Sir According to the above subject, to state that N.N. C. F . - 2005 and R. T E. - As stated in 2009, it is imperative that students studying in elementary school acquire perceptive knowledge rather than vocabulary. The purpose of the textbooks will be kept in mind if the students acquire such knowledge. Assessment of students should include knowledge, understanding, yield and skill questions. In view of this, the question papers for all subjects from the first semester examination to standard 3 - 8 will be given to you through the District Education and Training Center of your district for the students studying in the primary schools of the state. Printing of question papers will be done at district level only on a per-year basis. The following is the program of examination of all subjects from Classes 3 to 8 of the first semester examination in the whole state.

In this Annual Exam, the second syllabus will be considered in all subjects of Std. 6 to 8.
Similar tests of Gujarati (first language), Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Environment will have to be implemented. Government primary schools will have to implement the same tests for all academic subjects.
In schools where a shift system is implemented, examinations of all subjects of all standards will have to be conducted as per the given schedule.
The responsibility for language purity and Proof of paper is of The District Education Committee - District Primary Education Officer as well as Govt. Corporation.
Students of Std. 3 and 4 will have to write answers in the test paper. Students of Std. 5 to 8 will have to write the answers in a separate answer book with a pen.
Necessary arrangement of maps in social science subject and graph in mathematics subject has to be done by the district system to the corporation along with the test papers.
Representative study findings for this are given along with the standard and subject.
You have to send the CD of test papers to the nodal officer appointed by you on the date mentioned from here. If the nodal officer cannot be present due to circumstances then the responsible employee has to send the authority letter which he can coordinate with the district governor, DEO as well as DPEO.
In case of non-availability, printing can be done as per the rate contract of District Panchayat / Corporation and a proper distribution system has to be arranged at the school level.
The instructions issued from time to time by the Government under COVID-19 should be followed.
