Sir, on the above subject, it is to be mentioned that a petition has been filed in the Hon'ble High Court with different demands by the teachers of different districts regarding the recent massacre and transfer camp 2020 and online transfer camp.
Name by the applicants in the petition filed by the applicant teachers on the basis of the demand made by the applicant and on the basis of a similar case. An interim relief order has been issued by the High Court in his favor. So that in all the petitions filed in your district, the request made by the applicant and the details of the action taken in the petition from your level, along with the knowledgeable employee filled in the accompanying form as well as class-2 or its equivalent officer, they can be reached on 09/03/2021 at 12-00 hrs. The office is asked to be present.
So that in view of all the demands made in the petition filed by the petitioners, the action of affidavit regarding the defense action by the Government can be taken as soon as possible. Matter of making internal transfers of the district through computerized system Paripatra. Accompanied by a time bound program for making online transfers from the computerized system of transfers to the demand of primary teachers. The necessary instructions are as follows.
1. First of all the given website www.dpegujarat.in Guz Every District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer has to login with Default Password and enter the vacancies by changing the Password. A list of all the medium schools with taluka wise vacancies in that district will have to be prepared in the primary department and upper primary department wise information and entered in the online software. Subject wise spaces should be indicated in the upper primary section. (1.Language, 2.Mathematics-Science, 3.Social Science)
(A) As on 31/08/20, as per the approved establishment, as on 31/12/2020, the vacancies should be uploaded considering the vacancies.
(B) In case of non-dismissal of teachers who have ordered school allotment as per option in the district division while uploading vacancies, the existing school of the teacher shall be shown as vacancy. And which has been allocated to the school. That space should be considered full.
(8) In case the primary teacher / teaching assistant has been previously transferred internally or district wise and has not been dismissed due to more than 10% vacancy, the original school vacancy shall be shown as vacancy and the vacancy in the transfer school shall be deemed to be filled.
(D) Name for any place in any district. If any matter is pending in the court, such places shall not be shown as vacant space. . Primary teachers / teaching assistants who want to make an internal transfer will have to fill up the required details on the suggested website and submit an online application.
3. A printed copy of the confirmed application will have to get the signature-stamp of the head teacher of the school. Then the necessary supporting evidence has to be submitted to the concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt.
The concerned Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to check the necessary evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding the receipt of the application. All the applications have to be sent in person to the District Primary Education Officer by 16.00 hrs on 06/02/2021 with remarks of approval / disapproval in the application.
The Govt. Officer will have to verify the required supporting evidence and give access to the concerned Primary Teacher / Educational Assistant regarding receipt of application. Remarks on approval / disapproval in the application should be followed and action should be taken as per order-6
All the applications given in the District / Town Education Committee login given on the website to the concerned District Primary Education Officer / Govt.
After the completion of the above work, the replacement order of the eligible primary teachers / teaching assistants will be prepared by the computer software as per the rules. Primary teachers / teaching assistants who have applied for transfer and are eligible for transfer as per the rules will have to get the print of the transfer order manually from the website.
The Taluka Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to obtain print copies of the transfer orders and keep them on file.
The District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer will have to print and file the entire transfer orders.
The printed signature of the District Primary Education Officer / Govt. Officer of that district will be considered valid in the computerized transfer order.
Teachers will have to take adequate care in choosing the dice code and the name of the school while selecting the online school, the transfer order made online as per the selection will not be canceled under any circumstances. Let the teachers know enough about it.
