ગુજરાત રાજ્ય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘ, C.P.F. ( નવી પેન્શન યોજના ) માં હોય તેવા રાજ્યના તમામ શિક્ષકોની માહિતી G.P.F. ( જુની પેન્શન યોજના ) અનુસંધાને મોકલવા બાબત 

 ગુજરાત રાજય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘનું જણાવવાનું કે , હાલ ગુજરાત રાજયમાં તારીખ 01-04-2004 થી નોકરીમાં જોડાયેલા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોને જૂની પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ બંધ કરવામાં આવેલ છે . આ બાબતે અખિલ ભારતીય પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક સંઘ દ્વારા વિવિધ આંદોલનાત્મક કાર્યક્રમો ચાલુ છે . કેટલાક રાજયોમાં રાજય સરકારોએ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોને જુની પેન્શન યોજનાનો લાભ આપવાનું ચાલુ કરેલ છે . તો કેટલાક રાજયોમાં કોર્ટ દ્વારા જુની પેન્શન યોજના બાબતે ચૂકાદાઓ આવેલ છે . 

આપણા રાજયમાં પણ આ બાબતે સરકારશ્રીમાં ગુ.રા.પ્રા.શિ.સંઘ દ્વારા રજૂઆતો / આવેદનપત્ર આપવામાં આવેલ છે . પરંતુ આ બાબતે કોઈ યોગ્ય નિકાલ આવેલ નથી . C.P.F. યોજનામાં હોય તેવા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક તરીકે જોડાયેલ શિક્ષકોના નિવૃત્તિ અને મૈયતના કિસ્સામાં તેઓના પરિવારને નજીવી રકમ જ મળે છે જેથી પરિવારની સ્થિતિ ખૂબ જ દયનીય બની જાય છે .

 તો ઉપરોક્ત બાબતને ખાસ અગ્રિમતા આપી આપના જિલ્લાની તાલુકાવાર તા.૧-૪-૨૦૦૫ પહેલાં અને તારીખ 01-04-2005 પછી C.P.F. ના ખાતા ધરાવતાં શિક્ષકોની આંકડાકીય માહિતી સત્વરે ગુ.રા.પ્રા.શિ.સંઘ “ ચાણક્ય ભવન ' ખાતે આપના જિલ્લા સંઘના લેટર પેડ ઉપર મોકલી આપવા વિનંતી છે . ઉપરોક્ત માહિતીનો આધાર લઈ નવી પેન્શન યોજનાને અસર કત શિક્ષકોને જુની પેન્શન યોજનાની અમલવારી કરાવવા રાજય સરકારમાં રજૂઆત કરવાની હોઈ ખાસ અગ્રિમતા આપવા વિનંતી છે .

Gujarat State Primary Teachers Union, C.P.F.  (New Pension Scheme) Information of all teachers in the state G.P.F.  (Old Pension Scheme) Matter of sending research

 Gujarat State Primary Teachers' Union states that the benefit of the old pension scheme has been stopped for the primary teachers who have joined the job in the state of Gujarat from 01-04-2004.  Various agitating programs are underway by the All India Primary Teachers Union in this regard.  In some states, state governments have started giving the benefit of old pension scheme to primary teachers.  So in some states there are judgments by the court regarding the old pension scheme.

 In our state also, in this matter, representations / application forms have been given to the Government by G.R.P.  But no proper disposal has been made in this matter.  C.P.F.  In case of retirement and bereavement of the teachers attached as primary teachers in the scheme, their family gets only a meager amount so that the condition of the family becomes very pitiable.

 So, giving special priority to the above matter, taluka wise of your district before 1-4-2008 and after 01-04-2005, C.P.F.  It is requested to send the statistical information of the teachers having no account on the letter pad of your district union at G.R.P.S.Sangh "Chanakya Bhavan" immediately.  Based on the above information, teachers affected by the new pension scheme are requested to submit a special priority to the State Government for implementation of the old pension scheme.
