Resolution No: PIAA-11 - 2012/314776 dated 23-05-2012 of the Department of Education and the incidental amendments to that resolution have formulated a policy regarding the rules for the replacement of Primary Teacher / Higher Primary Teacher / Assistant. According to the above policy, transfer of primary teacher / higher elementary education / educational assistant is allowed in special case for medical reasons. But as such teachers are transferred to the school, the teacher of the school is transferred to the school as the teacher is present at the time of departure, and when the murderer is transferred, he is confronted with the replacement. So for medical reasons it doesn't make sense to get a replacement. Therefore, the matter was under consideration of the Secretary.
