 સરકારી કર્મચારી / અધિકારીઓએ ઉપલી જગ્યાએ બઢતી મેળવવા માટે જ્યાં ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષાની જોગવાઇ હોય ત્યાં તે પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવી જરૂરી છે. ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષા પસાર કર્યા બાદ જ ઉ.પ.ધો. / બઢતી મંજૂર કરવામાં આવે તે વહીવટી દ્રષ્ટિએ નિયમાધીન અને અપેક્ષિત છે. 

કર્મચારી / અધિકારી જે સરકારી વિભાગ / કચેરીમાં ફરજો બજાવે છે તેને સંબંધિત તથા સરકારી વહીવટના નિયમોનું જ્ઞાન જરૂરી હોઇ, તેમજ બઢતી મળ્યા બાદ ઉપલી જગ્યાની ફરજો કાર્યદક્ષતાથી બજાવી શકે તે હેતુથી ઉકત જોગવાઇ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે.

હાલમાં આ પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાનું ધોરણ ૫૦ ટકા ( ૫૦ % ) રાખવામાં આવ્યું છે જ્યારે કોઇ પેપરમાં ૬૦ ટકા ( ૬૦ % ) ગુણ હોય તો તેને તે પેપરમાંથી મુકિત આપવાની જોગવાઇ રાખવામાં આવેલ છે, વહીવટી કાર્યદક્ષતાનું યોગ્ય ધોરણ જળવાઇ રહે તેની પૂરતી તકેદારી રાખીને બઢતી માટેની ખાતાકીય પરીક્ષા પાસ કરવાના હાલના ધોરણોમાં ફેરફાર કરવાની બાબત વિચારણા હેઠળ હતી. કાળજીપૂર્વકની વિચારણાને અંતે ઉક્ત વંચાણે લીધેલ ઠરાવમાં નીચે મુજબના સુધારા કરવાનું આથી ઠરાવવામાં આવે છે. 

ઠરાવ : 

( ૧ ) કોઇ એક વિષયમાં ૫૦ % કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવનાર પરીક્ષાર્થીને તે વિષય પૂરતી મુક્તિ મળશે. 

( ૨ ) જો કોઇ એક વિષયમાં ૫૦ ગુણથી ઓછા ગુણ ( < ૫૦ ) મળવાને લીધે ઉમેદવારનું પરિણામ નાપાસ જાહેર થતું હોય માત્ર અને માત્ર તેવા કિસ્સામાં એક વિષય પૂરતું જ વધુમાં વધુ ૫ કૃપા ગુણ આપી શકાશે.

1. પુસ્તકમાં QR કોડને સ્કેન કરવા માટે QR કોડ આયકનને દબાવો.

2. મોબાઈલ કેમેરાને QR કોડ પર કેન્દ્રિત કરો.

3. સ્કેન થયા બાદ સ્ક્રીન પર QR કોડથી લિંક કરેલ સામગ્રીની સૂચિ રજૂ થાય છે.

1. ટેક્સ્ટ સંદેશ સાથે ચકાસો

 

તમે DoT ને SMS મોકલી શકો છો અને ફોન વિશે પૂછપરછ કરી શકો છો. તેના માટે તમારે વિભાગને IMEI નંબર મોકલવો પડશે.

મેસેજ કરવા માટે આ પગલાં અનુસરો

• ફોનનો IMEI નંબર ડાયલ કરવા માટે, *#06# ડાયલ કરો અથવા ફોન સેટિંગ્સમાં જાઓ અને ફોન વિશે ક્લિક કરો.
• અહીં તમને ફોનનો 15 અંકનો IMEI નંબર મળશે, તેને નોંધી લો.
• જો તમારો સ્માર્ટફોન ડ્યુઅલ સિમ છે તો બંને સિમના IMEI નંબર્સ બતાવવામાં આવશે.
• હવે KYM પછી સ્પેસ સાથે ફોનનો IMEI નંબર ટાઈપ કરો અને તેને 14422 પર મોકલો.
• મેસેજ મોકલ્યા બાદ તમને મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ, સપોર્ટ બેન્ડ, મોડલ સંબંધિત માહિતી સાથેનો મેસેજ મળશે.
• સંદેશની વિગતો અને તમારા ફોનની વિગતો ચકાસો.

2. એપ્લિકેશન સાથે તપાસો

 

એપની મદદથી તમે એ પણ જાણી શકો છો કે તમારો સ્માર્ટફોન એકદમ નવો છે કે રિફર્બિશ્ડ. આ માટે તમારે Google Play Store પરથી KYM - Know Your Mobile app ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવાની રહેશે. તમને આ નામની ઘણી એપ્સ મળશે, પરંતુ તમારે ફક્ત CDOT દ્વારા વિકસિત એપ્સ જ ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવી જોઈએ.

એપ ઇન્સ્ટોલ કર્યા પછી આ સ્ટેપ્સ ફોલો કરો

• જો તમે પહેલીવાર એપ ખોલશો તો તે કેટલીક પરવાનગીઓ માંગશે, તેને મંજૂરી આપો.
• એપના ઈન્ટરફેસમાં IMEI નંબર સબમિટ કરવાનો વિકલ્પ હશે, જેની બાજુમાં સ્કેનર હશે.
• તમે સ્કેનરનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો અથવા તળિયે સિમ આઇકોન પર ક્લિક કરી શકો છો.
• જો તમે સિમ આઇકોન પર ક્લિક કરો છો, તો ફોનના ઉત્પાદકનું નામ, સપોર્ટ બેન્ડ, બ્રાન્ડ અને મોડલની માહિતી દેખાશે.
• તમારી ફોન વિગતો સાથે સ્ક્રીન પર પ્રદર્શિત વિગતોને ચકાસો.

3. વેબસાઇટ પરથી ચકાસો

 

ફોન અસલી છે કે નકલી તે ચેક કરવા માટે તમે વેબસાઇટનો પણ ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો. ફોનના IMEI નંબરથી ફોનની વિગતો જણાવતી વેબસાઇટ પરથી તમે ફોનની બ્રાન્ડ, રેમ, મોડલ અને અન્ય માહિતી જાણી શકો છો.

વેબસાઇટ પર આ પગલાં અનુસરો

• સૌથી પહેલા www.imei.info નામની વેબસાઈટ પર જાઓ.
• અહીં નીચે સબમિટ IMEI વિકલ્પ પર ક્લિક કરો. તેમાં IMEI નંબર સબમિટ કરો.
• હવે CHECK બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાથી ફોનની વિગતો દેખાશે.
• વેબસાઇટ વિગતો અને તમારા ફોનની વિગતોની તુલના કરો.

સ્વીડન: સ્વીડનમાં લગભગ 100 દિવસ સુધી સૂર્ય અસ્ત થતો નથી. અહીં મેથી ઓગસ્ટ સુધી સૂર્ય અસ્ત થતો નથી. અને જ્યારે તે પડે છે, તે મધ્યરાત્રિ છે. પછી તે પણ સવારે સાડા ચાર વાગ્યા સુધી બહાર આવે છે.

આઇસલેન્ડ: તે ગ્રેટ બ્રિટન પછી યુરોપનો સૌથી મોટો ટાપુ છે. અહીં તમે રાત્રે પણ સૂર્યપ્રકાશનો આનંદ માણી શકો છો. 10 મેથી જુલાઈના અંત સુધી અહીં સૂર્યાસ્ત થતો નથી.

કેનેડા: વિશ્વનો બીજો સૌથી મોટો દેશ છે, જે એક વર્ષમાં લાંબા સમય સુધી બરફથી ઢાંકાયેલ રહે છે. જોકે, અહીંના ઉત્તર-પશ્ચિમ ભાગમાં ઉનાળાના દિવસો દરમિયાન 50 દિવસ સુધી સૂર્ય સતત ચમકે છે.

અલાસ્કા: અહીં મે અને જુલાઈ વચ્ચે સૂર્ય અસ્ત થતો નથી. અલાસ્કા તેના સુંદર હિમનદીઓ માટે જાણીતું છે. હવે કલ્પના કરો કે મેથી જુલાઈ સુધી રાત્રે બરફને ચમકતો જોવો કેટલો રોમાંચક હોઈ શકે.

Troubleshooting/FAQ

The Map doesn't move/points in the wrong place

Make sure you haven't switched into manual mode. Does your phone have a compass? If not, Sky Map cannot tell your orientation. Look it up

Try calibrating your compass by moving it in a figure of 8 motion or as described.

Are there any magnets or metal nearby that might interfere with the compass?

Try switching off "magnetic correction" (in settings) and see if that is more accurate.

Why is autolocation not supported for my phone?

In Android 6 the way permissions work has changed. You need to enable the location permission setting for Sky Map as described

The Map is jittery

If you have a phone that lacks a gyro then some jitter is to be expected. Try adjusting the sensor speed and damping (in settings).

Do I need an internet connection?

No, but some functions (like entering your location manually) won't work without one. You'll have to use the GPS or enter a latitude and longitude instead.

Gujarat News: રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા રાજ્યના 42 હજારથી વધારે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓ માટે મહત્વપુર્ણ નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. 2006 પહેલાં ફિક્સ પગારની નોકરીમાં જોડાયેલાં તમામ સરકારી કર્મચારીઓની નોકરી સળંગ ગણવામાં આવશે. આ નિર્ણયની જાહેરાત આજે રાજ્ય સરકારના પ્રવક્તા જીતુ વાઘાણી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી હતી. આજે સીએમ ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલની અધ્યક્ષતામાં મળેલી કેબિનેટ બેઠકમાં આ નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો. તલાટી, શિક્ષક, નર્સ સહિતના રાજ્યના 42 હજારથી વધારે સરકારી કર્મચારીઓના ફિકસ પગારની પાંચ વર્ષની સેવા, બઢતી ઉચ્ચત્તર પગાર ધોરણ જેવા લાભો ગણતરીમાં લેવામાં આવશે.

પ્રવક્તા મંત્રી શ્રી જીતુભાઈ વાઘાણીએ જણાવ્યું છે કે, રાજ્ય સરકાર અધિકારી - કર્મચારીઓના હિત માટે અનેક નિર્ણયો લઈ રહી છે ત્યારે આજે મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભુપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને મળેલી કેબિનેટ બેઠકમાં વધુ એક કર્મચારી હિતલક્ષી નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. રાજ્યમાં ફિક્સ પગાર નીતિ અંતર્ગત નોકરી કરી રહેલા કર્મચારીઓની નોકરીની સેવાઓ સળંગ ગણવા અંગે નાણાં વિભાગ દ્વારા વર્ષ ૨૦૧૭માં ઠરાવ કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો જેમાં વર્ષ ૨૦૦૬ પહેલાં ફિક્સ પગારમાં નોકરી કરતા કર્મચારીઓને લાભ મળતો ન હતો. હવે વર્ષ ૨૦૦૬ પહેલાં ફિક્સ પગારની નોકરીમાં જોડાયેલા કર્મચારીઓની નોકરીની સેવા સળંગ ગણવા નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

મંત્રી શ્રી વાઘાણીએ ઉમેર્યું કે, રાજ્યમાં વર્ષ-૨૦૦૬ પહેલા ફિકસ પગારની નિતી અન્વયે નિમણુંક પામેલા કર્મચારીઓની ફિકસ પગારની પાંચ વર્ષની સેવા હવે સળંગ ગણવામાં આવશે.  આ નિર્ણય અંતર્ગત નાણાં વિભાગના તા. ૧૮/૧/૨૦૧૭ ના ઠરાવ મુજબ દર્શાવેલ બઢતી તેમજ ઉચ્ચત્તર પગાર ધોરણ સહિતના લાભો ગણતરીમાં લેવામાં આવશે. આ નિર્ણયથી અંદાજે ૪૨,૦૦૦ થી વધુ વર્ષ-૨૦૦૬ પહેલા નિમણુક પામેલા કર્મચારીઓને લાભ થશે. હવે આ કર્મચારીઓની પણ ફિકસ પગારની પાંચ વર્ષની સેવા, બઢતી ઉચ્ચત્તર પગાર ધોરણ જેવા લાભો ગણતરીમાં લેવાશે.

મંત્રીશ્રીએ ઉમેર્યું કે, આ નિર્ણયથી ૫૭૬ પંચાયત સહાયક/ તલાટી, ૧,૦૧૯ રહેમ રાહે નિમણુંક પામેલા કર્મચારીઓ, ૩૩૧ સ્ટાફ નર્સ, ૨૪૦૦ લોક રક્ષક અને ૩૮,૨૮૫ શિક્ષકો મળી કુલ ૪૨,૦૩૫ કર્મચારીઓને લાભ થશે.
