1. SIR શું છે? (સંક્ષિપ્ત પરિચય)

3. હાલમાં ક્યારે અને કેવી રીતે ચાલે છે? (તારીખો અને પ્રક્રિયા)

Election Commission ની આ વધુ તાજી વ્યવસ્થા મુજબ SIRનું ચીહ્નિત આદેશ 27 ઑક્ટોબર, 2025 ના ઓર્ડર હેઠળ કઈંક રાજ્ય/યુટીમાં લાગુ કરાયું છે અને Enumeration Formsનું વિતરણ 4 નવેમ્બર 2025 ના આસપાસથી શરૂ થયું. BLOs (Booth Level Officers) ઘરેથી ઘરેબે જઈને ફોર્મ આપશે અને ડેટાેલીકરણ સંકલન કરવામાં આવશે. ડ્રાફ્ટ રોલ જાહેર કરાશે અને બાદમાં આધારે જ અહેવાલ/ઓબ્જેક્શન્સ માટે સમય આપવામાં આવશે.

નૉૅટ: કેટલીક જગ્યા પર પ્રક્રિયામાં ટેક્નિકલ કે એપ્લિકેશન સમસ્યા અંગે અડચણ જોવા મળી છે — ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક ફોર્મ સબમિશનમાં સમસ્યાઓની માહિતી હેડલાઈન્સમાં રહી છે.

4. SIR પ્રક્રિયા — પગલુંદરપગલું

1. અધિનિયમથી જાહેર કરવું: ઇલેક્ટોરલ સૂચનાઓ તથા થિયેટર સેટિંગનો ઑર્ડર જારી થાય છે.
2. Enumeration Formsનું વિતરણ: BLO ઘરે-ઘરે જઈને ફોર્મ આપે છે અને નાગરિકોને પોતાની વિગતો ચકાસવા કહે છે.
3. ડraft રોલ તૈયાર અને જાહેર: જે લોકો ફોર્મ આપશે, તેમની વિગતો ડ્રાફ્ટ રોલમાં આવશે; તેની પછી જાહેર તપાસ માટે સમય મળશે.
4. ઓબ્જેક્શન અને સુધારણા સમય: જો કોઇની વિગતો ખૂટે અથવા ભૂલ હોય તો સૂચિત પ્રક્રિયાથી ઘટાડો/સુધારણા કરી શકાય છે.
5. Finalization: તમામ ચકાસણીઓ બાદ, અંતિમ મતદાર યાદી જાહેર થાય છે અને તે તારીખથી લાગુ રહેશે.

5. નાગરિકો માટે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજોની ચેકલિસ્ટ

જોકે પ્રદેશ પ્રમાણે ફરક હોઈ શકે છે, સામાન્ય રીતે નીચેના દસ્તાવેજ ઉપયોગી અથવા જરૂરી હોઈ શકે છે:

ઉદ્દેશ્ય	દસ્તાવેજો (મિસેલેનિયસ)
વોટર તરીકે પહેલેથી નોંધાવવા/નામ ઉમેરીને	EPIC (Voter ID) / આધાર કાર્ડ / જનમ પ્રમાણપત્ર / પૈત્રીક ઓળખપત્ર.
ન્યૂ વિoter (18+", નવા)	જનમ પ્રમાણપત્ર અથવા સ્કૂલ/મહેસૂલ સર્ટિફિકેટ અને રહેવાનું પુરાવા (રીઝીડન્સ પ્રૂફ).
સરનામું બદલવું (shift)	રહેઠાણ પુરાવા (ભાડાનો કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ, યુટિલિટી બિલ, બેંક સ્ટેટમેન્ટ) અને EPIC.
ડુપ્લિકેટ દૂર અથવા નામ સુધારવું	સાંખાકીય દસ્તાવેજો જે નામ/જન્મને સમર્થન કરે.

નિર્દિષ્ટ રાજ્ય-અનુસાર અલગ નિયમ હોઈ શકે છે — પસંદગી કમિશન દ્વારા જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલી 'Required Documents' સૂચિ તપાસો.

6. what to expect at your door-step (BLO મુલાકાત)

• BLO ઘરે આવીને Enumeration Form આપશે અને તમારી ઓળખની પુષ્ટિ માંગશે.
• આ પ્રક્રિયામાં તમને દસ્તાવેજ બતાવવા અને ફોર્મ ભરી આપવા કહેવામાં આવશે.
• જવદીજથી મેસેજ અથવા SMS દ્વારા માહિતી આપવામાં આવી શકે છે — તમારો રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઇલ નંબર યોગ્ય રીતે EPIC સાથે જોડાયેલો હોવો જોઈએ.

સ્થાનિક બનોવાયો અથવા વોલન્ટિયર્સની મદદ માટે કેટલીક નગર શકિતોએ દરેક અસેમ્બ્લી સ્ટીટી માટે વોલેન્ટિયર્સ સૂચવ્યા છે — ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, અમદાવાદમાં પ્રત્યેક વિધાનસભા પર ~20 વોલન્ટિયર્સને નિમણૂક કરવામાં આવી છે.

7. સામાન્ય સમસ્યાઓ અને ઉકેલ — ટિપ્સ

• મોબાઇલ/ઓનલાઈન સમસ્યાઓ: જો ઈ-સબમિશન અથવા વેબપોર્ટલમાં તકલીફ હોય તો નજીકના BLO કચેરી અથવા HelpLine પર સંપર્ક કરો (ECI સંપર્ક સુચિત પ્લેટફોર્મ).
• દસ્તાવેજ ન હોય તો: સ્થળિય વિદ્યાપીઠ/પોલીસ/મ્યુનિસિપલ અહીંથી જે પ્રમાણપત્ર મળે તે એક વિકલ્પ બની શકે છે — સ્થાનિક પ્રોસિજર તપાસો.
• જાણો ક્યાં તમારું નામ છે: ECIના ઓનલાઈન પોર્ટલ પર EPIC નંબર/હોલ્ડિંગ નંબરથી તપાસો.

8. SIR અંગે ધોરણ અને આક્ષેપો

🔹 સ્ટેપ–વાઈઝ ઑનલાઈન પ્રક્રિયા

1. તમારા મોબાઈલ અથવા કમ્પ્યુટરમાં Google Chrome ખુલ્લું કરીને voters.eci.gov.in સર્ચ કરવું.

2. “Voters Registration - Election Commission of India” એવું બીજા નંબરનું ઓપ્શન દેખાશે - તેને OPEN કરવું.

3. હવે Election Commission of India ની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઇટ ખુલશે. નીચે સ્ક્રોલ કરવાથી *સર્વિસેસી વિભાગ દેખાશે.

4. અહીં બે વિકલ્પો દેખાશે: ✔ Green Color → *“Fill Enumeration Form”* - પર ક્લિક કરવું.

5. હવે Voter’s Service Portal નું પેજ ખુલશે.

6. અહીં Sign-up કરો:

- મોબાઈલ નંબર

- ઇમેઇલ ID

- Captcha ભરીને Sign-up કરવું.

7. ત્યાર બાદ ફરી તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર નાખશો → OTP આવશે → OTP નાખતાં જ Login થઈ જશો.

8. Login થયા પછી હોમ પેજ પર જઈને ફરી *Fill Enumeration Form પર ક્લિક કરવું.

9. હવે “SIR 2026 – Online Form Submission by Elector” દેખાશે.

10. અહીં State અને Voter ID Number નાખીને in Search કરવું.

11. તમારી સંપૂર્ણ વિગતો અહીં દેખાશે.

12. હવે ફરી તમારો મોબાઈલ નંબર નાખવો → Send OTP → OTP નાખીને Verify કરવું.

13. હવે "Select One Category” દેખાશે - જેમાં તમારી યોગ્ય કેટેગરી પસંદ કરવી.

14. હવે 2002ની યાદી મુજબ માહિતી ભરવાની રહેશે. *(આ માહિતી તમે જાતે યાદીમાં શોધવાની રહેશે)*

15. 2002ની યાદી ZIP File રૂપે Main Page પરથી ડાઉનલોડ થશે.

16. ZIP File → MyFiles માં જઈ Extract કરશો → ફાઇલ PDF માં ખુલશે.

17. 2002ની યાદીમાંથી યોગ્ય માહિતી ફોર્મમાં ભરી → Relation પસંદ કરો → Search કરો.

18. સંબંધીની માહિતી નીચે દેખાશે → તેના નીચેના Box માં Tick કરીને Continue કરો.

19. હવે ફોર્મ ખુલશે — જેમાં તમારી

- જન્મતારીખ

- આધાર નંબર

- અન્ય જરૂરી વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.

20. તમારો 2 MB સુધીનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો  Upload કરવો.

21. નીચે Submit પર ક્લિક કરવું.

22. Submit પછી  Aadhaar Verification આવશે → આધાર નંબર નાખવો → Get OTP→ OTP નાખવો.

23. નીચે Terms & Conditions માં Tick કરવું.

24. છેલ્લે ફરી Submit કરી દેવું.

📌 મહત્વપૂર્ણ મુદ્દા:

ભારતના ચૂંટણી પંચે 8 જુલાઈ 2015ના અગાઉના નિયમોને બદલીને BLOs અને Supervisors માટે નવો વાર્ષિક વેતન પેકેજ નક્કી કર્યો છે. આ નિર્ણય હેઠળ હવે નીચે મુજબ વેતન આપવામાં આવશે:

🤔 BLO કોણ હોય છે?

લોકસભાની આગામી સામાન્ય ચૂંટણીમાં મહત્તમ મતદારો સહભાગી થાય અને પોતાના મતાધિકારનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકે તે માટે તા.01લી જાન્યુઆરી, 2024ના રોજ 18 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરનાર મતદારોનો સમાવેશ કરવા અને ક્ષતિરહિત અદ્યતન મતદાર યાદી તૈયાર કરવા માટે ચૂંટણી પંચ દ્વારા મતદારયાદીની ખાસ સંક્ષિપ્ત સુધારણા ઝુંબેશ શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં મતદારયાદીની ખાસ સંક્ષિપ્ત સુધારણા કાર્યક્રમ-2024 અંતર્ગત ખાસ ઝુંબેશ દિવસની તારીખોમાં ફેરફાર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

રાજ્યભરમાં ખાસ સંક્ષિપ્ત સુધારણાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન ખાસ ઝુંબેશ દિવસ તરીકે ભારતના ચૂંટણી પંચની સૂચના અનુસાર (રવિવાર)ના દિવસોએ ખાસ ઝુંબેશ દિવસ તરીકે નિયત કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

હાલ મતદાર યાદીમાં 2,51,54,900 પુરૂષ, 2,36,03,382 સ્ત્રી અને 1,427 ત્રીજી જાતિના મળી કુલ 4,87,59,709 મતદારો નોંધાયેલા છે. જે તમામનો ફોટો મતદારયાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે તથા તમામને EPIC (મતદાર ઓળખપત્ર) ફાળવવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ ઉપરાંત પુનઃગઠન બાદ કુલ 50,677 મતદાન મથકો નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

રાજ્યભરમાં ખાસ સંક્ષિપ્ત સુધારણાના સમયગાળા દરમિયાન આગામી ખાસ ઝુંબેશ દિવસ તરીકે નિયત કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ દિવસે બૂથ લેવલ ઑફિસર્સ સવારે 10.00થી સાંજે 05.00 વાગ્યા દરમિયાન સંબંધિત બૂથ પર હાજર રહેશે અને નાગરિકોને રુબરુ જોવા માટે મતદારયાદી ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવશે.

વધુમાં, પાત્રતા ધરાવતા યુવાનો અને તેનાથી વધુ વયજૂથ ધરાવતા નાગરિકો મતદાર યાદીમાં નામ નોંધાવવા અંગે તથા મતદાર યાદીમાં નામ દાખલ કરવા, સુધારો કરાવવા કે કમી કરાવવા ચૂંટણી પંચના Voter Helpline App અને VSP ઉપર ઑનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરી શકાશે.

As per the directions of the committee, emphasis has been laid on dissemination of various technical initiatives implemented by the Commission for the supply of various services to the voters during the elections especially during the Corona pandemic to celebrate the National Voters' Day-2021. For this, the committee has also suggested various activities to carry forward the activities done in the past under normal circumstances in connection with the celebration of "National Voters' Day" in the state.

1, Specialize in technical equipment:

Presently special emphasis is being laid on popularizing the technical tools developed by the Commission to ensure transparent, free and fair election process so as to reach maximum number of voters through more efficient campaigning.

a) Launch of e-EPIC: E-EPIC is going to be launched on the occasion of NVD-2021. Under which voters are going to be ready to download their voter ID card in their mobile or computer.

b) E-EPICometer: A dashboard is being developed to monitor the downloaded e-EPIC on the website of ECI/CEO.

State/District level symbols in respect of technological innovation initiated by the committee. Propaganda on social media platforms by appropriate hashtags by other participants like civil society organisations, educational institutions etc. and official social media platforms of the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer and hence tagging the committee in such hashtags.

Organize dissemination through electronic, digital and social media, messaging apps and small group messaging.

Government has started e-EPIC facility on its portal from 1st February
In which you can download your election card by election card number or reference number.

But there are several rules that you should know about who can avail this facility.

Who can download e-EPIC Card?

Those who have applied for election card after the month of November

How to download election card? How to Download E-Epic Card?

1) First of all you have to go to the election card website named NVSP (National Voter Service Portal).

2) Then you have to log in to that website
If you are visiting the website for the first time, you will need to register first. After that you will be able to login.

3) After logging in, you will see an option named Download e-Epic, you have to click on it.

4) After clicking on Download e-Epic you will see a new page in which you have to enter your election card number or form reference number. And below you have to select your state and click on search.

5) After clicking on the search, your details will open and you will see your registered mobile number in it and below you will see the option named Send Otp Par, then you have to click on Send Otp, which will give you an OTP (message). Registered mobile number which you have to enter in place of Enter OTP.

6) After entering the OTP you will get OTP verification successfully written in green letters if OTP is correct then you have to fill the following captcha code then click on download e-epic and then your election card will be downloaded in your mobile. a pdf.

This e-Epic card can be used anywhere you see the QR code for security.

Gujarat State Local Election Dates 2022

गुजरात में 2022 के स्थानीय चुनावों से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण खबर है।  चुनाव आयोग (गुजरात राज्य चुनाव आयोग) ने आज एक महत्वपूर्ण घोषणा की।  राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग ने तैयारी शुरू कर दी है।  स्थानीय चुनाव दो चरणों में होंगे।  पहले चरण में नगरपालिका चुनाव होंगे।  पहले दौर का मतदान 21 फरवरी को और दूसरा दौर 28 फरवरी को होगा।  21 नगरपालिकाओं के चुनाव 21 फरवरी को और 81 नगरपालिकाओं के चुनाव 28 फरवरी को होंगे।  31 पंचायत जिलों और 231 पंचायतों के चुनाव 21 फरवरी को होंगे।

आज, 23 जनवरी को, गुजरात राज्य आयोग ने घोषणा की कि स्थानीय चुनाव होंगे।  चुनाव घोषणा पत्र के प्रकाशन की तिथि 1 फरवरी नगर निगम के लिए और 8 फरवरी को जिला / तालुका पंचायत / नगर निगम के लिए है।  अंतिम आवेदन तिथि 6 फरवरी और जिला / तालुका पंचायत / नगर पालिका - 13 फरवरी है।  सभी प्रांतों और अन्य तालुकों के उम्मीदवारों के दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन की तारीख 8 फरवरी, 15 फरवरी तय की गई है।

इसके अलावा, नगर निगम के उम्मीदवार 9 फरवरी को अपने नामांकन पत्र वापस ले सकते हैं और जिला / तालुका पंचायत / नगरपालिका के उम्मीदवार 16 फरवरी को अपने नामांकन पत्र वापस ले सकते हैं।

 रविवार 21/2/2022 को, राज्य की 6 नगरपालिकाओं के निवासी 7 से 18 घंटे तक मतदान कर सकेंगे।  2021 में, 31 पंचायत, 231 तालुका पंचायत और निवासी नगर पालिका में मतदान करेंगे।  / फ़र्स रविवार 28/2 को शाम 7 से 6 बजे तक किया जा सकता है।  6 नगरपालिकाओं के वोटों की गिनती 6/5/2021 को होगी और 31 जिला पंचायतों, 231 पंचायत तालुका और 81 नगरपालिकाओं के वोटों की गिनती 03.02.2021 को की जाएगी।

यहां हम कह सकते हैं कि नगर निकायों, नगर पालिकाओं, जिला पंचायतों और तालुका पंचायतों के आदेश पिछले महीने समाप्त हो गए।  सरकारी आयोग ने आज इन स्थानीय निकायों के चुनाव की घोषणा की।  राज्य में 31 पंचायत, 231 पंचायत तालुका, 83 नगर पालिका और 6 नगर पालिकाएँ हैं।

यह कहा जा सकता है कि भाजपा और कांग्रेस पिछले महीने से कुरु युग में चुनाव जीतने के लिए अभ्यास कर रहे हैं।  यह उम्मीदवारों की पहचान करने के लिए एक पर्यवेक्षक नियुक्त करने की प्रक्रिया को पूरा करता है।  दोनों पार्टियों को चुनाव की घोषणा का इंतजार है।  क्राउन को डर है कि किसी समय यह दोनों दलों की मतदान क्षमता को प्रभावित करेगा।

 Reviewing the extent of local body elections and the epidemic situation of Kovid-19, the State Election Commission has issued a notification to postpone the elections for the next three months and decided to hold elections after three months by reviewing the epidemic situation.

 On Sunday 21/2/2021, residents of 6 municipalities of the state will be able to vote for 7 to 18 hours.  In 2021, 31 panchayats, 231 taluka panchayats and residents will vote in the municipality.  / Furs can be done on Sunday 28/2 from 7 to 6 p.m.  The votes of 6 municipalities will be counted on 6/5/2021 and the votes of 31 district panchayats, 231 panchayat talukas and 81 municipalities will be counted on 03.02.2021.

 Here we can say that the orders of Municipal Bodies, Municipalities, Zila Panchayats and Taluka Panchayats expired last month.  The government commission today announced the election of these local bodies.  There are 31 Panchayats, 231 Panchayat Talukas, 83 Nagar Palikas and 6 Nagar Palikas in the state.
