વોકેશનલ એજયુકેશન અંતર્ગત ધો 9 થી 12 ના વિઘાથીઓ માઇક્રોસોફટ ટીમ દ્વારા ઓનવાઇન શિક્ષણ બાબત. માન એસ.પી.ડી.શ્રીની તા .12/11/2020 ની નોંધ પર મળવા મંજુરી શ્રીમાન , ઉપરોકત વિધ્ય અને રાંદર્ભ અવશે જણાવવાનું કે રામગ શિક્ષા વોકેશનલ એજયુંકેશ અંગન ' 9 થી 12 ના વિઘાર્થીઓ માટે વ્યવસામિક શિક્ષણ અંતર્ગત કામગીરી કરવામાં આવે છે .
આ માટે કોવિડ -19 મી પરિસ્થિતિ તેમજ શાળાઓ બંધ હોવાને કારણે વોકેશનલ વિષય લેનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું શિક્ષણ બગડે નહી તે માટે સમગ્ર શિક્ષા રાજયકચેરી દ્રારા છે 9 થી 12 ના વોકેશનલ વિષય ( ટ્રેડ લેનાર વિઘાર્થીઓને રીલેકટેડ વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર દ્રારા માઇક્રોસોફટ ટીમના માધ્યમથી શિક્ષણ પ્રાપ્ત થાય તે માટે ઓનલાઈન શિક્ષણનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ છે જેને સબંધિત સૂચના નીચે મુજબ છે . માઈક્રોસોફટ ટીમ માટે 50 બાળકો સુધી 1 ધોરણ માટે 1 વર્ગ ચલાવવાનો રહેશે .
( દા.ત. કોઈ 1 ટુડના જિલ્લા × ના ધોરણ 9 ના 20 અને કોઈ એક ટ્રેડના જિલ્લાનું ના ધોરણ 9 ના 15 બાળકો તો એકજ વર્ગ પરંતુ જો 50 થી વધુ બાળકો માઈક્રોસોફટ ટીમમાં જોડાયેલા હોય તો બીજો વર્ગ અને જો 100 થી વધુ બાળકો માઈક્રોસોફટ ટીમમાં જોડાયેલા હોય તો ત્રીજો વર્ગ કરી શકાશે . ) ધોરણ 10 અને 12 માટે અઠવાડીયામાં 3 દિવસ આ સાથે સામેલ વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર્સ દ્રારા1 કલાક અને 15 મિનિટનું સેશન લેવાનું રહેશે . ( અઠવાડીયાના કુલ ૩ સેશન લેવાના રહેશે ) ધોરણ 9 અને 11 માટે અઠવાડીયામાં 2 દિવસ આ સાથે સામેલ વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર્સ દ્રારા 1 કલાક અને 15 મિનિટનું સેશન લેવાનું રહેશે . ( અઠવાડીયાના કુલ 2 સેશન લેવાના રહેશે ) આ માટે જિલ્લાકક્ષાએથી દરેક ટ્રેડ માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું વોટસઅપ ગ્રુપ બનાવવાનું રહેશે જેમાં લેકચર લેનાર વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર્સને પણ સામેલ કરવાના રહેશે . તેમજ લેવાનાર દરેક સેશનની લીંક ગ્રુપ મારફત દરેક વિદ્રાર્થીઓને પ્રોજેકટ કો - ઓર્ડિનેટર અને શિક્ષણાધિકારી મળે અને વધુમાં વધુ બાળકો જોડાય તે પ્રોજેકટ સ્ટા . ( જિલ્લા , બ્લોક , કલસ્ટર , શાળાના આચાર્ય ) એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાનું રહેશે . તેમજ લેવાયેલ સેશનોની જોડાયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની બિડાણ -1 સાથેની પ્રમાણકરણ કરેલી વિગતો મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે .
બ્લોક કો - ઓર્ડિનેટર એ.આર.એન્ડ બી.ઈ. અને શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીને પણ માઇક્રોસોફટ ટીમની લીંક મોકલવાની રહેશે તેમજ વોટસઅપ ગૃપમાં પણ તેઓને જોડવાના રહેશે . ઓનલાઇન સેશનમાં વધુમાં વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જોડાય તેની જવાબદારી આચાર્યશ્રી તેમજ બી.આર.સી. ઊ રસીઆર.સી . કો.ઓ. ની રહેશે .
જરૂર જણાયે વિદ્યાર્થીનો ટેલીફલનીક સંપર્ક કરીને પણ ફોલોઅપ લેવાનું રહેશે . વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર્સ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતા PPT , Videos Reference બતાવે તે માટે જરૂરી લેશન આપે તે માટે જરૂરી કાર્યવાહી જિલ્લા અને તાલુકાકક્ષાએથી સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાની રહેશે . વોકેશનલ ટ્રેન માઇકસોફટ ટીમ સબંધિત કઈ પણ મૂંઝવણ હોય તો રાજય કચેરીએ શ્રી અંશુલભાઇનો સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે .
વોકેશનલ ટ્રેનર્સ પોતાના દૈનિક સેશનમાં છેલ્લી 15 મિનિટમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે પ્રશ્નોતરી દ્રારા વિષય અંગેની રામજની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે તેમજ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે દૈનિક પ્રેકટીકલ અને થીયરી સબંધિત સ્થાનિક કક્ષાએ થઈ શકે તેવું ગૃહકાર્ય આપવાનું રહેશે . વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સાથે વિષયને અનુરૂપ દિક્ષા , નિષ્ઠા અને NSDC E - Skill India App ના સંદર્ભદર્શિત વિડીયો દ્રારા વોકેશનલ સબંધિત જ્ઞાન મેળવે તેની ચકાસણી કરવાની રહેશે .
