ કન્ફર્મ કરવાનો રહેશે અને કેપ્ચા કોડ લખવાનો રહેશે . રજીસ્ટર બટન પર કલીક કરી રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું રહેશે .
રજીસ્ટર બટન પર કલીક કરતાં તમારા મોબાઇલમાં ૬ અંકનો ઓટીપી આવશે . સાચો ઓટીપી એન્ટર કરી સબર્મીટ બટન પર કલીક કરતાં તમારું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન થઇ જશે .
હવે અરજદારશ્રીએ હોમ પેજ પર Login With Your Credentials માંરજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ ઇમેલ આઇ.ડી. અને પાસવર્ડથી લોગીન થવાનું રહેશે . કેપ્ચા કોડ એન્ટર કરી લોગીન બટન પર કલીક કરતાં લોગીન થઇ જશો .
જો લોગીન ન થવાય તો હોમ પેજ પર સૌથી નીચે Forgot Password ? પર કલીક કરતાં તમારો મોબાઇલ નંબર લખતાં પાસર્વડ તમારા મોબાઇલમાં આવી જશે .
લોગીન થતાંની સાથે જ તમારા નામ સાથેનું પેજ ખુલી જશે . જેમાં તમારું પુરૂં નામ , મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઇમેલ આઇ.ડી. આવી જશે . બાકીની માહિતી તમારે કાળજીપૂર્વક ભરવાની રહેશે .
સૌ પ્રથમ શાળાનો પ્રકાર પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે . જેમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળા કે ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળા બતાવશે , તેમાંથી તમારો સાચો વિભાગ પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ જો તમે પ્રાથમિક શાળા પસંદ કરેલ હશે તો બાજુમાં ધો . ૧ થી ૫ પસંદ કરવાનું રહેશે અને જો તમે ઉચ્ચતર પ્રાથમિક શાળા પસંદ કરેલ હશે તો બાજુમાં વિષયનું નામ ભાષા , ગણિત - વિજ્ઞાન કે સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન માંથી તમારો વિષય પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે .
જાતિમાં પુરૂષ કે સ્ત્રી પસંદ કરવાનું રહેશે .
શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાતમાં તમારી શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત જે હોય તે પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે .
તાલીમી લાયકાતમાં તમારી તાલીમી લાયકાત જે હોય તે પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ તમારી જન્મ તારીખ પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ હાલની શાળાનો સાચો ડાયસકોડ લખવાનો રહેશે
ગામનું નામ લખવાનું રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ તમારે તમારી ખાતામાં દાખલ થયા તારીખ આધારો મુજબની લખવાની રહેશે અને મૂળ શાળામાં હાજર થવા કરાયેલ હુકમની તારીખ પણ આધારો મુજબની લખવાની રહેશે . હાલની શાળાની તારીખમાં જો વધ બદલીથી આવ્યા હોય તો મુળ શાળામાં હાજર થવા માટે કરાયેલ હુકમની તારીખ લખવાની રહેશે . જે આધારો મુજબની હોવી જોઇએ . ( શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ૧/૪/૨૦૨૨ ના ઠરાવના પ્રકરણ- D નિયમ -૧૧ મુજબ આપેલ વ્યાખ્યા મુજબની મૂળ શાળા )
ત્યારબાદ ભુતકાળમાં અગ્રતા બદલીનો લાભ લીધેલ છે તેમાં ભરતી સમયે સ્થળ પસંદગી કેમ્પમાં કે અગાઉ બદલી કેમ્પમાં લાભ લીધેલ હોય તો હા લખવાનું રહેશે . અને સામાન્ય સિનીયોરીટી પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે.જો ભુતકાળમાં અગ્રતાનો લાભ લીધેલ ના હોય તો તેમાં ના લખવાનું રહેશે . બાજુમાં સ્થાનાંતરણના પ્રકારમાં વિધવા વિધુર / અપંગ / પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક દંપતિ / સરકારી નોકરી કરતાં દંપતિ / અનુદાનિત શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાં નોકરી કરતાં દંપતિ / વાલ્મિકી / સામાન્ય / સિનિયોરીટિ સ્થાનાંતરણ તેમાંથી જે લાગુ પડતું હોય તે પસંદ કરવાનું રહેશે .
પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક દંપતિ કિસ્સામાં પતિ બદલી કરાવવા માંગતા હોય તો તેનીપત્ની જ્યાં નોકરી કરે છે તે શાળાના ડાયસકોડની માહિતી આપવાની રહેશે . અનેપત્ની બદલી કરાવવા માંગતી હોય તો તેમનાપતિ જ્યાં નોકરી કરે છે તે શાળાના ડાયસકોડની માહિતી આપવાની રહેશે .
સરકારી નોકરી કરતાં દંપતિના કિસ્સામાં સરકારી નોકરીના પ્રકારમાં પંચાયત , ભારત સરકારના ખાતા , ગુજરાત સરકારના ખાતા , ભારત સરકારના બોર્ડ / કોર્પોરેશન , ગુજરાત સરકારના બોર્ડ / કોર્પોરેશનશન કે અન્ય ગુજરાત સરકારના ખાતાઓ સાચું હોય તે પસંદ કરવાનું રહેશે તેમજ દંપતી કિસ્સામાં લાભ લેનાર શિક્ષકના પતિ કેપત્ની જ્યાં નોકરી કરતાં હોય તે સંસ્થા જે ગામ / શહેર માં આવેલી હોય તે ગામ / શહેર નું નામ સરનામું અને પીનકોડનંબર સાથેની માહિતી આપવાની રહેશે .
અનુદાનિત શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થામાં નોકરી કરતા દંપતી કિસ્સામાં લાભ લેનાર શિક્ષકના પતિ કેપત્ની જ્યાં નોકરી કરતાં હોયહોય તે સંસ્થા જે ગામ / શહેર માં આવેલી હોય તે ગામ / શહેર નું નામ સરનામું અને પીનકોડનંબર સાથેની માહિતી આપવાની રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ અપલોડ વિભાગમાં અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે . ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ અપલોડ કરવા Drag and drop a file here or click કરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટસ અપલોડ કરવાના રહેશે . અપલોડ થતાં પ્રિવ્યુ બતાવશે .
ત્યારબાદ [✓] આથી હુ બાહેંધરી આપું છું કે ફોર્મ માં મારી વિગત સાચી છે . જો ચકાસણી દરમ્યાન આ વિગતો ખોટી પુરવાર થશે તો ફોર્મ રદ ગણાશે મારી સામે જે પણ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે તે માન્ય રહેશે . તેની પર કલીક કરવાની રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ સેવ અને નેકસ્ટ બટન પર કલીક કરતાં તમારી Teacher Details મેનુની માહિતી સેવ થઇ જશે .
ત્યારબાદ School Priority મેનુ પર કલીક કરતાં ડાબી બાજુ School List ( SchoolName Taluka PayCenter ) માં તમારા વિભાગ / વિષય મુજબની ખાલી જગ્યાઓ બતાવશે , જેમાં શાળાનું નામ , તાલુકો અને પે સેન્ટર શાળાનું નામ બતાવશે . જેની પર કલીક કરતાં તે જમણી બાજુ Selected School List માં ઓટોમેટીક જતી રહેશે .
દંપતિના કિસ્સામાં પતિ / પત્ની જે શાળા / કચેરી / સંસ્થામાં નોકરી કરતાં હશે તે તાલુકાની શાળાઓ જ પસંદ કરી શકાશે અને તેમાં પણ જો તેમની જ પે સેન્ટરની શાળાઓમાં જગ્યા હશે તો સૌપ્રથમ તે જ શાળાઓ બતાવવાની રહેશે .
Selected School List માં તમે શાળાઓના અગ્રતા ક્રમ બદલી શકશો . તમારી પસંદગી મુજબ શાળાઓને પહેલાં થી છેલ્લાં ક્રમમાં ગોઠવો .
ત્યારબાદ [✓] ઉપરોક્ત પસંદ કરેલ જગ્યાઓ પૈકી જે શાળા નો હુકમ મને મળશે તે કોઈ પણ કારણોસર રદ થશે નહિ જેનો હું બાહેંધરી આપું છું . તેની પર કલીક કરવાની રહેશે .
ત્યારબાદ સેવ સ્કુલ સિલેકશન પર કલીક કરતાં તમારી School Priority મેનુની માહિતી સેવ થઇ જશે .
ત્યારબાદ બાજુમાં Application Preview મેનુ પર કલીક કરતાં તમે કરેલી અરજીની તમામ વિગતો દર્શાવશે . જેની બરાબર ચકાસણી કરી લો કે તમામ વિગતો સાચી છે કે કેમ ? જો ખોટી હોય કે સુધારવી હોય તો Final Submission પર કલીક કરવું નહીં અને આગળના જે તે મેનુમાં જઇ માહિતીમાં સુધારો કરવો .
જો કોઇ સુધારો ન હોય તો Final Submission બટન પર કલીક કરતાં તમારી અરજી કન્ફર્મ થઇ જશે , ત્યારબાદ અરજીમાં કોઇ સુધારો કરી શકાશે નહીં અને જમણી બાજુ ખુણામાં Application Print બટન પર કલીક કરતાં તમે અરજીની પ્રીન્ટ મેળવી શકશો .
અરજીની પ્રીન્ટ આઉટલઇ નીચેમાંથી લાગુ પડતા આધારો સાથે ચેનલ મારફત તમારી અરજી તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રીની કચેરીએ નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે .
