સવિનય ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક: જશભ/1222/10/ન, તા.12/10/2022 અન્વયે બાલવૃંદની રચના કરવાની થાય છે. જેની રચના કરવા તમામ શાળાઓને જાણ કરવા જણાવવામાં આવેલ છે.

નમસ્કાર મિત્રો બાલવૃંદ રચના 2022 શિક્ષણ વિભાગનો બાળકોની શૈક્ષણિક સિદ્ધિમાં વધારો કરવા વધુ એક મહત્વનો નિર્ણય રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ 2020 માં અપેક્ષિત Peer Learning ને વેગ આપવા માટે રાજ્યની દરેક શાળાઓમાં ધોરણ 3 થી 12 માં બાલવૃંદની રચના કરવાનો નિર્ણય લેવાયો

દરેક શાળામાં બાલવૃંદ અંતર્ગત ચાર જૂથ હશે જેમાં કોઈપણ જાતના ભેદભાવ વગર બાળકોને ચાર જૂથમાં વિભાજીત કરવામાં આવશે.

ધો. 3થી 12માં બાલવૃંદ રચના
બાલવૃંદ અંતર્ગત પાયાગત વાચન, લેખન, ગણન તેમજ સામયિક મૂલ્યાંકન કસોટીઓની પૂર્વ તૈયારી, વિષયવસ્તુ આધારિત ક્વીઝ વગેરે જેવી શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ કરવામાં આવશે.

બાલવૃંદના માધ્યમથી પ્રાર્થનાસભા, વિશેષ દિન અને તહેવારની ઉજવણી, રમતગમત વગેરે જેવી સહ શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ પણ યોજવામાં આવશે.

બાલવૃંદની સમજ
બાલવૃંદને લીધે શાળાકીય પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સહભાગિતા વધારી શિક્ષકોનું કાર્ય સરળ બનાવશે અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં નેતૃત્વ, જૂથ ભાવના, જવાબદારીની ભાવના, આત્મ વિશ્વાસ વગેરે જેવાં અનેક કૌશલ્યો ખીલવી વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો સર્વાંગી વિકાસ કરશે.

Peer Learning એટલે શું?

પીઅર લર્નિંગ એ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની એકબીજા સાથે અને તેમની પાસેથી શીખવાની પ્રક્રિયા છે. સામાન્ય રીતે શિક્ષણ અને શીખવાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ જેમ કે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આગેવાની હેઠળની વર્કશોપ, અભ્યાસ જૂથો, પીઅર-ટુ-પીઅર લર્નિંગની ભાગીદારી અને જૂથ કાર્યના માધ્યમથી સુવિધા આપવામાં આવે છે. સરળ શબ્દોમાં કહીએ તો, પીઅર-ટુ-પીઅર લર્નિંગ ત્યારે થાય છે જ્યારે એક અથવા વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અન્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શીખવે છે.

  • ઉક્ત ઠરાવમાં દર્શાવેલ પદ્ધતિ મુજબ ચાલુ વર્ષના દ્વિતિય સત્રની શરૂઆતથી જ બાલવૃંદની રચના કરવાની રહેશે.
  • બાલવૃંદમાં ધોરણ ૩ થી 8ના સપ્રમાણ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રાખવા.
  • બાલવૃંદમાં દરેક ધોરણ-વર્ગના તમામ પ્રકારના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આવરી લેતાં જૂથ તૈયાર કરવાનાં રહેશે.
  • જેમકે પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, વિવિધ રસ-રૂચિ ધરાવતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, વિશિષ્ટ જરૂરિયાત ધરાવતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ, રમતગમત અને કલામાં સારું પ્રદર્શન કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓ-સૌને સમાન રીતે દરેક જૂથમાં વહેંચવા.
  • શાળામાં પણ એજ રીતે જે તે ધોરણનાં તમામ ચાર જૂથોનાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ભેગા કરી શાળાના બાલવૃંદનાં કુલ ચાર જૂથ તૈયાર કરવાના રહેશે
  • દરેક ધોરણનાં ચારેય જુથનાં નામ સમાન રાખવાં
  • એક ગાળામાં ધોરણ 3 થી 8 ના કુલ 200 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ છે. તો દરેક જૂથમાં 50-50 વિદ્યાર્થી આવે તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું.
  • શાળાના બધાં જ બાળકોનો સમાવેશ કરવો.
  • છોકરા અને છોકરીઓનું પ્રમાણ સરખું રહે તે રીતે જૂથની રચના કરવી.
  • એક વર્ગમાં 4 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રમતમાં રસ ધરાવતાં હોય તો દરેક જૂથમાં એક વિદ્યાર્થી આવે તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું.
  • વિશિષ્ટ જરૂરિયાત ધરાવતાં બાળકીનો પણ જૂથમાં સમાવેશ કરવો. એક
  • જૂથનું નામ શિક્ષક વિદ્યાર્થી તેમજ આચાર્ય સાથે મળીને નક્કી કરવું.
  • સમગ્ર વર્ષ દરમિયાન બાલવૃંદની કરવાની થતી સહશૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું કેલેન્ડર તૈયાર કરવું.
  • બી આર સી કો.ઓડીનેટર્સે પોતાના કાર્યક્ષેત્રની તમામ શાળાઓમાં બાલવૃંદની રચના કરવામાં આવી હોવાની ખાત્રી કરી તેના રીપોર્ટની જાણ બીઆરસીને કરવાની રહેશે.
  • બીઆરસી કો.ઓર્ડીનેટર્સ જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ ડાયટ અને જિલ્લા પોજેક્ટ કો-ઓર્ડીનેટર્સને જાણ કરવાની રહેશે.
  • શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીએ, શિક્ષકોની સાથે મળીને સ્થાનિક પર્યાવરણને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી તેમજ ઠરાવમાં દર્શાવેલી પ્રવૃત્તિઓને પૂરતો ન્યાય મળે તે રીતે વર્ષ દરમિયાન કરવાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓનું કેલેન્ડર/આયોજન તૈયાર કરવાનું રહેશે.
  • આયોજનમાં જણાવેલી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ વર્ષ દરમિયાન થાય તે માટે આચાર્યશ્રી તેમજ શિક્ષકોએ પૂરતી કાળજી લેવાની રહેશે.
  • બાલવૃંદની રચના કર્યા બાદ તમામ પ્રવૃત્તિઓ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના માધ્યમથી હાથ ધરવામાં આવે તે મુજબ વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવી જેથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં નેતૃત્વનું કૌશલ્ય વિકસે.
  • શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબની કાર્યપદ્ધતિ મુજબ અમલવારી કરવાની રહેશે.

  • શાળા કક્ષાએ વિશિષ્ટ સિદ્ધિ પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું સન્માન કરવાનું હોય છે
  • CET પરિક્ષા કે NMMS જેવી અન્ય પરિક્ષા પાસ કરનાર બાળકોને પણ સન્માનિત કરવાના હોય છે

જન્મ તારીખની ખરાઈ અંગેનું વાલીનું સોગંદનામુ | Birth Certificate Affidavit For School

RTE 2009 અનુસાર હવે 5 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરનાર બાળકોને પ્રાથમિક શાળાના બાલવાટિકામાં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે. તેમજ 6 વર્ષ પૂર્ણ કરનાર બાળકોને પ્રાથમિક ધોરણ -1 માં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે. 

 પ્રવેશ આપવા માટે બાળકની ઉંમરના 5 વર્ષ પૂરા થયા છે તે જોવા માટે જન્મ તારીખનું પ્રમાણપત્ર આપવું જરૂરી છે. તોજ બાળકની ઉંમરનો સાચો ખ્યાલ આવી શકે છે. વધુમાં આ પ્રવેશ આપેલ તમામ બાળકોની ઑનલાઇન Child Teaching System (CTS) માં એન્ટ્રી કરવાની હોય છે. જેમાં બાળકનો Child UID જનરેટ થાય છે. જેના પરથી બાળકનો સંપૂર્ણ ડેટા એન્ટ્રી કરવામાં આવે છે. તેમજ મેળવી શકાય છે. 

આ તમામ બાબતો માટે બાળકને પ્રવેશ આપવા માટે બાળકની જન્મ તારીખનો સાચો પુરાવો મેળવવો જરૂરી છે, પરંતુ ક્યારેક બાળકની સાચી જન્મ તારીખનું પ્રમાણપત્ર વાલી પાસે હોતું નથી અથવા તો મળતું નથી. ત્યારે શું કરવું ?

RTE 2009 મુજબ તમામ બાળકોને પ્રવેશ આપવો ફરજિયાત છે. તો આવા બાળકો કે જેમની જન્મ તારીખનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ન હોય તો તેવા બાળકોને શાળામાં પ્રવેશ આપવા માટે વાલીનું જન્મ તારીખની ખરાઈ અંગેનું સોગંદનામું મેળવવાનું હોય છે. આ સોગંદનામું મેળવવા માટે તેનો નમૂનો pdf અહીં મૂકવામાં આવેલ છે, જેને ડાઉનલોડ કરીને પ્રિન્ટ કરી શાળામાં શિક્ષક મિત્રો પ્રવેશ આપવા માટે ઉપયોગ કરી શકે છે.

તમામ જિલ્લા એમ.આઈ.એસ. કો ઓર્ડીનેટરને જણાવવાનું કે Aadhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System(CTS)  ચાલુ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૪-૨૫ માટે ધોરણ-૧માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તેમજ બાલવાટિકામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીની કામગીરી માટે મોડયુલ શરૂ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.

શાળા ક્ક્ષાએથી ધોરણ-૧ માં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઈન એન્ટ્રીની કામગીરી શરૂ કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

આ વર્ષે જન્મ નોંધણીના ડેટા સાથે લિંક કરવા માટે જન્મનાં પ્રમાણપત્રમાં દર્શાવેલ જીલ્લો, તાલુકો, પંચાયત, ગામ, જન્મ નોંધણી ક્રમાંક (Birth Registration number),જન્મ તારીખ અને બાળકની માહિતીની પણ એન્ટ્રી કરવાની રહેશે.

આ અંગેની સમજ બ્લોક એમ.આઈ.એસ કો ઓર્ડીનેટર દ્વારા આપવાની રહેશે. જેથી સાચી અને સચોટ માહિતી મેળવી શકાય.

Gujarat College / University Exam Timetable 2020 : A lockdown has been declared in the country to control the epidemic of COVID-19, to conduct examinations for state colleges / universities, to start the admission process for the next academic year and to start academic work to control the epidemic of COVID-19.  From time to time guidelines have been issued by the Government of India and the State Government to prevent the transmission of Corona virus.  In view of the epidemic of COVID-19, guidelines have been circulated from the letter dated 29/04/2020 from U.G.C regarding college / university examinations as well as admission process and commencement of academic work for the next academic year.

 Considering all these facts, the matter of organizing examinations for colleges / universities of Gujarat state and starting the admission process and academic work for the next academic year 2020-21 was under consideration of the Government.

 At the end of careful consideration, the following instructions are decided to organize the examinations for the state college / university and to start the admission process and academic work for the next academic year 2020-21.

 Terminal / Final Semester / Year Examinations on UG Courses / Programs as per UGC guidelines  Must be taken from 25/06/2020 as well as the first year of P.G courses / programs and terminal / final semester / year examinations should be taken from 25/06/2020.

Guidelines for the use of masks, social distants and sanitizers must be strictly followed during these examinations.  The duration of the examination should be two hours instead of three hours.  And will have to take the exam in multiple shifts if required.

 Examination centers should be set up at taluka level / local level for conducting the examination.  In case the epidemic situation of COVIP-19 is not normal and the guidelines of social distance cannot be followed, 50% marks will be given to the students of Intermediate Semester 2,4,6 on the basis of internal assessment and the remaining 50% marks will be given immediately on the basis of previous semester.  .

 This scheme will be named Merit Based Progression.  In addition, it can be evaluated as per the guidelines of UGC.  For example, in case the student has got 20 marks out of 30 marks of internal assessment in the university and immediately the student has got 70 marks out of 100 marks in the university examination of the previous semester, the marks will have to be calculated as follows.  If the practical examination is not taken then its marks will also have to be calculated as shown above.  If a practical test has been taken then the actual marks obtained in that test should be taken into consideration.

Appendix- 1

 The following instructions have to be followed from the school level under Aadhaar Dias.
  1.  In the year 2020-21, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school will have to update / track the entry of Std-1 and the information of all the students of Std-2 to 12 from the school login.
  2.  In the year 2020-21, the head teacher / principal / teacher of the school will have to make the entry of Std-1 in English only.
  3.  In the year 2020-21, the information of the students can be updated online by clicking on the link provided by the school for updating the students one by one from Std-1 to Std-12.
  4.  Display RED button if updating and GREEN button if not updated.
  5.  In the year 2020-21, all the information of the student will come by entering the “18 digit base unique code” of the students who have been transferred from Std. 1 to 12 from another school and pressing Search, then the new admission number (GR, number) of the student and missing student  Students will have to be tracked by filling in the information.
  6.  It will be the responsibility of the school principal to fill in the information of all the students of the school.  If a student's information is incorrect or will have to be filled out and as a result of which students will not be able to get online attendance, scholarship or other benefits on the basis of unique ID, then the full responsibility will be on the principal of that school.
  7.  The information of all the above students will have to be updated periodically at the online school level.  And the information updated in hardcopy at school level has to be certified by the principal / headmaster with the signature of the chairperson of SMC and all the forms which have to be kept in file for record at school level.
  8.  Government Granted / Central / Ashram / Private schools have to login and complete the entry, updation and tracking work under Aadhaar Enable Dias within the time limit which should be noted by each school.
 Appendix- 2

 Under Aadhar Dias, work has to be done from taluka level as per the following instructions.
  1.  According to the CRS and SRS report of your district for admission in Std. 1, the number of children eligible for admission in the year 2020 has been sent to Taluka MIS which will have to be entered in Aadhaar and Dial as per the target of CRS and SRS report.
  2.  To conduct entry tracking of students in all schools of the state having government / subsidized / non-subsidized as well as other boards other than Gujarat Board having Std. 1 to 12
  3.  Taluka MISA will have to ensure that all the government / granted / central / ashram / private schools of Std. 1 to 12 of their taluka are ADDed online in Aadhaar and Able Dias.  And all taluka MISAs will have to keep their taluka's SCHOOL MASTER support online updated online.
  4.  BRC / Block MISA Block MISA will have to continuously monitor whether all the schools in the taluka have started operations from taluka level and anti-update and tracking operations.
  5.  Block to Block MISA will have to verify 100% of the schools in its taluka.
  6.  The BRC / CRC co-ordinators will have to verify whether the students' information is consistently filled except for the Aadhaar enabled diarrhea in the schools only.
  7.  A list of untracked students can be obtained from the login of the district / block which will have to find the untracked students of that standard and enroll them in the standard of that school.  Which can reduce the dropout.
  8.  The responsibility of filling in the information online from the school level will be done by the entire education block MIS Coordinator Data Entry Operator and the staff of the District DEO office.
