Subject: Free Distribution of Wheat and Rice in May 2021 and June 2021 under PMGKAY - Phase-3 of the Government of India under the comprehensive impact of Corona Virus (cOVID-19)
Reference: (1) Government of India Letter No .: F.No.7-1 / 2019 - BP.II (Pt.) [E - 371225], dated 7/7/2071. 2021 Mr., Compliments on the above subject to state that, taking into account the present situation, from the letter (1) referred to by the Government of India under "Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY Phase-3) for the months of May 2021 and June 2021"
All ration card holders covered under National Food Security Act-2018 (NESA) will be given 3 kg per person. Additional allocation has been made for free distribution of cereals (4.5 kg wheat and 1.5 kg rice) under the public distribution system. Under which all the 21.5 lakh N.E.S.A.
Wheat and rice will be distributed free of cost to a population of 2.5 crore ration card holders. It is requested to consider the following details for free allotment, withdrawal and distribution of quantity of wheat and rice between May 2021 and June 2011 under PMGKAY - Phase-3.
All these 21.5 lakh N.E.S.A. in PDS software developed and implemented by NIC. For ration card holders, different currencies will be generated (free of cost) for each month between May 2061 and June 2021, in which the following scheme has been added as in the previous months April-2020 to November-2020.
1. NFSA Antyodaya (PMGKAY) - Wheat 2. NFS, ઐ Antyodaya (PMGKAY) - Rice 3. NFSA P, HH (PMGKAY) - Wheat 4 , N.F.S.A. Ph.D. Aye (PMGKAY) - Rice. Under PMGKAY - Phase-3, the amount payable for the above Scheme wise currency separately for each month between May 2021 and June 2061 will be prepared by the attitude system with "Shanya".
As such, Wambi spirit shoppers do not have to generate new currency from the system for this scheme. Thus, this currency will be generated in advance in the login IDs of all Wambi price shopkeepers so fair price shopkeepers will not have to take any action in this regard. Under this scheme all fair price shopkeepers will have to pay free currency for wheat and rice as per the table above.

of this, all the godown managers of the Civil Supplies Corporation of your district have issued delivery currency for wheat and rice as per the table through their login IDs. It is requested to instruct the District Supply Officer / all Mamlatdars / Zonal Officers for continuous monitoring on daily basis. The amount of commission due to reasonable shopkeepers under this scheme will remain the same as it was earlier due under PMGKAY Phase 1 and 2.
Regular distribution of wheat, rice, pulses, sugar and salt to NESA ration card holders and "Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana" (PMGKAY - Phase-3) Both the free distribution for the month of 2021 has to start from the reasonable price shop on 11/03/2021, Tuesday.
In which the existing instructions of the Corona (COVID-13) guideline of the Health Department / Home Department of the Government are followed, the shops are not crowded and in order to ensure smooth distribution, the District Health Department has provided facilities including masks, gloves etc. at fair price shops. It is requested to arrange wise grain distribution.
