સંદર્ભ:- સ્ટેટ કચેરીનો પત્ર ક્રમાંક સમગ્ર શિક્ષા/કયુઈ સેલ/૧/૨૦૨૩/૫૯૬૯૮-૫૯૭૭૦ તા. ૧૯/૧૨/૨૦૨૩
ઉપરોકત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં શાળા વ્યવસ્થાપન સમિતિ (એસએમસી) ના સભ્યો તથા શાળા સંચાલન અને વિકાસ સમિતિ ( SMDC) ના સભ્યો માટે રાજયકક્ષાએથી ૩ દિવસની તાલીમ કરવાની થાય છે. તે પૈકી એક દિવસની તાલીમ બાયસેગના માધ્યમથી પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. ચાલુ માસમાં દિતીય તાલીમનું નીચે મુજબ આયોજન કરવાનું થાય છે.
SMC તથા SMDC સભ્યોને કાર્યો અને ફરજો, શૈક્ષણિક ગુણવતા સુધારણા માટેનાં કાર્યક્રમો, માળખાકીય અને ડીઝીટલ સુવિધાઓ તેમજ અન્ય શૈક્ષણિક પ્રયાસો બાબતે વિગતવાર ઓનલાઈન તાલીમ આપવા માટે નીચે મુજબનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

તાલીમ દરમિયાન શાળાઓમાં ઉપસ્થિતિ:-
તાલીમના દિવસે પ્રસારણના સમય દરમિયાન જિલ્લા પ્રોજેકટ કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રી, જિલ્લા શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી, ડાયટ લેક્ચરરશ્રી, શિક્ષણ નિરીક્ષકશ્રી, નાયબ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી, તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી, બી.આર.સી.કો-ઓડીનેટર તેમજ સમગ્ર શિક્ષા અંતર્ગત જિલ્લા કચેરીમાં કામગીરી કરતા તમામ શાખાઓના કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રી અને કર્મચારીશ્રીઓને જિલ્લાની કોઈ એક શાળામાં હાજર રહેશે. તે જ રીતે સમગ્ર શિક્ષા અંતર્ગત સી.આર.સી.કો.ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રી, તાલુકા અને કલસ્ટર કક્ષાએ કામગીરી કરતા તમામ શાખાઓનાં કો-ઓર્ડીનેટરશ્રી અને કર્મચારીશ્રીઓને જે તે તાલુકા/કલસ્ટરની કોઈ એક શાળામા ઉપસ્થિત રાખવાના રહેશે. શાળાઓની ફાળવણી તાલુકા કક્ષાએથી કરવાની રહેશે.
It is planned to give a 30-minute demonstration on air training of the video film (Diksha Portal and Gujarat Vachchual School) prepared by the Health Officer of the Health Department and the entire education on the issues to be taken into consideration by the members of SMC / SMDC in the current Koro epidemic situation.
This training does not have to call all the members at once so as in the previous training in primary and secondary schools at school level all the members on 26, 27 and 28 October 2020 for 3 days (4 on the first day, 4 on the second day and 4 on the third day). Separate members) and three out of the total 15 members of SMDC (5 on the first day, 5 on the second day and 5 different members on the third day) will be scheduled to attend the teleconference at the school level.

Therefore, to make arrangements for teleconference to be telecast in all primary and secondary schools and to instruct the concerned to fully comply with the Corona epidemic guideline when SMC / SMDC members come.
In this teleconference, according to SMC / SMDC, school level will have to spend Rs. 40 / - per member (for tea, coffee and snacks). After completion of teleconference, the number of members present should be sent in 5 days as per the following form.
Loyalty teacher training matter imp letter. Loyalty course on initiation platform from online mode under NISHTHA training by GCERT has been started from 5th October 2020.
This was stated in the reference letter for the training of all teachers and head teachers who have not undergone fidelity training.
During the training, DIET Principal, Lecturer and S.I. Will have to be monitored by as well as scan the QR code shown against its information and upload it in Google form in the afternoon. The report form has to be filled as per the attached form.
