A service book must be maintained for every full-time government.  Employee.

The head of the office is responsible for opening the service book in duplicate immediately after the employee joins.

A copy will be kept in the custody of the head of the office.  A second copy will be given to the employee.

Every step of the employee's service life should be recorded in the service book.  Each admission is to be certified by the head of the office.

The employee will submit the service book for verification every year as directed by the head of the office.  The same will be returned to the employee after the required admission.  Both copies of the service book will be considered original.

The following information is usually entered in the service book: -

Date of birth of the employee.
 
Statement as to whether the medical and police verification report is satisfactory.

Statement that the name or surname has been changed.

A copy of the nomination for Death Gratuity, Group Insurance, GPF etc. should be attached with the service book.


Family details are to be written as per Appendix I of DCRB Rules.

When the employee is transferred, advanced entries have to be made in the service book and the new place of posting is also transferred to the head of the office.  Such as verified by the head of the service office from his office to the date of the last pay.

The head of the office should show the service book to the concerned employee and get the signature from the employee every year.

In case of transfer to foreign service the head of the office or department will send the service book to the audit officer as the Auditor General can write.  No entry has to be certified during foreign service by any authority other than the audit officer.  After re-transfer to government service the service book is again sent to the audit officer for necessary note.

 ઉચ્ચત્તર પગાર ધોરણના કેસ રજુ કરવાની વય નિવૃત્તિની સમયમર્યાદા દૂર કરી સંબંધિતા કચેરીના એક સાથે એક દિવસમાં 10 ( દસ ) સેવાપોથી 11=00 થી 2-00 કલાક સુધીમાં રૂબરૂ આ કચેરી ખાતે પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે રજુ કરવાની સૂચના આપેલ હતી , ત્યાર બાદ સંદર્ભ- ( 2 ) માં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રથી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની તાલુકા દીઠ ફાળવેલ તારીખે ૨૫ સેવાપોથી આ કચેરી ખાતે રજુ કરવાની સૂચના આપેલ હતી . 
પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકો તથા તેમના મંડળો દ્વારા જે કચેરી ખાતે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોનું મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમ વધારે હોય તે કચેરીની વધુ સેવાપોથી સ્વીકારવાની રજુઆત કરેલ હતી . 
જે સંદર્ભે આ કચેરી દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ નિયામકશ્રીની કચેરી પાસેથી મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમની વિગત માંગતા , તેઓના સંદર્ભ- ( 1 ) માં દર્શાવેલ પત્રથી જિલ્લા / તાલુકાવાર મંજુર થયેલ મહેકમની વિગત મોકલી આપેલ છે . કોરોના સંક્રમણના ફેલાવાની શકયતા નિવારવા માટે તથા કર્મચારી અને વહીવટીતંત્રના હિતને ધ્યાને લઈને બહોળા પ્રમાણમાં સેવાપોથી પણ સ્વીકારી શકાય અને સોશીયલ ડીસ્ટન્સીંગનું પાલન પણ થઈ શકે તે માટે પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની સેવાપોથી રજુ કરવાના કિરસામાં આ સાથે સામેલ પત્રક -1 , માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ માહે : ડીસેમ્બર -2020 જાન્યુઆરી -2011 દરમ્યાન દર્શાવેલ તારીખે જે તે જિલ્લાની તમામ તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી તથા નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિની કચેરી દ્વારા તાલુકા દીઠ પત્રકના કોલમ -5 માં જણાવેલ મહેકમને ધ્યાને લઈ કોલમ -૬ માં જણાવ્યા મુજબની સેવા પોથી રજુ કરવાની રહેશે . સંબંધિત તાલુકા / જિલ્લાના પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોના કેસોમાં બી.આર.સી. સી.આર.સી. ખાતે કાર્યરત પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોના કેસોનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે , અલગ સેવાપોથી રજુ કરવાની રહેશે નહી . 

પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષ કોણી કેસ સિવાય અન્ય કચેરીઓ માટે આ કચેરીના સંદર્ભ- ( 1 ) માં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રથી આપેલ અન્ય સૂચનાઓ યથાવત રહેશે તથા સંદર્ભ- ( 4 ) નાં દર્શાવેલ પરિપત્રની સૂચના મુજબ તમામ કચેરીઓ દ્વારા કર્મચારીની સેવાપોથી ઓ કચેરી ખાતે પગાર બાંધણી ચકાસણી અર્થે રજુ કરવામાં આવે ત્યારે અવસાન / કોર્ટ મેટર તથા નિવૃત થયેલ / થનાર કર્મચારીની સેવાપોથી અગ્રતાના ધોરણે રજુ કરવાની રહેશે.

 In this regard, the details of the establishment approved by this office from the office of the Director of Primary Education have been sent to the district / taluka wise approved establishment from the letter mentioned in their reference- (1).  In order to prevent the spread of Corona transition and to ensure that a wide range of service textbooks can be accepted and social distance compliance is taken into account in the interest of the staff and the administration,  -On the date indicated during 2011, all the Taluka Primary Education Officers of that district and the office of Nagar Primary Education Committee will have to submit the service book as mentioned in column-5 considering the establishment mentioned in column-5 of the form per taluka.  In the cases of primary teachers of the concerned taluka / district, B.R.C.  C.R.C.  Cases of primary teachers working at will have to be included, will not have to be submitted from a separate service book.

 For other offices other than the Primary Education Elbow Case, the other instructions given in the circular given in reference- (1) of this office shall remain the same and as per the instructions given in the circular shown in reference- (4)  Death / Court Matter and Retired / Retired Employee's service book should be submitted on priority basis.

In the video conference held under the chairmanship of Hon'ble SPD Shri Madam Shri, the innovative efforts made by you in this regard were discussed.  We have a list of children without survey-based devices.  You have been guided earlier for their home learning.  So, we request you to make adequate efforts so that the child without any device is not deprived of home learning and also to report this work to this office. 

 Adequate publicity of each of the Home Learning programs is requested.

Innovative efforts being made by different districts to reach out to more children the programs being aired on DD Girnar by Doordarshan Kendra Ahmedabad under Home Learning, using your community to make TV available in Panchayat Bhavan, Jnatini Wadi, Community Hall etc. by the donor. 

 Programs are shown following the guideline of 12.  In some districts, village leaders / youths make such arrangements at each other's homes and show the programs to the needy children.  Anand TV is providing old TVs to the parents who need TV at negligible cost through organizations / donors through old TV repairing as well as shops.  

Similar arrangements are being made by donors in other districts as well.  Which is very commendable.  Commendable work is also being done to provide old mobiles / tablets to children for Gujarat Virtual School (GVS) online classes.  The idea that the old TV tablet / mobile bank can be set up at taluka level and given to the needy students for home learning is exemplary.

Congratulations on the above subject, that due to the current Koro-Kovid epidemic, the educational work at the school level has been stopped and the educational activities are being carried out through home learning.

 (3) To get the accounts of cooking cost provided by SMC under Food Security Allowance at school level as well as to cover all the schools of the district / taluka conducted by Mid-day Meal Scheme Supervisor, Mamlatdar Shri, Deputy Collector (M.B.Y.O.) and Provincial Officers during the month.  It is requested to act accordingly.  Sending details of monthly school visit checks here.  To see that social distance is maintained during the investigation of this matter.
