Primary School Building Fire NOC / Equipment Obtaining Matter Regarding Paripatra
Matter of obtaining fire NOC / equipment for primary school building.  Reference: 1. School Safety Policy-2018 2. Gujarat Fire Prevention and Life Safety Regulation 2018 2. Name. Filed in Gujarat High Court R / Petition (PIL) No. 119/2050 6. 

Joint Director of Education Shri.  4 / Compilation / 2020 / 512-2009, dated 30/12/2050  Letter No. of Joint Director of Education, Gandhinagar: Prashini Six-6 / Compilation / 2021 / 4-6, Dt. 15/06/2071 As per the above subject and reference-1, the provision of School Safety Policy-2018 is currently being implemented in schools across the state. 

School safety essentials / facilities need to be available in schools properly and in sufficient quantity in which it is very important that the school has the necessary fire safety facilities considering the fire safety related matters in the school.  It is pertinent to mention here that due to frequent representations made during school visits and frequent representations here, many schools do not have access to essential fire safety facilities or are found to be inadequate or not functioning.  Have. 

Apart from this, PIL has also been filed in the Gujarat High Court under the name of Reference-2, according to which the letter of Reference-2 has instructed to provide the necessary facilities of fire safety in all the schools of the district, taking into account all the provisions of Regulation-2 in Sabarkantha district.

Primary schools will have to take mandatory action in schools as per the following guidelines regarding fire NOC / equipment of fire safety.  Guidelines for fire safety: 1.  Every 20 students in the school must have a FIRE Extinguisher.  

If the number of students in the school is less and the classroom is more then there must be FIRE Extinguisher (fire extinguisher) per 5 meters.  If the school has more than one floor then FIRE Extinguisher must be on each floor as per (1) and (2) above.  .  .  Scanned by CamScanner.  Required) Schools must have all FIRE Extinguisher.  For this, refilling of FIRE Extinguisher at regular time as well as repairing of FIRE Extinguisher regularly.  

School should not have flammable substances or necessary materials (keep science safe. School electrification should be up-to-date to prevent electric shot-circuit in school. School should have mandatory MCB and ELCB fitted electrification. The competent officer regarding fire safety from the school should have a fire NOC.  If it has to be done, it should be renewed immediately. 12. Copy of Fire NOC should be displayed in the school bulletin board. 12. Schools which have to get Fire NOC should contact the Regional Fire Officer, Shri Fire Station Sector-2, Gandhinagar-206.  

To apply for Fire NOC. 9. As per reference-1 to 4, all the primary schools should take into consideration the above guidelines and provide flawless fire safety matters / facilities in the primary schools.  In the meantime, if the above instructions are not followed and any incident occurs in the future, legal action will be taken against such school which will be taken seriously

How to enter unit test marks using Saral Data app?


  • First install and open the Saral Data app
  •  Click on the Process button
  •  Login by entering the school name and diecode
  •  Now deselect the standard and select the test date
  •  Class, date and student names will appear on the screen.
  •  Click on the green button that appears on the screen
  •  Now the camera of the mobile will open.  Then give all permission
  •  Scan and upload all student tests
  •  Save and press the ok button
  •  Ok ... now your marks have been entered ...

ઉપરોક્ત વિષય તથા કલેકટરશ્રી , સુરેન્દ્રનગરના સંદર્ભદર્શિત પત્રથી સુરેન્દ્રનગર જિલ્લાના મહેસૂલી મહેકમના કારકુન શ્રી એન.એ.ગોહિલના ખાતે ફિકસ પગારના સમયગાળા દરમિયાનની માંદગી સબબની રજાઓ આગળ નિયમિત નિમણુંક મળ્યા બાદ આગળ લઇ જઈ શકાય ( Carry Forward ) કે કેમ ? તે અંગે વિભાગના માર્ગદર્શન અર્થે દરખાસ્ત રજૂ કરવામાં આવેલ . 

પ્રસ્તુત બાબતે જણાવવાનું કે , નાણા વિભાગના તા .૧૨.૦૭ , ૨૦૧૬ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક ખરચ / ૨૦૦૨ / ૫૭ ( પાર્ટ -૨ ) /ઝ.૧ ની શરત- ( ૩ ) થી આ રજાઓ એકઠી થઇ શકશે તેવી જોગવાઇ થયેલ હોઇ , આવા ફિક્સ પગારના કર્મચારીઓની પાંચ વર્ષની સેવા દરમ્યાન એકઠી થયેલ માંદગી અંગેની આ રજાઓ તેઓને નિયમિત નિમણુંક મળ્યા બાદ આગળ લઇ જઈ ( Carry Forward ) શકાય છે . જે વિદિત થવા વિનંતી છે .

Reference: - Letter of Collector Shri Surendranagar No: Makam - 2 Medical leave - Vashi

 Mr. / Madam,

 Whether the above subject and the reference letter from the Collector, Surendranagar can be carried forward after getting regular appointment before the leave due to illness during the fixed salary period at Shri NA Gohilna, Revenue Clerk of Surendranagar District.  A proposal has been submitted for the guidance of the department.

 In the present case, it should be mentioned that provision has been made that these holidays can be collected from the condition of Expenditure / Resolution No. / 2 / Part-1 / Z.1 of the Finance Department dated 19.05, 2016- (2).  These sick leave accrued during the five years of service of salaried employees can be carried forward after they get regular appointment.  Which is requested to be informed.

Subject: - Matter of doing primary school time in the morning.  Regarding the above subject, stating that in all the primary schools under your jurisdiction run by the District Primary Education Officer in the districts of the state and in all the primary schools under your jurisdiction run by the Govt. 

 This is why you are asked to give necessary instructions from your class to keep the morning from 08/2011.

Matter of keeping morning time of primary school owned by District Panchayat Education Committee. 

Jayabharat co to state that the entire Shiksha Abhiyan has organized training on 07/06/2021 and 08/06/2021 "Bridge Course - Class Readiness: Gyansetu". 

The purpose for which the teacher friend joins.  School time will be from 07:00 to 12:00 in the morning till 12/06/2021 and Saturday. 

From 14/04/2021, the school is asked to keep working as per the routine.  From now on, 100% staff will be present in the school as per the covid guideline of the government





Subject: - Matter of doing primary school time in the morning.  Reference: - (1) Letter of Gujarat State Primary

 Teachers Union dated 3/06/2071 regarding the above subject and reference to state that,  Respect.  Secretary, as per the instruction received from the Education, the time of all the primary schools is kept in the morning till 31/06/2071. 

 
Therefore, in view of the provisions of RTE Act-2008 in this regard, it is requested to give necessary instructions from your level to keep the time of all the primary schools under your jurisdiction in the morning.
