 ગુજરાત રાજય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘનું જણાવવાનું કે , હાલ ગુજરાત રાજયમાં તારીખ 01-04-2004 થી નોકરીમાં જોડાયેલા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોને જૂની પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ બંધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે . આ બાબતે અખિલ ભારતીય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘ દ્વારા વિવિધ આંદોલનાત્મક કાર્યક્રમો ચાલુ છે . કેટલાક રાજયોમાં રાજય સરકારોએ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોને જુની પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ આપવાનું ચાલુ કરેલ છે . તો કેટલાક રાજયોમાં કોર્ટ દ્વારા જુની પેન્શન યોજના બાબતે ચૂકાદાઓ આવેલ છે . 

આપણા રાજયમાં પણ આ બાબતે સરકારશ્રીમાં ગુ.રા.પ્રા.શિ.સંઘ દ્વારા રજૂઆતો / આવેદનપત્ર આપવામાં આવેલ છે . પરંતુ આ બાબતે કોઈ યોગ્ય નિકાલ આવેલ નથી . C.P.F. યોજનામાં હોય તેવા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક તરીકે જોડાયેલ શિક્ષકોના નિવૃત્તિ અને મૈયતના કિસ્સામાં તેઓના પરિવારને નજીવી રકમ જ મળે છે જેથી પરિવારની સ્થિતિ ખૂબ જ દયનીય બની જાય છે .

 તો ઉપરોક્ત બાબતને ખાસ અગ્રિમતા આપી આપના જિલ્લાની તાલુકાવાર તા.૧-૪-૨૦૦૫ પહેલાં અને તારીખ 01-04-2005 પછી C.P.F. ના ખાતા ધરાવતાં શિક્ષકોની આંકડાકીય માહિતી સત્વરે ગુ.રા.પ્રા.શિ.સંઘ “ ચાણક્ય ભવન ' ખાતે આપના જિલ્લા સંઘના લેટર પેડ ઉપર મોકલી આપવા વિનંતી છે . ઉપરોક્ત માહિતીનો આધાર લઈ નવી પેન્શન યોજનાને અસર કત શિક્ષકોને જુની પેન્શન યોજનાની અમલવારી કરાવવા રાજય સરકારમાં રજૂઆત કરવાની હોઈ ખાસ અગ્રિમતા આપવા વિનંતી છે .

 So, giving special priority to the above matter, taluka wise of your district before 1-4-2008 and after 01-04-2005, C.P.F.  It is requested to send the statistical information of the teachers having no account on the letter pad of your district union at G.R.P.S.Sangh "Chanakya Bhavan" immediately.  Based on the above information, teachers affected by the new pension scheme are requested to submit a special priority to the State Government for implementation of the old pension scheme.

 1. First visit the Fit India website www.fitindia.gov.in.

 5. Once logged in, organize activities under the Fit India School Week category.

 4. Rule of account operation

 Under the new rule, the daughter will not be allowed to run the account until she turns 18.  Under the old rule it was allowed to do this in 10 years.  Now the account holder will be able to manage it only after the daughter is 18 years old.  Documents must be submitted to the bank or post office at the age of 18 at this time.

 5. Another change

 This new rule also removes the facility of changing the wrong amount in the account.  Apart from that the amount will be credited to the account at the end of the financial year based on the new rules.

General information about the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana scheme

 The PPF account is called the account which is opened for the girls under this scheme. An account can be opened in the name of the daughter at the bank or post office. The scheme is designed for the bright and secure future of the daughters.

Features of the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana scheme ...

 You can deposit at least 250 per year and a maximum of Rs.150,000. The interest rate of the account on the amount deposited is notified from time to time by the Finance Ministry of India. Interest rate is determined every financial year.
 Under the new rule, 100% of the amount can be deducted on the marriage of the daughter. Taxes are exempt under 80-C on deposits. No interest is paid after the daughter turns 21.

How to open a plan account?

 Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and Uni.  Students who get first or 80th percentile in Science and General Stream in the annual examination of March 2016 conducted by Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education under the scheme "Students" get the benefit of this scholarship as per Central Government norms.  Students who want to get it will have to apply for it online. To apply for this scholarship online, the application form of the scheme and all the information about the scheme is posted on the web site of National t - scholarship Portal www.scholarships.gov.in  Is.

 In order to avoid any error in the on-line application form for this scholarship, the students have to read and understand the guidelines of the scholarship placed on the above website before applying online.  By 30/09/2016, only online application should be taken with due care.  If the information in the on-line application form is incorrect and is canceled during the verification of the application, it will be the responsibility of the concerned students and parents.

• બ્લોક લેવલ પર શાળાઓમાં આચાર્યશ્રીને રૂબરૂ બોલાવવા નહિ . CRC પાસે કલસ્ટર વાઈઝ મંગાવવા 
• દા.ત. : પ્રથમ દિવસે A ક્લસ્ટરના ટેબલેટ આવેલ હોય તો એજ દિવસે ઈંસ્ટોલેશન કરી પરત આપવા અથવા બીજા દિવસે સવારે પરત આપવા અને બીજા દિવસે B ક્લસ્ટરના ટેબલેટ આપેલ હોય તે ત્રીજા દિવસે પરત આપવા એમ ક્રમશઃ કરવું . અન્યથા આપ આપની કક્ષાએથી વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવી શકો છો .

Mobile Device Management Software Matter Circular.

 Tablets for school administrative work have been allotted to government and grant-in-aid schools across the country.  The school's useful software in this tablet is made by the state level.  To install the software in the tablet, the following steps have to be done from block / CRC level.

 At the block level, tablet cluster wise of each school should be recalled and installation work should be done by block MIS / Data Entry Operator at block level.  BMAD and DEO will be trained on installation.

 Things to keep in mind before retrieving a tablet from the school level by the CRC.

•  The tablet's battery should be charging.  (More than 60%)
•  Remove if a password or pattern is set in the tablet.
•  If the school teacher does not like to remove the password / pattern, write the password / pattern on a piece of paper and bring it.
•  It is imperative that the school's dice code be written on the back of the tablet so that no school tablet is changed.

 Things to consider before handing over a tablet cluster (CRC) from school level.

•  If there is photo / video / contact etc. in the tablet, take a backup, then no backup can be taken.
•  Remove if password / pattern is set.
•  The tablet's battery should be more than 60% charged.

 Block level operations:

•  Install all schools in a minimum of one cluster per day.
•  Installation requires a computer with Windows 10 OS.
•  Not to call the principal face to face in schools at block level.  To order Cluster Wise from CRC
•  E.g.  : If A cluster tablet is available on the first day, install it on the same day and return it or return it in the morning on the next day and return the tablet given B cluster on the second day on the third day.  Otherwise you can arrange from your level.

 શાળા કક્ષાએ RTE ની અમલવારી સોશિયલ ઓડિટ કરાવવા બાબત , રાઈટ ટુ એજયુકેશન એકટ -2009 ના અમલીકરણ થયા બાદ શાળાઓમાં કેટલા અંશે તેની અમલવારી થઈ છે તે જાણવા માટે રાજયની તમામ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં સોશિયલ ઓડિટ હાથ ધરવામાં આવેલ હશે જ અને હવે વર્ષ 2020-21 માં પણ સોશિયલ ઓડિટ કરવાનું થાય છે . આ માટેનું ફોર્મેટ બિડાણમાં સામેલ છે . 

શાળા કક્ષાએ સોશિયલ ઓડિટ કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબની એક સમિતિની રચના કરવાની રહેશે 

1. વાલી સભ્ય - જે SMC માં સભ્ય ન હોય 
2. વાલી સભ્ય - જે SMC માં સભ્ય હોય 
3. આચાર્ય 
4. એક શિક્ષક 
5. ગ્રામસભામાંથી એક સભ્ય 
6. વંચિત કે નબળા વર્ગના SMC સભ્ય 

સોશિયલ ઓડિટની જરૂરિયાત :

RTE ના અમલીકરણમાં પાદરર્શિતા જળવાય અને સમુદાયની સહભાગીતા વધારવા માટે પણ શાળાનું સોશિયલ ઓડિટ કરવાની જરૂરિયાત છે .

 આ સોશિયલ ઓડિટનો અહેવાલ ગ્રામસભામાં પણ રજૂ કરવાનો રહેશે . સોશિયલ ઓડિટ અંગેનું ફોલોઅપઃ સોશિયલ ઓડિટ વર્ષમાં બે વખત કરવાનું હોય છે . 

પ્રથમ સોશિયલ ઓડિટ સત્રની શરૂઆતમાં કરવાનું થતું હતું પરંતુ કોરોના મહામારીના સમયગાળામાં જયારે શાળાઓમાં શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર શરૂ થયેલ ન હોવાથી જયારે શાળા શરૂ થાય ત્યારે શાળા કક્ષાએ પૂર્ણ કરી સીઆરસી કો.ઓ. દ્રારા શાળાની થતી નિયમિત મુલાકાત દરમિયાન સદર બાબતે ફોલોઅપ કરી તમામ શાળામાં સોશિયલ ઓડિટ થયેલ છે કે કેમ તે અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર બીઆરસી કો.ઓ.ને સબમીટ કરે , ત્યારબાદ બીઆરસી કો.ઓ. તમામ શાળાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ સબમીટ કરે , ત્યારબાદ ડીપીસીશ્રી દ્રારા જિલ્લાની તમામ સરકારી પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં સોશિયલ ઓડિટ થયેલ છે તે અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર અત્રેની કચેરીને મોકલી આપે .

Implementation of RTE at School Level Social audit will be conducted in all primary schools of the state to know the extent to which the implementation of RTE has been implemented in schools after the implementation of Right to Education Act-2009 and now also in the year 2020-21.  Audit is done.  The format for this is included in the enclosure.

 The following committee should be formed to conduct social audit at school level
 1. Guardian member - who is not a member in SMC
 2. Guardian member - who is a member in SMC
 3. Principal
 4. A teacher
 5. A member from the Gram Sabha
 6. SMC member of deprived or weaker class

 Social Audit Requirement:

 There is also a need for social audit of the school to maintain transparency in the implementation of RTE and increase community participation.

 The report of this social audit will also have to be presented in the gram sabha.  Follow-up on social audit: Social audit has to be done twice a year.

 The first social audit was to be done at the beginning of the session but in the period of Corona epidemic when the academic session was not started in the schools, when the school started, it was completed at the school level.  During the regular visits to the school by the school follow up on the matter and submit a certificate to the BRC Co.O. as to whether all the schools have been socially audited, then the BRC Co.O.  Submit the certificate of all the schools at the district level, then the DPC will send the certificate of social audit in all the government primary schools of the district to the office here.

 Requesting information from teachers .... No need to take medical insurance anymore .... Need to convey this message to all government employees.

At present fluctuating change camps have been started from 23-11-2020 on the instruction of the Director.  After the completion of this transfer camp, internal transfers and district transfers will take place.

 As per the transfer resolution of education department dated 23-05-2012, district / town primary school.  40% of the vacancies in the committee that year are filled by district transfer.  Camps have not been able to change districts for the last two years.  In many districts there is a large increase in the number of teachers and in some districts there is a decrease.

 At present there is no recruitment in Std. 1 to 5.  In these circumstances District / Town Pvt.  If all these vacancies in the education committees where there are vacancies of teachers are filled by the district, then the teachers who are away from home will get the benefit of home.  We demand to amend the resolution of 05-2020 or to change the district 100% for the current year as a special case.

Pursuant to the approval of the Government - by passing Std-10 or its equivalent examination from another state or board of India.  And necessary instructions have been given to give admission to the students who want to get admission in Std-11 in the school registered by U.M.S. Board as per the circular of reference-1

 The circular included a list of a total of 62 equivalent boards in the enclosure.  For the students of other boards entering Std-11 in the above circular of Reference-1, Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board only if they have passed Std-10 with Mathematics, Science, Social Science as well as English subject as per the subject structure of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.  Accredited schools are advised to give admission in standard-11.

 According to the representations received by the office here regarding the above matter, according to the circular of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board dated 01-06-2020, students from other boards have passed Std-10 only if they have passed Std-10 with compulsory Mathematics, Science, English and Social Science subjects.  -11 can be admitted.  Students who have passed Std-10 with Mathematics, Science and English but have not passed Std-10 with Social Science subject cannot get admission.  Therefore, they are requested to get admission in standard-11.

 With the approval of the Government obtained on the single file of the office here regarding the above matter, the circular dated 01-06-2020 is amended as follows for the academic year - 2020-21 only in the interest of the students in the situation of Kovid-19.

 Students who have not passed Std-10 with Social Science subject from other boards equivalent to Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education but have passed Std-10 with Mathematics, Science and English as well as other subjects in case of Covid-19 only academic year  For 2020-21 only, Gujarat will be able to get admission in Std-11 in the schools recognized by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education.

 As per the Board's circular dated 01-06-2020, students from other boards equivalent to Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board have passed Std-10 with Mathematics, Science, English and Social Science subjects as per the subject structure of Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board.  Only then will Gujarat be able to get admission in Std-11 in the schools recognized by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. This will be implemented from the academic year 2020-21.

How to Apply Online for Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana ?

The government has increased the housing scheme by 70 per cent.

Under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana, 142 castes, 40 nomadic and free castes and about 58 anonymous golden castes of Bakshipanch as well as 36 Scheduled Castes under Dr. Ambedkar Awas Yojana are currently given Rs.  70,000 to build their houses.

This assistance includes Rs.  50,000 or 70 percent.  Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani and Finance Minister Nitinbhai Patel for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.  1,20,000, Gujarat State Housing Scheme also Rs.  1,20,000 will be given.

The purpose of the Yojana

1,50,000 is paid in three installments by SC for construction of homeless, open plot, non-residential raw mud and first floor building.  1,50,000 first installment out of assistance - Rs.  50,000, second installment - Rs.  50,000 and the third installment - Rs.  50,000 / - is given.

Beneficiaries or other family members of the beneficiary should not avail benefits under any other housing scheme implemented by the government.
