રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા દીકરીઓના જન્મનું પ્રમાણ વધે અને સાથે શિક્ષણમાં કન્યાઓનો ડ્રોપ આઉટ રેશિયો ધટે તેવા ઉદ્દેશ્યથી આ યોજના અમલમાં મુકાઈ છે.

કેટલી સહાય મળશે? :

ગુજરાત સરકારની 'વ્હાલી દીકરી યોજના' (Vhali Dikari Yojana) અંતર્ગત દીકરીઓને 5 વર્ષે 4000, 14 વર્ષે 6000 અને 18 વર્ષે 1,00,000 એક લાખ રૂપિયા સહાય મળશે

વહાલી દીકરી યોજના માટેની લાયકાત : 

1. આ યોજનાનો લાભ મેળવવા માટે તારીખ. 2/8/2019 પછી જે જન્મેલી દીકરીઓ જ લાભ લઈ શકે છે. દીકરીના જન્મ પછીના એક વર્ષની અંદર નિયત નમૂનાના ફોર્મમાં જરૂરી આધાર પુરાવા સાથે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. ક્યારેક અપવાદ રૂપ કિસ્સાઓ સિવાય પતિપત્નીના પ્રથમ ત્રણ સંતાનો પૈકીની તમામ દીકરીઓને યોજનાનો લાભ મળી શકશે.
2. યોજના માટે વાર્ષિક આવક 2,00,000 (બે લાખ) કે તેથી ઓછી હોવી જરૂરી છે.

અરજી ફોર્મ ક્યાંથી મેળવવું ? :

આ યોજના માટેના અરજી ફોર્મ ગામની આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર, ગામ પંચાય, CDPEO કચેરી ખાતેથી મફતમાં મેળશે. આ અરજી ફોર્મ ભરી આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્રો, cdpeo કચેરીઓ તથા જનસેવા કેન્દ્રમાં જમા કરી આપવાની રહેશે.

લાભ ક્યારે મળશે? :

યોજના હેઠળ દીકરીને વિવિધ તબક્કે આર્થિક સહાય મળે છે..જેમાં

● જ્યારે દીકરી ધોરણ-1માં પ્રવેશ મેળવે ત્યારે રૂા.4000 રોકડ સહાય

● ધોરણ-9માં પ્રવેશ વખતે રૂા.6000 સહાય

● જ્યારે 18 વર્ષની ઉમરે ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ અથવા લગ્ન માટેની સહાય તરીકે કુલ રૂા.100,000 આર્થિક સહાય મળશે. 

નિયમો/ યોજનાનો લાભ ક્યારે ના મળે? : 

દીકરીના બાળલગ્ન થયેલ હોવા જોઈએ નહીં. લગ્ન ધારા મુજબ દીકરીઓ માટે લગ્નની ઉમર ઓછામાં ઓછી 18 વર્ષ નક્કી કરેલ છે. તેના પહેલા કરેલા લગ્ન બાળલગ્ન ગણવામાં આવે છે. જે માન્ય નથી.

જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવા :

1. અરજી સાથે દીકરીના જન્મનું પ્રમાણપત્ર નગરપાલિકા કે અન્ય માન્ય સંસ્થા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ
2. આધારકાર્ડની નકલ
3. અરજદારના રેશનકાર્ડની નકલ
4. માતા-પિતાના આધાર કાર્ડ તથા જન્મના પ્રમાણપત્રો
5. આવકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર 
6. દંપતિના પોતાના હયાત તમામ બાળકોના જન્મના દાખલાઓ
7. નિયત નમુનામાં સક્ષમ અધિકારી સમક્ષ કરેલ દંપતિનું સોગદનામું જોડવાનું રહેશે.

નોંધ : આ યોજના વિશેની વધુ વિગતો અને નવીન ફેરફારોની માહિતી માટે મહિલા અને બાળ અધિકારીની કચેરી (જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ) ખાતે સપર્ક સાધવાનો રહેશે.

વાલી દિકરી યોજનામાં કેટલી સહાય મળે છે?

વહાલી દિકરી યોજનામાં લાભકારી પુત્રીને સહાયની રકમ કુલ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચૂકવવામાં આવશે. આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભાર્થી પુત્રી કુલ રૂ. 110,000 (એક લાખ દસ હજાર) ત્રણ હપ્તામાં.

પ્રથમ હપ્તામાં - રૂ. 4000 / - (ચાર હજાર રૂપિયા) લેવામાં આવશે.

બીજી હપ્તા માટે - લાભાર્થી પુત્રીને રૂ. 6000 / - વસૂલ કરવામાં આવશે. છેલ્લો હપતો હશે.

અંતિમ હપતા - 18 વર્ષ જૂની લાભાર્થી પુત્રી ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ / લગ્ન સહાય તરીકે કુલ 100000 / - (એક લાખ) ની હકદાર રહેશે.

નોંધ: - જો લાભકારી પુત્રી 18 વર્ષની વયે મૃત્યુ પામે છે, તો તે વ્હેલી હુકમનામું યોજના હેઠળ 'ઉત્તમ સહાયતા' માટે પાત્ર રહેશે નહીં.

 દિકરી યોજના કોને મળે છે? (તેમની પાત્રતા) 

1. 02/08/2019 ના રોજ અને તેના પછી જન્મેલી પુત્રીઓ, વહાલી દિકરી યોજનાના લાભો માટે પાત્ર રહેશે.

2. દંપતી (પતિ અને પત્ની) ના પહેલા ત્રણ બાળકોની બધી પુત્રીઓ, વહાલી દિકરી યોજનાના લાભો માટે પાત્ર બનશે.

અપવાદરૂપ (વિશેષ) કેસોમાં, બીજા / ત્રીજા વિતરણ સમયે કુટુંબમાં એકથી વધુ પુત્રીનો જન્મ થાય અને દંપતીની પુત્રીઓની સંખ્યા ત્રણથી વધુ હોય, તો પણ તમામ પુત્રીઓ લાભ માટે પાત્ર બનશે આ યોજના

 વહાલી દિકરી યોજના આવક મર્યાદા ગ્રામીણ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારો માટે દંપતી (સંયુક્ત જીવનસાથી) ની વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા (વહાલી દિકરી યોજના આવક મર્યાદા) રૂ. 200000 / - (બે લાખ) અથવા તેથી ઓછા.

બાળલગ્ન નિવારણ અધિનિયમની જોગવાઈઓ અનુસાર, ફક્ત પુખ્તાવસ્થામાં લગ્ન કરેલા દંપતીની પુત્રીઓ વેલી દિકરી યોજનાના લાભ માટે પાત્ર બનશે.

Money Minister Nitin Patel informed about another scheme 'Wali Dikri Yojana' in his spending discourse today.

Out of the first two children of the family, one girl child will get the benefit of this scheme. At the entrance of the first criterion in the school, the recipient girl will get Rs. 4,000, in class IX he got Rs. 6,000 and when she attains the age of 18 years she will get Rs. 1 lakh,' Nitin Patel said.

He said that this scheme would improve the sex ratio, it would activate the training of young female children and would benefit a huge amount for advanced education and marriage.

The scheme mentioned by Patel will benefit the families up to Rs. 2 lakh for each year.

The state government has allocated Rs. 133 crores for this scheme in the budgetary year 2019-20 financial plan.

With the ultimate goal of increasing the birth rate of young women and fighting female feticide, the Government of Gujarat has launched 'Vali Dairy Yojana' in the expenditure plan. Under the scheme, when the young woman crosses the age of 18, Finance Minister Nitin Patel told the assembly that the legislature would give her one lakh rupees.

Training of girls is now free in the state. I am announcing the use of Whale Child Scheme to strengthen the economic, social status of women, reduce dropout rate in training and prevent child marriage. The Deputy Chief Minister said that in this scheme, the girls of the first two children of the family will get the benefit of this scheme.

25 lakh women will get Rs 700 crore!
