દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્કોલરશીપનો લાભ મળશે. તે માટે વર્ષ-૨૦૨૧ માટે નવી અરજી તથા રીન્યુઅલ અરજી ફોર્મ ભરવાનું શરૂ થઈ ગયેલ છે.

◆ કોણ કોણ અરજી કરી શકશે ?
૧. આ વર્ષે જેમણે ધોરણ-૧૨માં ૮૦ કે તેથી વધુ પર્સેન્ટાઈલ રેન્ક મેળવેલ હોય તેવા તમામ કેટેગરીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આ સ્કોલરશીપમાં નવી અરજી કરી શકે છે.
૨. અગાઉના વર્ષ જેમણે અરજી કરેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રિન્યુ ફોર્મ કરવાનું રહેશે.

NSP (રાષ્ટ્રીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પોર્ટલ) પર NMMS લાભાર્થીઓને શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ઓફર

ઉપરોક્ત સંબંધમાં, ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીઓના બેંક ખાતામાં સીધી લાભ ટ્રાન્સફર (DET) મારફતે શિષ્યવૃત્તિની ચુકવણીની સુવિધાને સરળ બનાવવા માટે નેશનલ સ્કોલરશીપ પોર્ટલ વેબ પોર્ટલની સ્થાપના કરવામાં આવી છે.  રાજ્ય એનએમએમએસ યોજના વર્ષ -2021-22 ના લાભાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની શિષ્યવૃત્તિ નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં રાષ્ટ્રીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પોર્ટલ પર સબમિટ કરવાની છે.

રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડે ગયા વર્ષે આ હેતુ માટે જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ સફળતાપૂર્વક નોડલ અધિકારીની નિમણૂક કરી હતી.  આ વર્ષે પણ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ નોડલ અધિકારી અને તાલુકા કક્ષાએ આ કામના સંકલનની જવાબદારી તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીઓ, સંચાલક અધિકારીઓને સોંપવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો છે.

પણ C.R.C.  વેબસાઇટ NSP (રાષ્ટ્રીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પોર્ટલ) http://www.scholarships.gov.in અને સંબંધિત જિલ્લાના નોડલ અધિકારીને વેબસાઇટ પર ઓનલાઇન અરજીની પ્રક્રિયાને પગલે ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ દરમિયાન વિદ્યાર્થીની શાળાનો સંપર્ક કરીને શાળા ચકાસણીની પ્રક્રિયા જિલ્લા ચકાસણીની પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરવી.

મહત્વની માહિતી

1. આ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તેમનો સંપર્ક કરવા માટે તેમના અગાઉના વર્ષની શાળાનું નામ, સરનામું ડાયમ બાર વગેરે સાથે વર્ષ મુજબની યાદી આપવામાં આવે છે.

2. સીઆરસી  સંયોજકે શાળાઓના વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો તેમના ક્લસ્ટરમાં સંપર્ક કર્યો છે વિદ્યાર્થીના ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ માટે શાળાનો સંપર્ક કર્યો

3. ઓનલાઈન અરજી પ્રક્રિયા બાદ, અરજી ચકાસણીની પદ્ધતિની રજૂઆત અને વિડીયો ડિસ્પ્લે અનુસાર તમામ સંબંધિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓની શાળાની ચકાસણી શાળાના આચાર્યની હાજરીમાં કરવાની છે.

4. જે શાળાઓએ ગયા વર્ષે એનએસપી (નેશનલ સ્કોલરશીપ પોર્ટલ) માટે યુઝર આઈડી-પાસવર્ડ મેળવ્યો છે તે ચાલુ વર્ષમાં યુઝર આઈડી-પાસવર્ડ સાથે વેરિફિકેશન પ્રક્રિયા પણ કરી શકે છે.  જો શાળામાં વપરાશકર્તા ID પાસવર્ડ ન હોય તો, જિલ્લા નોડલ અધિકારી તેના પ્રવેશમાંથી વપરાશકર્તા ID- પાસવર્ડ ફરીથી સેટ કરી શકે છે.  તેની પદ્ધતિ પ્રેઝન્ટેશન અને વિડીયોમાં આપવામાં આવી છે.

5. જો શાળા એનએસપી (નેશનલ સ્કોલરશીપ પોર્ટલ) સાથે જોડાયેલી ન હોય તો ડિસ્ટ્રિક્ટ નોડલ ઓફિસર પોતાના લોગિન દ્વારા શાળાને ઉમેરી શકે છે.  તેની પદ્ધતિ પ્રેઝન્ટેશન અને વિડીયોમાં આપવામાં આવી છે.

6. શાળાએ તેના લinગિન સાથે શાળા પ્રોફાઇલ અપડેટ કરવાની છે અને શાળામાં ચાલતા ધોરણ (અભ્યાસક્રમ) ને અપડેટ કરવાનું છે, શાળા તેના લinગિન પરથી પ્રોફાઇલ અને ધોરણ અપડેટ કરશે તો જ શાળામાં ચાલતી શાળાઓ અને ધોરણો દેખાશે એનએસપી (રાષ્ટ્રીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પોર્ટલ).  આ માટેની પદ્ધતિ પ્રસ્તુતિ અને વિડીયોમાં આપવામાં આવી છે.

7. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ વર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે અયોગ્ય છે તેમને NSP (રાષ્ટ્રીય શિષ્યવૃત્તિ પોર્ટલ) પર અરજી કરવાની રહેશે નહીં.

8. અયોગ્યતાના કારણોનું નિવેદન: વર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં 1 પડતું મુકાયું છે.  2. વર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં ડિપ્લોમા અથવા અન્ય કોઇ તકનીકી અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રવેશ,

 

શિષ્યવૃત્તિ

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ખાનગી શાળાઓ (ખાનગી શાળાઓ/સેલ્ફ ફાઈનાન્સ શાળાઓ), કેન્દ્રીય વિદ્યાલયો, જવાહર નવોદય વિદ્યાલય અને રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા રહેઠાણ, ભોજન અને અભ્યાસ સુવિધાઓ પૂરી પાડતી રહેણાંક શાળાઓમાં વર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ છે.

ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં વર્ગ -9 માં પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો છે પરંતુ વર્ગ -9 માં પ્રથમ પ્રયાસમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 5% ગુણ (સામાન્ય-ઓબીસી કેટેગરી) અથવા 50% (એસસી-સીએસટી કેટેગરી) ગુણ મેળવ્યા છે.  પાસ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે વર્ષ 2020 માં NMMS પરીક્ષા

ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં વર્ગ -10 માં પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો છે પરંતુ વર્ગ -9 ના પ્રથમ પ્રયાસમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 5% ગુણ (સામાન્ય-ઓબીસી કેટેગરી) અથવા 50% (એસસી-એસટી કેટેગરી) ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કર્યા નથી. (વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે જેમણે વર્ષ 2019 માં MS ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કરી છે)

  વર્તમાન એક વર્ષમાં, 11 માં વર્ષમાં, 10 માં વર્ષમાં પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં, પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં, પ્રથમ વર્ષમાં, 11 માં વર્ષમાં, 11 માં વર્ષમાં, 11 માં વર્ષમાં, 11 માં વર્ષમાં, એફ માટે)

વર્તમાન ટ્રાન્ઝિશનલ વર્ષમાં, જો તમને 12 માં ધોરણમાં પ્રવેશ મળ્યો, પરંતુ તમે 11 માં પ્રથમ પ્રયાસમાં પણ નિષ્ફળ ગયા, તો તમને OZ (સામાન્ય OBC કેટેગરી) અથવા 808 (MMM) માં 2% ગુણ મળ્યા, તમને મૂળ નહીં મળે ( NMMS પરીક્ષા 2017 પાસ કરનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસે છે,

જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ઉપરોક્ત 1 થી 2 કારણોમાંથી કોઈપણ મેળવે છે તેઓ આવતા વર્ષે એલજીપી મેળવવા માટે લાયક નથી તેથી આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ એનએસ (નેશનલ સ્કોલરશીપ પોર્ટલ) માટે ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની જરૂર નથી.

નોડલ અધિકારીએ એક્સેલ ફાઈલમાં દિન પ્રતિદિન એન્ટ્રી કરી કે શું વિદ્યાર્થી તેની જિલ્લા યાદીમાં શિષ્યવૃત્તિ માટે પાત્ર છે, અયોગ્ય હોય તો, કારણ, જો લાગુ હોય તો, એસએસપી પર ભરેલા ફોર્મનું અરજી ID, શાળા ચકાસાયેલ છે કે કેમ જિલ્લાની ચકાસણી કરવામાં આવી છે.  મૃતદેહ મોકલવો જોઈએ.
