Regarding setting up of mechanism like "Lok Adalat" for expeditious disposal of departmental investigation cases against government officials / employees, Government of Gujarat Education Department Resolution No .: Khatap / 12050/05 / E Secretariat, Gandhinagar Date: 31 JUL 20 21, read: .V.
Resolution No .: Khatap - 108 - P30 - T.A. dated 8/06/2018. Introduction: The resolution of the General Administration Department dated 2/06/201, which has been read, provides for setting up a mechanism like "Lok Adalat" for speedy disposal of departmental investigation cases against government officials / employees.
As per the rule of Gujarat State Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules-121, for the minor or major disciplinary action mentioned below, the defendant / employee who has been charged has to defend himself / herself at the stage if he / she is under the system like Lok Adalat. If he wants his case to be heard before a high-level committee, he has to file a complaint in the prescribed form. The disciplinary officer may decide to take the matter to court.
Detailed instructions are given in paragraph-3 of the resolution taken by the reader, prescribing the procedure of such a vote. Provision has been made as to what types of cases can be referred to a higher level committee at what stage and also what types of cases cannot be considered by the consensual.
The general administration department of the department level committee for class-1 and class-2 blinds has been formed in paragraph-2 of the resolution taken by the reading. Which are as follows .
Department of Education (1) Front Secretary, Department of Education (2) Secretary, (Housing) And sh. J. Ni, Department (2) Secretary, (Planning) The department has been instructed by the administrative department to form a committee for class-3 and class-4 employees of the department.
As per the instruction given in paragraph-5 of the resolution taken as read, the matter of formation of a high level committee of heads of departments under the administrative control of the education department as per paragraph 3 (2) of the resolution was under consideration. Is.
