NPS ઉપાડ: નિવૃત્તિ પહેલાં પૈસા કેવી રીતે ઉપાડવા? NPS નો નિયમ શું છે?

“નેશનલ પેન્શન સિસ્ટમ (NPS) એ કર્મચારીઓને નિવૃત્તિ પછી પેન્શન આપવાની યોજના છે. સામાન્ય રીતે તમે 60 વર્ષ અથવા નિવૃત્તિ પહેલા NPSમાંથી પૈસા ઉપાડી શકતા નથી. પરંતુ કેટલીક પરિસ્થિતિઓ એવી હોય છે જ્યારે તમે આ પેન્શન ફંડમાંથી ઈમરજન્સી પૈસા મેળવી શકો છો. NPS માં તમે ઓછામાં ઓછા રૂ. 1,000 અને તમે ઇચ્છો તેટલું જમા કરાવી શકો છો. NPSમાં બે પ્રકારના ખાતા છે, ટાયર 1 અને ટાયર 2 ખાતા. ટાયર 1 એ કેવળ નિવૃત્તિ ખાતું છે જેમાં 60 વર્ષની ઉંમર પહેલા ઉપાડની કોઈ જોગવાઈ નથી. બીજી તરફ, ટિયર 2 એકાઉન્ટ તમને NPS ઉપાડની સુવિધા આપે છે.

NPS વિશે એવું માનવામાં આવે છે કે નિવૃત્તિ અથવા 60 વર્ષ પહેલાં આ ખાતામાંથી પૈસા ઉપાડી શકાતા નથી. પરંતુ આ સાચું નથી. અન્ય યોજનાઓની જેમ, કટોકટીના કિસ્સામાં આંશિક ઉપાડની સુવિધા ઉપલબ્ધ છે, તે જ સુવિધા NPSમાં ઉપલબ્ધ છે. જો કે, કેટલાક ખાસ નિયમો છે, જેને અનુસરીને NPSમાંથી પૈસા ઉપાડી શકાય છે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, પોતાના, બાળકો અથવા જીવનસાથીના ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ, બાળકોના લગ્ન માટે NPSમાંથી પૈસા ઉપાડી શકાય છે. ચાલો તમને જણાવીએ કે તમે કઈ પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં NPSમાંથી પૈસા ઉપાડી શકો છો. 


NPS વેબસાઇટ https://www.npscra.nsdl.co.i/all-faq-withdrawal.php અનુસાર નીચેના સંજોગોમાં પૈસા ઉપાડી શકાય છે


  1. સભ્ય ઓછામાં ઓછા 3 વર્ષ માટે NPS સાથે સંકળાયેલ હોવો જોઈએ
  2. ઉપાડની રકમ સભ્ય દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલા યોગદાનના 25% થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ
  3. સમગ્ર સભ્યપદ સમયગાળા દરમિયાન ઉપાડ ત્રણ વખત કરી શકાય છે
  4. માત્ર અમુક કારણોસર જ ઉપાડની મંજૂરી છે, જેમ કે બાળકોનું ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ, બાળકોના લગ્ન, રહેણાંક મકાનની ખરીદી/બાંધકામ
  5. ગંભીર રોગોની સારવાર માટે

NPS ખાતું ક્યારે બંધ કરી શકાય?

જો કોઈ કર્મચારી એનપીએસમાંથી ઉપાડવા માંગે છે તો તેના માટે કેટલીક શરતો છે. પેન્શન ફંડ રેગ્યુલેટરી એન્ડ ડેવલપમેન્ટ ઓથોરિટી અનુસાર, NPSનો લોક-ઇન સમયગાળો 5 થી 10 વર્ષનો છે. જો કોઈ સભ્ય NPS ખાતું બંધ કરવા ઈચ્છે છે તો તેને ખાતાના 5 વર્ષ પછી આ સુવિધા મળશે. એટલે કે, તમે 5 વર્ષ પછી જ NPS એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરી શકો છો. સ્વરોજગાર માટે આ નિયમ છે. જો તમે પગારદાર વ્યક્તિ છો તો તમારે 10 વર્ષ સુધી ખાતું જાળવવું પડશે. તે પછી જ તમે એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરી શકો છો. આને પ્રી-મેચ્યોર એક્ઝિટ કહેવામાં આવે છે.

પ્રી-મેચ્યોર એક્ઝિટ અથવા અકાળે બંધ થવા પર સંપૂર્ણ રકમ ઉપલબ્ધ નથી. જો તમે નિવૃત્તિ પહેલાં અથવા 60 વર્ષ પહેલાં ખાતું બંધ કરો છો, તો તમારે પેન્શન ફંડમાં જમા થયેલી કુલ રકમના 80 ટકામાંથી વાર્ષિકી ખરીદવી પડશે. આ વાર્ષિકીમાંથી નિયમિત અને માસિક પેન્શન આપવામાં આવશે. બાકીના પૈસા એક જ વારમાં લઈ શકાય છે. ધ્યાનમાં રાખો કે જો તમે પગારદાર વ્યક્તિ છો, તો NPSમાંથી બહાર નીકળવાનો વિકલ્પ 10 વર્ષ પછી જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે. જો પેન્શન ફંડમાં જમા થયેલી કુલ રકમ 2.5 લાખથી ઓછી અથવા તેની બરાબર છે, તો તમને એકાઉન્ટ બંધ થવા પર સંપૂર્ણ રકમ મળશે. જો સભ્ય નિવૃત્તિ પહેલા મૃત્યુ પામે છે, તો પેન્શન ફંડમાં જમા થયેલી કુલ રકમ તેના નોમિનીને આપવામાં આવે છે.

તમે આંશિક ઉપાડ માટે ઑનલાઇન પ્રક્રિયા શરૂ કરી શકો છો. વૈકલ્પિક રીતે, તમે દસ્તાવેજો સાથે POP પર આંશિક ઉપાડ ફોર્મ (601PW) સબમિટ કરી શકો છો. તેના આધારે પીઓપી ઓનલાઈન વિનંતી શરૂ કરી શકે છે. જો કે, CRA સિસ્ટમમાં ઉપાડની વિનંતીને અધિકૃત કરવા માટે POP જરૂરી છે. પછી તમારા પૈસા જશે.

: પ્રજાસત્તાક દિવસની પૂર્વ સંધ્યાએ સરકારે પદ્મ એવોર્ડની જાહેરાત કરી છે. જેમાં 6 લોકોને પદ્મશ્રી એવોર્ડની જાહેરાત કરાઈ છે. ગુજરાતમાંથી કુલ 6 મહાનુભાવોને પદ્મશ્રી એવોર્ડ મળશે. જેમાં ચિત્રકળા, લોક સાહિત્ય, કૃષિ અને આર્કિટેકનો ક્ષેત્રના મહાનુભાવો સામેલ છે. ગુજરાતના છ લોકોને પદ્મક્ષી એવોર્ડની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં શ્રી હેમંત ચૌહાણ , શ્રી મહિપત કવિ , શ્રી આરીઝ ખંભટ્ટા ((Posthumous)), હીરાબાઈ લોબી, ભાનુભાઈ ચીતારા, પ્રો.(ડૉ.) મહેન્દ્ર પાલ અને પરેશ રાઠવાને પદ્મશ્રી એવોર્ડ આપવામાં આવશે. પ્રજાસત્તાક પર્વની પૂર્વ સંધ્યાએ પદ્મ પુરસ્કારની જાહેરાત કરાઈ છે. જ્યારે ORSના પ્રણેતા દિલીપ મહાલનાબીસને પદ્મ વિભૂષણ એવોર્ડ એનાયત થશે.

પદ્મ પુરસ્કાર 2023ની જાહેરાત

તાજેતરમાં 74માં ગણતંત્ર દિવસની પૂર્વ સંધ્યાએ 106 વ્યક્તિઓને પદ્મ પુરસ્કાર આપવાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે. જેમાં 7 ગુજરાતી વ્યક્તિઓનો સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેમાં હાલમાં જ મૃત્યુ પામેલા પ્રસિદ્ધ આર્કીટેકચર બાલક્રુષ્ણ દોશીને મરણોપરાંત પદ્મ વિભૂષણ આપવાની જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી છે.

પદ્મ પુરસ્કારો ભારતના રાષ્ટ્રપતિ દ્વારા એનાયત કરવામાં આવે છે. જેને એનયાત કરવાનો કાર્યક્રમ સામાન્ય રીતે માર્ચ-એપ્રિલ મહિનામાં યોજાય છે.

વર્ષ 2023 માટે 106 પદ્મ પુરસ્કારો એનયાત કરવાની રાષ્ટ્રપતિએ મંજૂરી આપી છે. જેમાં 6 પદ્મ વિભૂષણ, 9 પદ્મ ભુષણ, 91 પદ્મશ્રી પુરસ્કાર આપવામાં આવશે.

વર્ષ 2023ની પદ્મ પુરસ્કારોની યાદીમાં 19 મહિલાઓ 2 વિદેશી/NRI/PIO/OCI વ્યક્તિ અને 7 મરણોપરાંત વ્યક્તિનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.

Garuda Application For BLO

This is to inform you that we have uploaded a new version of the Garuda App i.e. *v2.26.0* at Google Play Store. New version includes



1) Offline form submission of Form-6 (BLOs will be able to apply form-6 in offline mode and App will submit/transfer the form to the server as a background process once the BLO get internet connectivity.

2) BLOs will be able to see the reference numbers for all submitted forms from the list available from the dashboard (third box)

3) Fixed some known issues and feedback received from users.

The GIS-based dashboard provides strong decision tool to drop and dispose of frivolous and unrelated cases even before they are acted upon, thereby reducing the workload of election machinery on ghost complaints.

Presently there is a lack of fast information channel to transmit and track complaints on MCC violations. Delay in reporting of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violations has often resulted in the culprits escaping detection from the flying squads of election commission entrusted to ensure enforcement of Model Code of Conduct.

Further, lack of any documented, untampered, evidence in the form of pictures or videos was a major hurdle in establishing the veracity of a complaint ex-post facto. The Commission’s experience has also shown a significant percentage of reporting was false or inaccurate, which led to wastage of precious time of Field Units.

The new cVIGIL app launched by Election Commission of India is expected to fill in all these gaps and create a fast-track complaint reception and redressal system. ‘cVIGIL’ stands for Vigilant Citizen and emphasizes the proactive and responsible role citizens can play in the conduct of free and fair elections.

Citizens are, encouraged to use the ECI main website for lodging the other type of complaints or call the National Contact Centre at 1800111950 or State Contact Centre at 1950 for other complaints.

PM KISAN YOJNA 2023: પીએમ કિસાન યોજના સન્માન નીધી નો 12મો હપ્તો લગભગ તમામ ખેડૂતોના ખાતામાં આવી ગયો છે. જેમનું KYC બાકી છે, તેવા ખેડૂતોને આ હપ્તો જમા થયો નથી અને સમસ્યા નડી રહી છે. ત્યારે આગામી 13મો હપ્તો (13th Installment) કઇ તારીખે આવશે અને તેના પહેલા તમારે શું કરવુ જોઈએ તે આજે જાણી લો અને અમલમાં મૂકી દો. સરકારે તાજેતરમાં પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન સમ્માન નિધિ (PM KISAN SANMAN nidhi.gov.in) યોજનાનો 12મો હપ્તો જમા કર્યો છે. ખેડૂતો આ યોજના (PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi) ના આવનારા 13મા હપ્તાની રાહ જોઈ રહ્યા છે.

પ્રધાનમંત્રી કિસાન સન્માન નિધિ યોજના એક કેન્દ્રીય યોજના છે, દેશના તમામ ખેડૂત પરિવારને કૃષિ અને તે સંબંધિત પ્રક્રિયાઓ માટે સરકાર પૈસા આપે છે. ઉપરાંત ઘરેલુ જરૂરિયાત સબંધિત વિવિધ વસ્તુઓ ખરીદવા માટે અને નાણાકીય જરૂરિયાત પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે આવક પ્રદાન કરે છે. આ યોજના હેઠળ લાભાર્થીઓને સરકાર દ્વારા તમામ નાણાકીય સહાય પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવે છે.

PM KISAN 13 મ હપ્તાનુ સ્ટેટસ ચેક કરો


13મોં હપ્તાનુ સ્ટેટસ આવી રીતે ચેક કરી શકાય છે.

સ્ટેપ 1: સૌ પ્રથમ pmkisan.gov.in વેબસાઈટની મુલાકાત લો.

સ્ટેપ 2: ત્યારબાદ હોમપેજ પર ‘farmers corner’માં આપવામાં આવેલ ‘બેનેફિશિયરી સ્ટેટસ’ પર ક્લિક કરો.

સ્ટેપ 3: ત્યારબાદ રજિસ્ટર કરવામાં આવેલ આધાર નંબર અથવા બેન્ક એકાઉન્ટ નંબર દાખલ કરો.

સ્ટેપ 4: ત્યારબાદ ‘Get Data’ પર ક્લિક કરો.

સ્ટેપ 5: હવે તમને સ્ક્રીન પર તમારા ખાતામા જમા થયેલા હપ્તાનુ સ્ટેટસ જોવા મળશે.

જે ખેડૂતોએ હજુ સુધી eKYCની પ્રોસેસ પૂર્ણ કરી નથી, તેમને 13મો હપ્તો નહીં મળે.

PM KISAN KYC ઓનલાઈન અપડેટ કેવી રીતે કરવું?


સ્ટેપ 1: PM કિસાનની ઓફીસીયલ વેબસાઈટની મુલાકાત લો અને KYC ઓપ્શન પર ક્લિક કરો.

સ્ટેપ 2: હવે આધાર કાર્ડ નંબર એન્ટર કરો, કેપ્ચા કોડ અને આધાર કાર્ડ સાથે જે મોબાઈલ નંબર લિંક કરવામાં આવ્યો છે, તે એન્ટર કરો.

સ્ટેપ 3: OTP પ્રાપ્ત થયા બાદ તે એન્ટર કરો. ત્યારબાદ KYC વેરિફિકેશન સરળતાથી પૂર્ણ થઈ જશે.

ખાસ નોંધ: તમારા આધાર કાર્ડમાં મોબાઈલ નંબર અપડેટ હોવા જરૂરી છે. જો આધાર કાર્ડ માં મોબાઈલ નંબર અપડેટ નહિ હોય તો તમારા નંબર પાર ઓટીપી (OTP) નહિ આવે.
