Twinning-Partnership And Teacher Exchange Program Related Paripatra 9/11/2019
Subject: Implementation of "Twinning / Partnership and Teacher Exchange Program" in Government Higher Primary Schools in the State.
Twinning / Partnership and Teacher Exchange programs are approved for the state government's higher elementary schools, among the programs approved for the promotion of academic quality under the budget approved by the Central Government for the year 2019-20 under the entire education.
Under the Twinning / Partnership and Teacher Exchange program, there are a total of 12,988 government higher elementary schools in the state with the aim of developing life skills, enhancing their confidence, sharing of knowledge and activities, and enhancing the capacity of teachers and students through knowledge sharing.
For this,
• The art of learning jointly through the coordination of one's own ability as well as one's ability and success
• Enabling students' learning with peer-to-peer and group teaching
• Provide opportunities to encourage teachers to adopt better and more effective practices
• Understand the scope of the curriculum and exchange of innovative best educational activities for effective implementation
• Sports activities organized between the two schools
• Exchange of school management activities, such as library, science and math laboratory activities.
• Programs such as cultural activities, debates, quizzes are held at the school level.
Considering the above and the guidance points outlined herein, the selected schools in each of the 4 upper elementary schools of your district / corporation have been selected according to the variety of activities of the two selected schools in their own cluster / block. The Exchange program will be implemented.
The selection of the 4 schools per cluster for all cluster of talukas under which the taluka level committee appointed for school selection (in line with the norms) should take into account the criteria for school selection.
