National Primary Cadre Primary Education Federation - Gujarat Subject: Maternity School Seniority Matter of Teachers Transferred to Camps.  Hon'ble Sir, Greetings,

 Jayabharat co to inform the above subject research that: - At present the process of online internal transfer camps of primary teachers is underway in all the districts of the state.  In which the teachers who have gone to other schools for seniority regarding the transfer of teachers are also asked to write the date of admission of the existing school.

 In the resolution dated 23/05/2012 regarding transfer, it is mentioned to consider the original school seniority and on 05/06/2020.  There is no mention of this in the resolution.

 In order to get the benefit of seniority from the date of admission of the original school instead of the date of admission of the existing school to the teachers who have gone to other schools by taking appropriate decision in the interest of the teachers.  Required notification to be kept.

Regarding the above subject, it is to be mentioned that due to the Corona epidemic (COVID-19), instructions have been given to close schools and colleges in the entire state with reference to Resolution-3.

 Hence the instructions to keep the time of all the secondary and higher secondary schools in your district from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon till the order of the Government regarding the formal commencement of schools is given in the reference-6 of this office dated 23-11-2020.  Given by letter.

 In addition, it is advised to be vigilant to ensure that the following instructions of the declaration dated 01-09-2020 mentioned in reference-2 of Home Department, Government of Gujarat, Secretariat, Gandhinagar are followed in the schools under your control.

 Therefore, 50% academic and non-academic staff in educational institutions in the state can be called for online teacher UTele counseling.  In this regard, the SOP issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has to be strictly followed.
