Therefore, you are given notice that we visited Hapa Station Girls School on 05/09/2071. During which the following irregularities have been observed.
1). The students of Std. 8 were called to the school even though they were not to be called to the school as per the instructions given in the guideline of Kovid-19. The seating arrangement of the students has also been found to break the distance between the two students. Also seen without each student's mask.
2). Shri Manojbhai Sapariya, a teacher of Mathematics and Science in the school, was seen studying in the current class by consuming tobacco and spices. And in this they confessed. On 04/03/2021 for violating tobacco consumption rule Rs. A fine of Rs. 200 / - has been deposited. This teacher has not been given any written instruction by you not to use tobacco in school. And thus violated academic ideals
3). The unit which has been completed for the girls assessing the mathematics subject of Std. 8 class in the educational matter in the school. No girl can properly answer even the general knowledge questions of that unit.
4). Your dress as a principal did not seem to suit a government employee. Demonstrates carelessness and indifference towards your education in the above matter.
