The injustice of committing a 10-year bond to a Vidhyasahayak in a lower primary

Gujarat Primary Vidhyasahayak have warned that intense agitation will end if bonds are not canceled.


In all the recruitment of standard 1 to 5 lower primary divisions in the state since 2014, the state government has done wrong by filing a 10 year bond.  According to this information, by filing a bond which was then recruited to eliminate the question of reduction in the backward talukas of the state.

 In the year 2014 and thereafter, about 5,000 education assistants have been involved in 10 years bonds in standard 1 to 5 and their social life has been stripped of a decade.  One son lives more than 10 years away from his parents.  There are many sisters who have to spend 10 years away from their family and children.  Many sisters question that even after 10 years, their marriage has been broken.  And many sisters do not even have relationships.  We are facing such a critical situation.

 The government says teachers will be stopped by transfer through bonds.  Therefore, education of children should not be adversely affected.  There are two departments in the education department in grades 1 through 5 and grades 6 through 8.  Bonds have been filed only in the lower section.  Therefore, all the recruiting teachers of the higher education department in Classes 6 to 8 and the lower division before the year 2014 are eligible to be transferred after 5 years.  So why is this injustice only on teachers of grades 1 through 5 after 2014 is a big question.

Resolution for payment of salaries and pensions to the employees of the State of Gujarat - October 2019, Finance Department, Secretariat - Gandhinagar.

From the above resolution dated 13-10-1993, orders have been made to pay the salaries of the government employees according to the staggering practice during the first three working days of the month after which the salary allowance is payable.  

The salary for the month of November will be paid in October
With this year's Diwali festival starting from 25-10-2019, the state government has decided to pay the salary allowance and pension payment for the month of October - 2019, keeping in view that employees and pensioners can celebrate these festivals with joy and enthusiasm.

According to the above decision, the payment of salary allowance / pension of the Government employees / pensioners of the State Government for the month of October - 2019

Subject: Std.  Regarding the entry of the unit test for grades 3 through 8, it is to be stated that in the year 2019-20, a unit test has been organized for standard 3 to 8 in order to improve the level of education in all primary schools of the state.  As in previous years, this year also the online entry of the unit test result for standard 3 to 8 of all subjects under the PAT program.  Different topics are tested each week under the unit test program.  An application for online entry regarding head is placed on the ssagujarat.org web portal.  A unit test schedule has been sent for this.  Online entry of school-wise student marks in the unit test (PAT) has to be done at the school level.  CRC  Co.  The coordinator will have to coordinate and supervise the operation of the entry.  District MIS will be responsible for all these operations.  Online entry of the standard 3 to 8 unit test must be completed in principle.

Online Marks Entry Step by Step
Following are the important tips to keep in mind for the data entry of the marks of the students of the unit test, as stated above.  
(1) First open the following link.  You can also click on the Periodic Assessment Test icon on http://ssapat.gipl.net or ssagujarat.org web portal.  
(2) Login ID  Click on the Log In button by typing admin in the school dicode and password and selecting School Admin in the dropdown box below.  
(3) After logging in, the student will have to enter subject wise marks by clicking on the Learning Outcome menu and clicking on Exam Marks Entry within the Exam Module.

Imp Points for Unit Test Marks Entry
(1) CRC.  / BRCO  The list of schools listed in the Ordinator unit test will have to be verified along with the list of Aadhaar Dyes in standard 3 to 8.  
(2) If any error or omission in the list is to be made, the school-wise standard should be updated in the list of Aadhaar Dyes as per Schedule 3 to 8.  
(3) No data entry will be required for the students absent in the unit test.  Students who are absent will have to write AB in the data box.  
(4) After the online entry of students in the unit test, the subject of the change in the marks of the students, to improve it, the students will have to re-enter the marks in front of the students.

Instructions (1) to (2) pursuant to the order taken by the said employees to combine the regular services they have previously served in the Central or State Government or any office owned by the Government employees / officials for the purpose of leave and pension with regular service of their present State Government.  According to these instructions, employees / officers have to get prior approval of the finance department to associate their previous regular service with pension and leave purpose.  But experience has shown that, in many cases, leave and penta nuns without prior approval of the finance department  For the purpose of service consecutive orders are made.
