 વિષય : વિધાસહાયકોને પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકના નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં સમાવવા બાબત. સંદર્ભ:- આપની કચેરીનો તા.૧૯-૦૯-૨૦૨૨નો પત્ર ક્રઃપ્રાશિનિ/ક-નીતિ/૨૦૨૨

 શ્રીમાન,

 ઉપરોક્ત વિષય પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે વર્ષ ૨૦૧૧ પહેલાં સીધી ભરતીથી નિમણૂંક પામેલ વિદ્યાસહાયકોને આ વિભાગના તા.૧૧-૦૬-૧૯૯૮ તથા તા.૧૫-૦૪-૨૦૧૦ ના ઠરાવની જોગવાઇ અન્વયે બે વર્ષ બાદ નિવૃત્તિથી ખાલી પડેલ જગ્યાઓ પર પુરા પગારમાં સમાવવા બાબતે આપના ઉકત પત્રથી દરખાસ્ત કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. જે બાબતે આ વિભાગ દ્વારા નાણા વિભાગનો પરામર્શ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તથા નાણા વિભાગ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ અનુમતિ અન્વયે નીચે મુજબની કાર્યવાહી સત્વરે હાથ ધરવા વિનંતિ છે.

 (૧) શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા.૧૧-૦૬-૧૯૯૮ના ઠરાવ :પીઆરઇ-૧૦૯૬-૩૦૫૦-૧૦૨૭(૯૮)-ક તથા તા.૧૫-૦૪-૨૦૧૦ના ઠરાવ ક્ર:પીઆરઇ-૧૧૧૦-૨૨૩-ક થી નિયત થયેલ નીતિ- નિયમો અંતર્ગત સીધી ભરતીથી નિમણૂક પામેલ તમામ વિધાસહાયકોના કિસ્સામાં સેવાકીય વિગતોની ચકાસણી કરી, સદર ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇ પરિપૂર્ણ થતી હોય તો તાત્કાલિક નિયમોનુસારની કાર્યવાહી દિન-૧૫માં તાત્કાલિક પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે, જેથી નવા કોર્ટકેસો ઉપસ્થિત થવાની પરિસ્થિતિ નિવારી શકાય.

(2) શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા.૧૧-૦૬-૧૯૯૮ના ઠરાવ ઃપીઆરઇ-૧૦૯૬-૩૦૫૦-૧૦૨૭(૯૮)-ક તથા તા.૧૫-૦૪-૨૦૧૦ના ઠરાવ પીઆરઇ-૧૧૧૦-૨૨૩-ક થી નિયત થયેલ નીતિ- નિયમો અંતર્ગત સીધી ભરતીથી નિમણૂક પામેલ વિધાસહાયકોના કિસ્સામાં સદર ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇ પરિપૂર્ણ થતી હોવા છતાં સદર ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇ મુજબ નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં ન સમાવવાના કારણે અરજદારો દ્વારા દાખલ કરવામાં આવેલ કોર્ટ કેસો જે હાલમાં નામ.હાઇકોર્ટ ખાતે પડતર હોય તેવા કિસ્સામાં સદર પીટીશનો પરત લેવાની શરતે અરજદારોના કિસ્સામાં નિયમોનુસાર સેવાકીય વિગતોની ચકાસણી કરી સત્વરે યોગ્ય તે નિર્ણય લેવાનો રહેશે. જેથી કોર્ટ કેસોનું બિનજરૂરી નાણાકીય ભારણ ઘટાડી શકાય.

(૩) શિક્ષણ વિભાગના તા.૧૧-૦૬-૧૯૯૮ના ઠરાવ ક્ર:પીઆરઇ-૧૦૯૬-૩૦૫૦-૧૦૨૭(૯૮)-ક તથા તા.૧૫-૦૪-૨૦૧૦ના ઠરાવ :પીઆરઇ-૧૧૧૦-૨૨૩-ક થી નિયત થયેલ નીતિ- નિયમો અંતર્ગત સીધી ભરતીથી નિમણૂક પામેલ વિધાસહાયકોના કિસ્સામાં સદર ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇ પરિપૂર્ણ થતી હોવા છતાં સદર ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇ મુજબ નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં ન સમાવવાના કારણે અરજદારો દ્વારા દાખલ કરવામાં આવેલ કોર્ટ કેસો પરત્વે હાલના તબકકે નામ.હાઇકોર્ટ દ્વારા વિભાગના ઉકત ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇઓ સાથે સુસંગત હોય તેવા ચુકાદાઓ આપી દેવામાં આવેલ છે તેવા કિસ્સાઓમાં શિક્ષણ વિભાગ સમક્ષ વિગતવાર દરખાસ્ત કરવાની રહેશે. જેથી કન્ટેમ્પ્ટ ઓફ કોર્ટના પ્રશ્નો નિવારી શકાય.

(૪) સદર બાબતે જે કોર્ટ કેસો પરત્વે હાલના તબકકે નામ.હાઇકોર્ટે દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ ચુકાદાઓ વિભાગના ઉકત ઠરાવોની જોગવાઇઓ સાથે સુસંગત જણાતા ન હોય તેવા કિસ્સાઓમાં ચુકાદાઓનો સ્વીકાર કરવા/પડકારવા બાબતમાં સ્વયંસ્પષ્ટ આધારસહના અભિપ્રાય સાથે દરખાસ્ત વિભાગમાં મોકલી આપવાની રહેશે.

(4) નામ.હાઇકોર્ટના ચુકાદાનો સ્વીકાર કરવાથી જે તે વિધાસહાયકના કિસ્સામાં તેમની બે વર્ષની સંતોષકારક સેવા પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ જિલ્લા/ મહાનગરપાલિકા /નગરપાલિકાની પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિના મહેકમમાં જે તે વર્ષે શિક્ષકોની નિવૃત્તિની સામે ખાલી પડતી જગ્યાઓ ઉપર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોના નિયમિત પગારધોરણ હેઠળ સમાવવાના હોય સદર જોગવાઇ મુજબ જે તે વર્ષ દરમિયાન નિવૃત્તિ સામે ખાલી પડતી જગ્યા ઉપર સદર વિધા સહાયકને તબકકાવાર પ્રવરતા યાદી મુજબ નિયમિત પગારધોરણમાં સમાવતા સમયે તેનાથી સીનીયર વિધાસહાયકની પહેલાં સદર લાભ ન અપાય તે અંગેની કાળજી રાખવાની રહેશે.

ઉકત વિગતે આપની કક્ષાએથી તમામ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી/ શાસનાધિકારીશ્રીઓને જરૂરી સૂચનાઓ આપવા તથા આનુષાંગિક કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવા વિનંતિ છે.

મોબાઈલ હેંગ થાય છે કે ચોટે છે અને સ્પીડ નહીં આવતી તો હોઈ શકે છે વાઇરસ, ઉપર આપેલ લિંકથી તમારા મોબાઈને હેંગ થતો અટકાવો અને સ્પીડમાં થશે ત્રણ ઘણો વધારો જાણો.

મોબાઈલનું આપણે બધા ઘણી વખત એવો ઉપયોગ કરી બેસીએ છીએ કે જેનાથી આપણા મોબાઇલમાં વાયરસ ઘૂસી જાય છે અને મોબાઇલ ની સ્પીડ ધીમી થઈ જાય છે મોબાઇલ ની સ્પીડ ધીમી થઇ જવાથી આપણને કંટાળો આવે છે તેની સાથે સાથે આપણા કેટલાક બધા કામ ની પ્રગતિ અટકી પડે છે અને મુશ્કેલીઓ સર્જાય છે આપણા ફોનમાં સ્પીડ વધારવા માટે તે વાયરસ કાઢવા ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે અને વાયરસ એવી હેરાન ગતિ કરે છે કે જે આપણે એને દૂર કરી શકતા નથી પણ અમે તમારા માટે અહીં એવી કેવી એપ્લીકેશન લઈને આવ્યા છીએ કે જે તમારા ફોનમાં ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવાથી તમારા ફોનમાં વાયરસ દૂર કરશે સાથે સાથે તમારા ફોનની સ્પિડ પણ વધી જશે એટલે તમારા કોઈપણ કામ અટકી પણ નહિ પડે તમારે કોઇ પણ ફાઇલ કે એવી કોઈ એપ્લિકેશન ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરતા હોય જેના કારણે તેની સાથે સાથે વાયરસ આવી જતો હોય છે ક્યારેક એવું પણ બનતું હોય છે કે આપણા મિત્રો દ્વારા કે આપણા સંબંધી સગા સંબંધી હોય આપણા અન્ય કોઇ ઓળખીતા હોય સાથે કામ કરનારા સાથી મિત્રો હોય કે જે આપણી સાથે અપડાઉન કરતા હોય તેવા મિત્રો દ્વારા અથવા તો આપણે રોજ બેઠક હોય તેવા મિત્રો દ્વારા આપણે કોઈ આપ-લે કરતા હોય જેના કારણે આપણા ફોનમાં તેની ફોટા કે ફાઈલ ની કેટલી વખત વાયરસ આવી જતો હોય છે અથવા તો કોઈ ઓનલાઈન આપણે જોતા હોય અને તેમાં રહેલો આપી દીધું હોય અને આપણે એને સ્વીકાર કરી લીધો હોય અને એના કારણે જ આપણા ફોનમાં જ જુદા જુદા વાયરસ આવી જતા હોય છે એ જ વાયરસના કારણે આપણા ફોનમાં રહેલી અગત્યની માહિતી માં પણ કદી અગત્યના ડોક્યુમેન્ટ આપણા પોતાના ફોનમાં હોય તેમાં વાયરો હોય છે અને જો વાયરસના કારણે આપણે મહત્વની બાબતો ડિલીટ કરવી પડતી હોય છે તો આવી ઘણી બધી મુશ્કેલીઓ નો સામનો આપણે કરવો પડતો હોય છે તેના માટે સરળ રસ્તો છે આપણા ફોનમાં એન્ટિવાઈરસ હોવો જોઈએ અને એન્ટિવાયરસ ફિલ્મો પણ મળતું હોય છે અને કિંમત ચૂકવીને પણ મળતો હોય છે કઈ પસંદગી કરવી તે આપણા પર આધાર છે એન્ટિવાયરસ અહીં એક એપ્લિકેશન આપવામાં આવી છે જેનાથી તમારા એન્ટ્રી વરસની તમારા ફોનમાં વાયરસ છે તેની શોધ થઈ જશે સાથે સાથે આપણા ફોનની સ્પિડ પણ વધશે અને આપણા કેટલા બધા કામ અટકી પડેલા ઝડપથી થશે માટે આ પોસ્ટની જાણ તમારા મિત્રોને સગા-સંબંધીઓને કરવો 

દરેક મિત્રોને વિનંતી કે મોબાઈલમાં દરેક વસ્તુ ઓનલાઈન આડેધડ ના જોવી તથા દરેક વસ્તુ ઓનલાઈન અને ગમે તેવી ગેમો તથા ગમે તેવી એપ્લિકેશન ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરી દેવી જેનાથી સ્પીડ ઘટી જતી હોય છે તો સ્પીડ ઘટી ન જાય તેના માટે આપણે પોતે જ જેટલી જરૂરિયાત હોય તેટલી ઉપયોગી હોય ત્યાં સુધી સરકારી એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરવા આગ્રહ રાખવો જોઈએ જેનાથી આપણા ફોનમાં કોઈ આંગળી ઉંચી જોકે આ ટોળું કંઇ થાય નહીં અને આપણો ડેટા પણ બચી જાય આપણે ફોન નહિ પણ સ્પીડ સારી છે માટે દરેક મિત્રોને વિનંતી કે તમારા ફોનમાં એન્ટિવાઈરસ તો હોવી જોઈએ કે તમારા ફોનની સુરક્ષિત રાખી એપ્લિકેશનો મુજે વાયરસ આવી જતા હોય છે તેના આવે અને તેને દૂર કરી તેવી એપ્લિકેશન દરેક મિત્રોએ ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવી જોઈએ પૈસા ખર્ચીને ના કરવી હોય તો ફ્રી માં પણ પ્લે સ્ટોર પર ઘણી બધી એપ્લિકેશન મળતી હોય છે તેના માટે અહીં એક એપ્લિકેશન આપવામાં આવી છે તે પણ તમે ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરી શકો આવી અન્ય એપ્લિકેશન પણ તમે શું કરી શકો તમારા ફોનમાં કઈ એપ્લિકેશન સપોર્ટ કરે છે કે તમારે જવાનું રહેશે અહીં ફક્ત સજેશન આપવામાં આવે છે તેનો અમલ કરવો ના કરવો એ તમારી સૂઝબૂઝ અને બુદ્ધિ પર આધાર રાખે છે

Gujarat TET Result 2023 Declared. TET Paper 1, Paper 2 Exam Marks: The Gujarat Teacher Eligibility Test was organized by the State Examination Board of Gujarat in April 2023. The TET 1 paper was conducted on 16 April and TET 2 was on 23 April 2023 in various districts of Gujarat state.

As per the reports, 86,025 applicants appeared for TET 1 paper and about 3 lakh candidates appeared in the TET 2 exam. Applicants are excited to know about the exam cut-off score and result.

The Gujarat TET is a state-level exam which is conducted by the SEBG and it is essential to qualify to get a teacher job in Gujarat state. The Paper 1 Exam was conducted to check the eligibility of the candidates to teach Class 1 to 5th class and Paper 2 for Class 6th to Class 8th. A total of 445 examination centres were made by the board.

TET Exam Overview

The Gujarat TET consisted of two papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2), paper 1 for the primary level and Paper 2 for the upper primary level. Both exams were conducted in offline mode. Paper 1 contained 5 sections in the exam related to Child Development and Pedagogy, two sections on Languages, one from mathematics and last, belonged Environmental Studies. In Paper 2, 4 sections were presented in the exam.

The given time for the exam was 150 minutes for both papers. All objective types of questions were given in the exam for 150 marks. Each question was for one mark.

Gujarat TET 2 Cut-off 2023

The Gujarat TET 2 Cut Off/ Qualifying Marks 2023 is decided by the Gujarat State Examination Board (GSEB) and is based on various factors such as the number of candidates showing up for the test, the amount of difficulty of the test, and the number of vacant positions.

 Gujarat ITI Eligibility Criteria (પાત્રતા)

        ગુજરાતની વિવિધ ITI માં એડીમિશન મેળવવા અલગ-અલગ પાત્રતા નકકી કરેલી છે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે.

• ભારત દેશના નાગરિક હોવા જોઈએ.
• ગુજરાત રાજ્યનું Domicile Certificate ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ.

Application Fee (અરજી ફી)

        ગુજરાતની ITI માં એડમિશન મેળવવા માટે પ્રવેશ ફી ચુકવવાની હોય છે. જેની વિગતો નીચે મુજબ છે.

• ઉમેદવારોને આઈટીઆઈ સંસ્થામાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા Fee રૂપિયા 50 ચૂકવવાના રહેશે.
• એપ્લિકેશન ફી Online Mode દ્વારા ચૂકવવાના રહેશે.
• વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પોતાના ક્રેડિટ કાર્ડ, ડેબિટ કાર્ડ અને ઇન્ટરનેટર બેંકિંગ દ્વારા પોતાની એપ્લિકેશન ફી ભરવાની રહેશે.

How To Filling Online Application For ITI Admission

         રાજ્યમાં ટેકનીકલ અને નોન-ટેકનીકલ શિક્ષણ મેળવવા માટે ITI માં એડમિશન પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ થઈ ગયેલ છે. ઘરે બેઠા ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન કરી શકો છો. જેની સ્ટેપ બાય સ્ટેપ માહિતી નીચે મુજબ છે.

• સૌપ્રથમ Google Chorme માં ITI Admission લખવાનું રહેશે.
• જેમાંથી Google Search Result માંથી https://itiadmission.gujarat.gov.in વેબસાઈટ ખોલવાની રહેશે.
• આ વેબસાઈટ પર Home Page પર “Apply For New Registration“લિંક પર ક્લિક કરવું.
• ITI Admission Gujarat | iti admission.gujarat.gov.in | 

• હવે, રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ ખુલશે, જેમાં માંગ્યા મુજબની વ્યક્તિગત, શૈક્ષણિક વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.
• તમામ વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ બાંહેધરી આપીને, સબમીટ બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મ સબમીટ કર્યા બાદ, એક રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર આવશે જેને સુરક્ષિત જગ્યાએ નોંધી રાખવાનો રહેશે.

Photo Upload Process (ફોટો અપલોડ કરવાની પ્રોસેસ)

     ઉમેદવારોની પ્રાથમિક વિગતો ભર્યા બાદ ફોટો અપલોડની પ્રોસેસ કરવાની હોય છે. જે નીચે પ્રમાણે છે.

• ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાનો ફોટો અપલોડ કરવા માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર અને જન્મતારીખ નાખીને Login કરવાનું રહેશે.
• વિદ્યાર્થીએ પોતાનું વ્યક્તિગત લોગીન કર્યા બાદ, પોતાનો પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝનો ફોટો 25 kb થી 100 kb નો અપલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે.
• છેલ્લે,ફોટો અપલોડ કર્યા બાદ Photo Uploaded Successfully નો મેસેજ આવશે.

Confirm Application (અરજી કન્‍ફર્મ કરવાની પ્રક્રિયા)

    ITI Online Form માં વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી અને ફોટો અપલોડ કર્યા બાદ Confirm Application કરવાની હોય છે. પોતાની એપ્લિકેશન કન્ફર્મ કરતાં પહેલાં, લોગ-ઈન કર્યા બાદ “Preview Application” કરીને ચકાસી લેવાનું રહેશે. ઉમેદવારો પોતાની અરજી કન્ફર્મ કેવી રીતે કરવી તેની માહિતી નીચે મુજબ છે.

• સૌપ્રથમ Confirm Application બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• હવે ઉમેદવારે તમારો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન નંબર તેમજ જન્મદિવસ નાખીને “GO” બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• ત્યારબાદ, “Yes I Confirm” પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• છેલ્લે, બાંહેધરી આપીને “Confirm” કરતાં, તમારી અરજી કન્ફર્મ થઈ જશે.
• Final Confirm માટે મોબાઈલ નંબર/ઈમેઈલ  પર SMS/Email માં OTP આવશે.
• હવે, તમારે તે OTP નાખીને “Submit” બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.
• અંતે, અરજી એકવાર કન્ફર્મ થયા બાદ કોઈપણ સુધારો-વધારો થશે નહીં.

Print Application (પ્રિન્‍ટ કાઢવાની પ્રોસેસ)

ઓનલાઈન અરજી કર્યા બાદ, ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા અરજી કન્ફર્મ કરવાની હોય છે. અરજી Confirm થયા બાદ તેની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢવાની હોય છે. Print Application કરવા માટે નીચે મુજબ સ્ટેપ્સને અનુસરવાના હોય છે.

• ITI Website પર Home Page માં જવાનું રહેશે.
• જેમાં Print Application પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.

ITI Online Application Form માટેની અગત્યની બાબતો.

 આઈટીઆઈનું ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે કેટલીક બાબતો ધ્યાનમાં રાખવાની હોય છે. જે નીચે મુજબ છે.

    1.ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરતી વખતી વખતે મોબાઈલ નંબર ફરજિયાત આપવો. જેથી સમયસર SMS Alert મળી રહે.

   2. Online Form ભર્યા બાદ પ્રિન્ટ કરતી વખતે, તમારા Browser નું Pop-up-Blocker “Off” હોવું જોઈએ. જે પ્રિન્ટ નવા Window માં ખુલશે.

    3.Online Application Form ભરતી વખતે સ્પેશિયલ અક્ષરો જેવા કે, !@#%$& નો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં.

    4. ઓનલાઇન ફોર્મમાં * માર્ક કરેલી માહિતી ફરજીયાત ભરવાની રહેશે.

    5.ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા માહિતી ખોટી ભરેલી હશે તો, ઉમેદવારી રદ થવાને પાત્ર થશે.

ITI Admission 2023 Last Date

     જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આઈટીઆઈમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવાનો હોય તો ઓનલાઇન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે. Online Application કરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ 25 જૂન 2023 સુધીની છે. ત્યારબાદ ઓનલાઇન અરજી થશે નહીં જેની નોંધ લેવી.

જવાબ: આઈટીઆઈ માં ચાલતા કોર્ષમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે ઓછામાં ઓછી ધોરણ-7 પાસ થી ધોરણ 12 અને ગ્રેજ્યુએટ સુધીની લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તે એડમિશન મેળવી શકે છે.

2. આઈ.ટી.આઈ માં ચાલતા કોર્ષનો સમયગાળો શું હોય છે?

જવાબ:  રાજ્યમાં વિવિધ આઈ.ટી.આઈ માં ચાલતા કોર્ષનો સમયગાળો 6 માસથી 2 વર્ષ સુધીનો હોય છે.

3. I.T.I Admission માટેની વયમર્યાદા શું છે?
