The fact or opinion that troubles the relations between the Central Government and any State Government, or, the fact or opinion which causes difficulty in the relations of the Central Government and any foreign Government: But any statement or opinion made by the Government employee in the proper fulfillment of his duties or duties assigned to him. No wording in the rule will apply.
Thus, if any government official employee criticizes the government's policy, planning or decisions on electronic media, social media / facebook twitter whatsapp, expresses it in a manner that will increase negativity or share any such thing in accordance with the rules of the government.
